Fantastic experience: I had an excellent first time experience at this dental practice in Leominster. I felt welcomed from the time I arrived and was well taken care of by reception. Alivia on the front desk was extremely professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. She checked me in and the process was very smooth she answered any queries making me feel at ease. Pedro the dentist and his team were professional throughout, and gave me the upmost care in the service that was delivered on the day, I can honestly say it was a great experience and I now look forward to the team at Leominster looking after my ongoing dental treatment. Thank you for the service I received, keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: (Simon Oakley) 1430 appointment with George and Alivia on the 26th February 2026. The best dental experenece for a very long time, possibly ever. George and Alivia were really friendly and George explained everything in great detail, even taking the time to walk me through the X-rays - and he likes 1970s rock music! The whole practice is very friendly and everybody smiles and asks how one is. I chose a BUPA practice after being seriously disappointed with my previous provider and I should have done it before. Highly recommended and...I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: How do you spell relief, B U P A or RUI, THE BEST SERVICE EVER, Brlliant, Dental God Rui Brito now owns my teeth. i was in so much pain from bad dental fillings done by a NHS dental technician and was losing my mind. Rui has been kind, patient, and understanding. He is a master of his dental craft, very meticulous and thorough. All the staff at Bupa Leominster have been very helpful and caring. I would highly recommend this practice :)

I want to especially recognize the young lady at reception, Alivia. She was professional, polite, and incredibly helpful a true credit to the team. Alivia made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions with a smile, and created a genuinely warm atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. It’s rare to see someone so young handle their role with such confidence and kindness. she truly left a great impression. The rest of my visit was just as impressive. The dental team was thorough, professional, and clearly cared about my comfort and care. I left feeling confident in the service I received and genuinely grateful for the positive experience. Fantastic experience: This dental practice is outstanding, especially if you are a nervous patient like myself. My dentist Rui Brito is extremely kind, gentle and informative. I also saw the hygienist Frances Thomas. Who cleaned my teeth for the first time in years, to have whiter teeth again is wonderful. She was very patient with me and my wriggling. My faith has returned in visiting the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff. Dentist Amandeep Sodhi is the bomb! Makes you laugh, which heretofore has been next to impossible with me at the dentist's! Your nerves just melt away. At the same time, Mr Sodhi is professional and lets you in on little titbits as to how to improve teeth and gum care. Hygienist and reception staff also lovely. Would thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This practice has always been good especially for people who are nervous. I'm not a nervous patient however, the care and attention by the staff is so lovely. I was so surprised after having so many problems with my other wisdom tooth (hospital job) that she was not only able to get my other wisdom tooth out quickly I didn't even feel it and there was hardly pain afterwards would highly recommend this practice

The reception staff are very efficient and accommodating they always go above and beyond to sort appointments both checkups and emergency ones. It's very helpful being able to book appointments on a Saturday.

Fantastic experience: One has certain loyalties in life and when a change of address to half-way across the country necessitated leaving behind a dentist I had been with for the thick end of 60 years almost since I was a babe-in-arms I was understandably a bit apprehensive when I signed up with this practice. I need not have been concerned and the visits I have made for my routine checks have been nothing short of a pleasure. But it was the treatment I received yesterday that convinced me the 'new wave on the block' are the way forward. In a nutshell, I developed an inflamed tooth that was giving me very serious dental grief over last weekend. The accommodating and delightful staff fitted me in sharp-ish and I was seen yesterday by my regular dentist Pedro. No messing, within a couple of minutes he confirmed it was knackered and needed yanking out (which I suspected) and before I knew it I was jabbed and anaesthetised ready to go. 'I have to penetrate deep with the needle for this one' he said 'so it might hurt a bit'. Nah! Never felt a thing. The next I know he is in my mouth with pliers or something and - I swear it was less than 20 seconds later, there was my defective tooth in a dish. 'Is that it?" I asked. 'Yes, that's done' he replied and I was off back home less than 15 minutes later. When the anaesthetic wore off I had the bit of grief one might expect, but within 45 minutes and a few paracetamols; I was back to normal. Believe me, I have never known service like this. Ace stuff. Find me one better and I'll buy the next round. Thanks Pedro. And staff.
