Fantastic experience: The team here are amazing. My young son has autism and ADHD and has always had a phobia with the dentist due to poor treatment. However his phobia is now gone thanks Okeoghene, her assistant, and of course the 2 other lovely ladies who were working on the desk. They made my son feel very settled, explained the procedures in a child freindly way, made it exciting and fun, and performed the procedures very quickly and efficiently. I now will only use this practice for myself and family, and will highly recommend to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth implant to replace an infected crown. The whole process was clearly explained and costed up front and the treatment by Mr Daood was first class, explaining each step and making sure I was ok throughout the treatment. The end result looked great and matched my existing teeth as if it was also an original one.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rank Dr Umer Daood and the rest of the team highly enough.Umer fitted two implants around 3 years ago, for which I have always received a top class service and follow up. I was so impressed that I signed up to their general dental plan and have received a first class service here ever since. Sophie is an thorough and expert hygienist and Oke an astonishing thorough dentist. Thanks too to the nurses, Kelly and other behind the scenes staff. Whenever I visit, I always know that I am in safe hands. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this practice.

The dentist explained everything in detail, giving you treatment options, very professional and friendly, works highly recommend. However the stand out colleague was Kelly the patient coordinator, she was absolutely lovely, I struggle with appointment times as so busy, but she really helped. Again explaining all options regarding treatment, an absolute credit to Bupa. Thank you Kelly for the real human touch!

When I got there, the surgery was impeccable and didn’t feel like a dental surgery. The whole team was really friendly and welcoming. Dr Okeoghene Omoruku and her team gave me the most comprehensive consultation and meticulous examination I have ever experienced. The treatment and service was 5 star. The best thing i've done is sign up for the Smile Plan; for a great monthly rate you can rest assure that you'll be looked after and have all your check ups and hygienist visits booked in throughout the year as necessary. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly recommend Umer Daood. I had a long and complex bout of treatment and he was gentle, extremely careful and precise and explained everything really clearly. I was pretty terrified and the process left me wondering why I'd worried about it so much. And the results are fantastic. I'm so grateful for the care I received. Well worth the money.

Fantastic experience: I've visited this practice a number of times over the last 6yrs or so and have found it to be brilliant. The implant dentist is gentle, reassuring and explains everything he is doing. I have on a couple of occasions asked for an implant which he has declined due to suggesting a better course of action (not just doing the work to profit even though it wasn't needed). The receptionist is also great, always greets me by name and offers supporting info on behalf of the dentist, she's lovely! I have recently just seen the new general dentist and he seems ok as well although I've only seen him once. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank the team at new tooth dental and implant clinic enough. I am a new patient and I was nervous to attend, as soon as I got there I was greeted by the lovely lady on the front desk and explained how things worked, the waiting room helped ease my fears as it didn’t feel as though I was at the dentist!! I also can’t thank the dentist, Okeoghene Omoruku, enough, she was so kind and delightful which helped feel more relaxed, she explained the issue in ways that I would understand, and clearly explained the next steps. When I felt anxious the dentist waited till I calmed. Making an appointment was easy with a range of availability. I was even called when a cancellation appeared. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few Dentist over the years and I must say I had 4 implants and a bridge completed this week by Mr Murshid Salman from start to finish over the past 3 months has been fantastic. Mr Salman always explains what he is going to do at each stage and the treatment was always painless , a very professional caring person who I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’m writing on behalf of my mum who has recently had an implant fitted at the clinic. The team were fantastic. Mr Salman couldn’t have been nicer, he explained everything in detail and fitted the implant perfectly. The reception team were a delight, happy, helpful and made the whole process a pleasure. The work was costly but competitively priced and worth every penny. I cannot thank the team enough for all they have done. I highly recommend the clinic.

