My initial consultation was thorough and reassuring—every question was answered clearly, with a wide range of options and treatments discussed. I genuinely felt listened to, with absolutely no pressure or hard selling, which I really appreciated. I went ahead with composite bonding on my top eight teeth, along with some work on my lower teeth. Achieving a natural result was very important to me—I wanted my smile to look like my own teeth, just refreshed and healthy, not overly white or artificial. The final outcome exceeded my expectations and delivered exactly that natural, polished look. I’ve already received so many compliments and couldn’t be happier. Dr Syed Qasim carried out the treatment, and his work is of an exceptionally high standard. I would fully recommend him—not least because he offers Sunday appointments, which made a huge difference for me as it meant no time off work or disruption to family life. I had to have some dental work prior to this and as someone who is extremely scared of dental treatment I could not have asked for a better dentist, Dr Syed calmed my nerves and I’m not longer scared of going I don’t want to go anywhere else now I then met with dr Hema who actually did my composites and she has done them perfect she let me choose my colour and I’ve had so many compliments. Fantastic experience: I was blown away with North Lane Dental Practice. I have always been very anxious about going to Dentists, borderline fear. Not long after I moved to Aldershot one of my teeth broke and I had to find a Dentist nearby. From the moment I entered North Lane Dental Practice I was welcomed with a calming and professional environment. After my first examination I was told that I have some trouble with my gums and some teeth need work. At first nerves and panic kicked it but my assigned Dentist Abayen I was immediately put at ease. He was very very calming, explained everything and made sure I was OK in every way and frequently. As for my Gum Treatment I was referred to Nancy. Nancy was fantastic! She also was very very calming, professional, always made sure I was doing OK. Treatment was a long process but Nancy always put me at ease. Now after finishing the treatment I am pleased to say everything is so much better. Nancy has changed a part of my life by creating hope and delivering an amazing result. Seeing Nancy and Abayen at North Lane Dental Practice has greatly boosted my confidence in not only Dentistry but good kind people in general. I flew from Dubai to have my teeth refreshed and overlooked and truly had little medical work done. I have recommended Dr Hema to all my family and friends and I would use them again and again.

Fantastic experience: The best in the locality. Got my invisalign treatment plan ported from a different country and had it revised and corrected in the right way towards an implant next year. So happy with the practice (my dentist is Dr Abhayan) and have now got my wife introduced to this practice for her treatment as well.

Dr Abayen is great - he explains everything clearly, listens and provides options. I've had a couple of fillings, check up and x-ray and feel I'm in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I had 4 appointments with Dr Nancy to treat serious gum disease. She spent a long time explaining all my options and answering all my questions. I had a further 2 appointments for a deep cleaning of my gums. Although the treatment was quite lengthy and invasive ,I felt very calm and relaxed . I had a follow up appointment 2 months later and the procedure has been a great success .So much so that I don't require any further treatment at the moment. I am delighted with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend Dr Nancy to anyone who is suffering from gum disease. This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Thank you Dr Nancy

She originally did my top composite bonding back in 2019, and I was so happy with the results. In January 2025, I decided to take the next step and have them replaced with porcelain veneers – both top and bottom – and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I saw one or two reviews of people saying they run late, as someone who works in an industry that is appointment based.. running late is sometimes a very good sign.. it means they’ll spend the time if it’s needed, reassuring you, explaining things, taking their time perfecting their work. It could be you that they’re running late on if you need extra time spent on you. All the people that we came across in the dentist were so friendly. Positive experience: Lovepreet Heer is simply the best and has absolutely transformed my smile with 4 porcelain veneers, not to mention my confidence too! Fantastic experience: I had my second composite bonding appointment today with Dr Hema Raja. I had my first with her 5 years ago and wouldn’t go to anyone else. I am so happy with my results she is absolutely amazing! Hema makes you feel so comfortable and she is so friendly and kind. She always double checks to make sure you are happy with your results and makes any adjustments should you request it. My teeth look amazing and so natural I am beyond happy. My dentist ABs was brilliant, took his time, made sure I was at ease - I had a lot of treatment and literally went back because of my trust in him. Negative experience: I take my mum here for her appts. The service she receives is good, but often they're running late or cancel on her without telephoning in advance. It makes the logistics for me tricky. Update: they're running very late today, seems to be their MO - very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I am 51 years old, I have always wanted to improve the look of my teeth. Being deaf in one ear from childhood made a difference. During COVID I realised that I subconsciously lip read. I became a lot more deaf when I couldn't lip read as masks were worn. I have always looked in peoples mouths and if I'm honest I look at your teeth. I love seeing nice teeth. I was never going to Turkey, I know it's a standing joke and my laddy mates all take the 'P'. I wanted to go local, main reason is that if I have a problem I can locally get it repaired. I had 3 quotes. All around the same cost. Some a few hundred more. I had the privilege of meeting Hema on my third quote. Hema's dental practice at northlanedentalpractice.co.uk is fantastic. Hema's team are incredibly professional. Hema is an absolute perfectionist, the care and attention was above and beyond what I expected. I had a minor issue with a bridge that was repaired as part of the agreed cost. Hema did this in her own time and probably cost her an additional 4 hours. The result is better than I even imagined. I have to mention Bella the amazing receptionist, she will organise the whole process. Sorry I haven't mentioned all the other amazing employee's. A very happy Customer

I went in the practice to see if they had done emergency appointments, and I couldn't have been happier. after going to a (different practice) before and getting robbed for an x-ray then told I needed one of my wisdom teeth out and quoted me £800 which obviously I said no thanks then found these guys and I've never had such a relaxed experience they spoke to me all the way through and very good value for money as north lane dental is not out to take your hard earned money they are very respectful and I have now signed upto the practice and will be highly recommending them to everyone!!
