The practice has a professional yet relaxing atmosphere, and both Andrew and his assistant made me feel very welcome, chatting to me throughout and putting me at ease. After not seeing a dentist for around 5 years, I’m so glad to have found such a great one. Many thanks again!

Negative experience: I have been going to Villa dental with my kids for a while. I went to have a hygienist appointment and check up and to discuss composite bonding which I was told I could have previously by a different dentist at Villa. This new woman I saw was not friendly, came across as being quite aloof. When she told me I couldn’t have composite bonding I questioned her and told her it was just the front four teeth so they looked more in proportion to each other, her very short and sarcastic response was ‘well that would be the look of dentures’ - her manner was not what I am used to at Villa, the fact I felt like she was being condescending to me led me to go to Yorkshire dental suite, where I had a fantastic experience, got my nano bonding, was treated with respect and friendliness. I will now be going there from now on. I don’t know who this new woman is, its not the what Ive been used to from Villa

Fantastic experience: Andy has just tidied up my composites in time for my wedding and did a scale and polish. He originally did my composite bonding which completely changed my teeth and made them look absolutely perfect! I can't recommend this practice highley enough!

Negative experience: Fairly smooth process booking and lovely team at reception. Was really disappointed with the composit bonding I got on my front tooth, had it redone to try and improve the look but I honestly think it looked better before. It doesn’t feel like the right shape or colour at all. Such a shame as left me quite conscious and cost me quite a bit.

I had 2 teeth removed and a denture fitted without any pain whatsoever, as a person who is apprehensive about dental visits I would definitely recommend seeing Stephen Woolley, his treatment was second to none, and highly recommended.

Negative experience: Booked a consultation for ninety odd pounds, late, not interested in dental history. Member of staff on reception bumped this review from one star to two; they were friendly and polite.

Andy, the orthodontist, is highly experienced and he has so far delivered a great outcome for me which I did not think was possible without jaw surgery. This impacted upon her confidence as to whether she’d receive appropriate treatment and care in the future. Elke’s first appointment at Villa Dental Suite could not have been more positive. Everyone who works there is friendly, welcoming and focused on making your experience as pleasant as possible. In her opinion, Elke has received the best dental care that she has ever experienced and is delighted to be back with a dentist who she fully trusts. Elke is currently receiving dental treatment from his colleague and again cannot praise the care she is receiving highly enough.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice has a friendly service & has welcoming staff. Stephen Woolley is my dentist at this practice he is nice & friendly he knows im scared of being at the dentist but he always reassure me, makes feel safe & i feel less scared. I was devastated when one of my main front teeth broke off as i don’t like going to the dentist im scared of going. But i had to go to see if my teeth could be fixed. I am very happy with the final result from the procedures i need to have done to fix my teeth. My last procedure was having a dental bridge fitted. I am so happy with it as it covers my missing front tooth & protects the other 2 teeth at either side from any further damage. I feel more confident i can smile again & i am not afraid to open my mouth as its now all fixed the bridge is perfect as it looks like real teeth, it is more comfortable than a denture & its permanent. I would highly recommend villa dental suites to friends & family.
