Fantastic experience: I was given a next day appointment for a very painful tooth. Stanley was very informative and gentle as I ended up having the tooth extracted as it had split. The receptionists were very kind as I did get a bit upset as I had misunderstood the cost of the extraction. I was grateful for being seen so quickly but it was very expensive.

Fantastic experience: Since moving back to the area I opted to use Bupa dental care once again. The service has been great in both instances I have visited from an Emergency repair for a tooth with a follow up check up with Stanley who was professional and provided me with great advice moving forward. I since had a hygenist appointment with Elzbieta where I again was given great information for future care. The whole appointment was pain free, refreshing after having some unpleasant experiences elsewhere in the past.

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Stanley, a truly remarkable dentist. I had a HUGE treatment plan with over 9 appointments involving lots of fillings, root canals, crowns and veneers. Ive always had bad experiences with dentists but Stanley always made me feel at ease, comfortable and not judged. He has helped me overcome my fear of going to the dentist which I will forever be grateful for. All the dental nurses are amazing and work brilliantly alongside Stanley. Fantastic experience: Where do I start?! When I first joined this practice my teeth were in terrible condition however Roxy was incredibly understanding even though I was horribly embarrassed. Before lockdown 4 teeth were extracted in Lewes following a referral by Roxy. The last extraction was done under local by Roxy and despite my misgivings I walked out with a big grin on my face afterwards! This morning I've had my first plate fitted and can finally smile with embarrassment :). Throughout all of this Roxy always has a smile on her face whenever I see her as do the nurses and reception staff. Cannot recommend this practice enough!

Ruxandra has been amazing with my care… from check ups to corrective works necessary after a jaw injury … her knowledge and calmness shining through. Fantastic experience: The Dentist is not my favourite passtime!!! Fearful, anxiety levels through the roof leading to avoidance noncompliance of regular visits. Not good I know.... Fantastic experience: Stanley is a superb dentist. I suffer from a lot of anxiety when getting dental work done and I keep going back to the Hailsham branch because they're so good! Holly was wonderful, really tried to put me at ease and was reassuring throughout the treatment. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to this dentist. I’m so impressed so far, I expressed that I am an extremely nervous patient so when searching for a private dentist I was looking for a practice that would take that into consideration. From the moment I stepped into the practice I was greeted by 2 very happy and nice receptionists which were kind and inviting. My dentist Tony was so lovely and kind and comforted me when I got upset - the dental nurse Liv was lovely too and great with my daughter whilst I was having x rays. I feel so much better and relaxed knowing that I do have treatment ahead of me but they are so kind and comforting. I’m so impressed and would highly recommend this dentist. All my appointments are booked in advance with whitening half way through before any crowns which is great. Thank you for restoring my faith!!

Negative experience: a rude dentist

Negative experience: I spent £1200+ on dental work a little over 4 weeks ago. later a large piece of tooth fractured from the large molar that had been worked on thinking this can’t be right I consulted BUPA and made an appointment for a check up. Took less than 5 mins literally in and out told it wasn’t anything he did asked if there was any pain I agreed that there was no pain or discomfort and was informed that there wasn’t a requirement to do anything so off I trot. It was then I was mugged out of £50 never will I visit them again highway robbery just about covers it no more than thieves.

Fantastic experience: All staff are very helpful and friendly but most of all Roxy (who is my dentist) is the best by far. She is so welcoming and calm, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. She is very kind and caring and I wouldn’t have anyone else.

Fantastic experience: This by far is the best dentist practice I have ever experienced. The receptions are very polite and so very helpful.
