Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant dental clinic. The reception team are welcoming and professional, and appointments always run on time, which makes everything stress free. The dentists explain each step clearly, check that you’re comfortable throughout, and work gently so even longer treatments feel manageable especially for my kids. You can really see they care about patient comfort and long-term dental health. I’m really happy with the treatment my kids always recieve and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Mydentist Romana at this practice for over 6 years now and I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. She is always friendly, smiley, and makes you feel completely at ease. Romana genuinely goes the extra mile to help every single time – whether that’s fitting me in when I’ve needed something urgently, or being very prompt in arranging referrals to secondary care when required. At my most recent check-up, I mentioned some extra treatment I’d been considering for a while, and she took the time to go through everything with me in detail. She even went above and beyond by carrying out the treatment on the same day, saving me an extra visit. Romana is professional, caring, and always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

You always feel at ease & the Dentist Panos & Team are Fantasic Panos explains everything and is very gentle ,and such a cheery Guy which is really nice. I had a Dentist for 40 years but due to moving house a few years ago me & my husband chose this one , as I had heard great things. So glad we did. it's sometimes daunting when you are nervous and had to change your Dentist but I must confess I prefer here to my old one!.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional; the receptionist is very impolite and has no manner or people skills. I've been attending this doctors since the age of 5 or 6 15+ years and have been de registered for missing an appointment! No one from the dentist has taken anytime to address why I may have missed the appointment and haven't shown any care to my own personal well being. I'm so saddened by this as I have a lovely relationship with the doctor and up until today I did believe they had my best interest at heart. It can be very hard to trust people and start up a new relationship with a dentist I don't know from scratch and as I'm sure the Dr understand it isn't always easy to go to the dentist as it can be quite scary for some people and a little familiarity goes a long way

Fantastic experience: Appointment on time . Dental nurse came out to greet me, and greeted in dental surgery by dentist . Settled in chair , teeth examined , X-rays taken and brief discussion about teeth . Toothpaste applied and told presence of ulcer on inside of gum made referral a necessity.Returned the following day when dentist smoothed over rough edge on tooth. No charge. My only slight complaint is that perhaps tooth could have been dealt with on first visit .

My eldest has extra needs, panos has made his dental experience comfortable and relaxed he always ensures my son is happy when needing treatment and never forces any treatment to be done until my son is ready. Everything was explained to her and me in detail and she was given the time to decide whether she went through with the treatment or not and also the cost of the treatment. Romana was able to offer advice prior to the treatment and made sure that I was aware of what the procedure entailed.
