Fantastic experience: For a dentist that provide unparalleled care, look no further than Cranmore. I had my 6 month hygiene and check-up today. It was great to see the practice are putting patients first, with continued investment in the latest technology. Gill used the new airflow machine during my hygiene treatment and wow! what an exceptional experience. Gill is meticulous and took time to explain what would happen, this new device was literally a game changer. Absolutely no sensitivity and outstanding results. Conan my dentist, as always undertook a thorough examination. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes time to build rapport. Conan’s manner, professionalism and knowledge is outstanding, he clearly explains any next steps and has quickly won my trust. I can’t recommend highly enough, everyone at Cranmore exceeds expectation and I genuinely look forward to my next visit.

From the comfort and luxury of the building and the warm welcome from Rebecca, Suzanne and Gillian on reception to the superior surgeons and dental nurses upstairs, treatment and care is of the highest standard. I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, Andy and Neil over the course of my treatment and of course the fabulous dental nurses Jaz, Courtney, Eamonn and Nuala! My implants are fantastic, I have full function back and a lovely smile to go with it, I am getting so many compliments! The team also have great craic and banter at every visit! From the moment you are greeted by the reception team of Rebecca and Gillian, you are made to feel totally at ease. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Jill the hygienist has a very gentle touch and I was not in any pain during my treatment. The level of professionalism of Andy my dentist and all the staff i have interacted with is as high as it possibly can be. Fantastic experience: I recently had some dental work carried out at cranmore dental and I cannot sing their praises enough. I needed 2 teeth removed at the front which was a scary thought but Dr Neil Strong made me feel so comfortable and explained the whole process to me and what my options were. He is absolutely brilliant at making you feel at ease and is very engaging when speaking with a patient. We decided on the work that I was to have done and everything was fully explained to me with the pro’s and cons, we decided on a dental bridge. After initially wearing a partial denture after having my teeth extracted, I later decided to have some composite bonding work carried out on my own teeth which delayed my bridgework and Neil was very obliging with doing this and explained how it would look when completed. I have now had the work completed just under 12 months ago and I am so happy with how my smile looks, I can’t thank the team enough at Cranmore dental for their professionalism and care. From the reception staff who are so friendly to Fran the hygienist who is absolutely amazing at her job and also the dental nurses are lovely and make you feel at ease. Thanks again Neil and the team, not only have you all changed my smile but gave me my confidence back which is priceless and the compliments I get on how good my teeth look amazing. Thanks guys for a great experience and I have now fully moved over to Cranmore for all my dental work having being previously referred from another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I can't rate this place highly enough, I have had the most professional and top quality experience over the past 6 months. I needed two implants and was referred by my normal dentist to Neil strong for implant surgery. Right from day one Neil made me feel relaxed and comfortable, he explained everything at each step and answered any questions I had honestly. As with some dental treatment it's not always referred to as an enjoyable experience, but the treatment I received from Neil and the rest of the staff really did take make the difference. Staff aside, the implants I have received are amazing, I have had multiple compliments that you can't even tell which are the implants and which are my real teeth. Fantastic experience: I would never have expected a dental appointment at 9.00am on a Saturday to be a particularly pleasant experience, however my visit to Cranmore Dental certainly changed my view. As someone of limited mobility Mags ensured that my consultation was on the ground floor and advised on the best place to park closest to the front door. Eiad, my consultant, was so gentle in manner, gave me so much information and outlined clearly what should be done. As a nervous patient I have no hesitation in recommending the practice, friendly, welcoming and professional and a really beautiful building inside.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Andy Wallace for any dental work! I had cosmetic treatment completed by Andy and could not be happier with the outcome. Specifically, I had gaps in my teeth that bothered me for years. Previously, other dentists tried to correct by adding composite but I was still unhappy as my teeth looked very "bulky". Rather than implementing a quick fix, Andy got to the root cause and suggested invisalign to close gaps, then adding composite. I never imagined that I would ever be happy with my smile, but Andy managed to do just that. All work was tailored to suit my face/mouth shape. Andy gave me multiple options, walked me through the full process and what to expect at each phase, communicated/checked in throughout the treatment and always went the extra mile. The experience as a whole was great - Andy himself as well as dental nurses/assistants and receptionists. Thank you again :)

Fantastic experience: Myself and my 3 children have just joined Cranmore Dental and I have to say Dr Neil Strong was excellent. As new patients we all had very thorough check up's. Neil was great with the kids, he really knew how to make them feel at ease and explained to them exactly what he was doing throughout the check up. The dental nurses we were with, Nuala and Sandra were very friendly and they did all the necessary checks in line with covid 19 regulations. The practice itself is lovely inside and was spotless, I couldn't fault a thing.

It pushed me to attend a consultation at Cranmore after recommendations from two family members, instantly I knew I wanted my implant work done here. I am definitely not nervous anymore, like I used to be when I attended a different Dental Practice, when I was a child. Always taken in for my appointments on time. Fantastic experience: David inserted two implants in 2011 and three in 2018. On both occasions the process was painless and the end result excellent. I moved to Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2016 and decided to travel to Belfast to have David carry out the recent procedure due to the quality of his work carried out in 2011. I was not disappointed. My local dentist in Newcastle was impressed with the quality of David's work. If I ever need implants in the future I would definitely have David do the work - I highly recommend David.

Fantastic experience: I am one of those people who have a fear of dentists, so going to Cranmore was going to be an ordeal. I was handed over to Kevin when I arrived and was shown to the top floor in the surgery. He spent a lot of time explaining exactly what the procedure would be and assured me that I would feel no pain or discomfort, both Kevin and his dental assistant were excellent and made my return to dental surgeries a lot less worrying than I initially had thought. So keep up the good work and keep my visits pain free.