Fantastic experience: It's a great clinic.all staff from the receptionist to the dentist are really polite and helpful. It is not cheap to have almost a full lower jaw of implants, but it's worth every penny. Mr Salman made you feel at ease the minute you sat in the chair, and I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing except for a few days after the stitches following the bone graft and the fitting of the implants into the jaw. The teeth are comfortable and look good. Once again, it's worth every penny, and I would highly recommend this clinic

New Tooth was such a welcoming place for someone like me - all staff I encountered were warm and kind and really helpful. The receptionist Kelly who I’ve spoken to a few times really knows her stuff and gave me a ton of really helpful information. I’m glad to have found a nice dentist finally - I’d thoroughly recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: After a 2 year NHS wait and a bad experience, I booked an appointment for my 7 year old son to have his 2 teeth removed at New Tooth Dental & Implant Clinic. We saw Oke, and she was brilliant with my son from the moment he stepped into her room. She made him feel at ease, and explained in "child terms" everything she was doing. She and her assistants were very careful that my son did not see any of the tools she was using, which are quite overwhelming to young children. His teeth were removed very quickly and professionally, and most of all pain free for him. I cannot fault the experience at all, and my son is now happy to go back. I highly recommend Oke and her team for any nervous children :)

Fantastic experience: Although we did not receive treatment from here (wisdom tooth issue out of their control), the ladies on the phone were consistently helpful and made sure we were doing the right thing for us. They did not try and sell us anything, instead letting us know of our options and wanting to not waste our money. Really helpful and can’t express how grateful we are for all their help!

Fantastic experience: Having had two separate implant courses over the last two years I unreservedly would recommend the New Tooth Company if you are contemplating this type of treatment. Highly professional and friendly staff made the treatment far more bearable than you might imagine. The value for money compared to an alternative practice that I visited initially in Essex (close to my dentist) was striking.

Fantastic experience: Implants are something you have to live with for the rest of your life. It is a highly skilled, rapidly developing technology and each case has its own issues. I discussed my implant requirements with the expert in my own dentist's practice and other dentist practices near where I live. They all charged a surprisingly similar, large amount for implants. I gained the impression that they don't get many takers and hence were not particularly experienced. The New Tooth Company charge much more reasonable prices and as a result get a lot of implant business. Hence they have far more experience than most dentists in implants. I have now had two implants at the New Tooth Company. Both had different issues and in both cases Gary made a splendid job. Other friends who have used the services of Gary's partner also speak highly of him. I have to travel a fair distance to the New Tooth Company for implants but it is a no brainer- discussing my needs with them gives me the impression of a far greater knowledge pool and the cost is a lot cheaper.

Fantastic experience: I am a fan of the New Tooth Company. They have now fitted two of my implants and also provided implants for my wife and several friends. We are all delighted. The treatment costs were a half of what my own dental practice suggested and the sophistication and professionalism of the treatments has been excellent. CT scans, X-rays, impressions, teeth removal and new implants provided with excellent caring attention by Gary who guided me through every step of the way with clear explanations and advice. (and no pain!). I unreservedly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Overall was a great experience, implant seems sound and all the work done was to a high level. Felt a bit foreign for the first day and very slight pressure on bite but this quickly settled and I now never think about the tooth. Can't usually go private but this was well worth it, you need proper work done with things like this.

Fantastic experience: Don't be a dental tourist! After years deliberating whether to go abroad for cheaper implants I came across The New Tooth Company. Their prices were so competitive why would I risk going abroad with added risk of possible complications. Implants will never be cheap but after a few months of treatment I now have permanent teeth back again and they are absolutely great. The staff were very friendly and services very clean. Fantastic experience: The New Tooth came highly recommended to me by a extremely trustworthy friend, and I'm so pleased that i went with Gary and the Team. Having suffered for many years with problematic teeth and over the last 5 years having lost most of my molars. Gary came up with a plan and even though it wasn't going to be a quick fix and i would have to endure 9 months of injections, extractions and other procedures. which were never as painful as i thought they would be, but unpleasant obviously. I now have the most amazing full set of teeth that look as real but so much batter than my own ever did. I can now smile with confidence once more and to be able to eat properly is just fantastic. Minor problems were dealt with immediately, nothing was too much trouble. The results of my treatment have far exceeded my expectations.

Negative experience: I had my lower teeth removed and four implants placed in my lower jaw within four weeks my mouth was full of ulcers I ended up in East Grinstead hospital I was advised to have implants removed as I had got osteo milalitis I was on antibiotics for 16 weeks with morpheme patches for pain worst experience of my life.I still have no lower teeth!

Negative experience: In 2015 an attempt was made to remove a tooth in the roof of my mouth to allow for implants. After 2 hours in the chair with cracking and pulling the attempt was aborted. So I couldn't have implants.What was never explained is why this barbaric experience had to be endured .When surely the xrays would have shown this could NOT have been achieved?. What I have been left with is hot mouth for the rest of my life.
