Fantastic experience: I was happy with my experience at Courtyard Practice today. I went for my regular check up. Unfortunately, I was told that I needed needed three fillings. I was worried , but the dentist was very professional and reassuring. She explained clearly what was needed, and how much it would cost and gave me the option of returning later so that I could prepare myself as I was quite anxious. I am glad that I opted to go ahead then. She was very reassuring throughout, and did the the fillings very efficiently, giving me plenty of opportunities to recover myself throughout the procedure. Thank you to all the staff at Courtyard Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: Since joining Dr. Sunday he has been a great Dentist I've known. I had an Emergency with a tooth that was killing me but i had it at the weekend and had to wait until Tuesday. I was so grateful that he could get me in so fast that i would have pulled my tooth out with pliers. That's how bad it was. Couldn't believe the speed of the Courtyard Dentist Surgery was Fantastic. I got my tooth pulled by him and because i had part Dentures top and bottom. He even had my Dentures done immediately which i was so grateful for because i would have had a gap in my teeth otherwise. It was done within a week. So fantastically fast and brilliant work done too. DR.Sunday Thankyou for all your patience with me. Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at Courtyard Dental Practice recently. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Dr. Asad who treated me. He was very gentle, thorough and patient, explaining the procedure clearly. Excellent dental work. All in all, a very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sunday Samuel is God as far as I am concerned! He is simply amazing... I am in the process of getting an implant. A couple of times I have needed to pop in as an emergency- he always sees me on the day and always goes above and beyond! Thos guy is almost on my speed dial. Always happy, professional, comforting and accommodating- simply the best!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental practice. I am an extremely anxious patient when it comes to visiting the dentist but have braved it this week. I saw Dr Asad and his assistant Mathew and I felt at ease immediately. My fears were heard and I was reassured. I wasn't made to feel ashamed of my current situation at all which was a huge fear of mine after years not visiting a dentist due to bad experiences. I feel confident in the plan going forward and I am at a point where I really want to take control of my anxiety of dental visits and really want to visit again to take all the advice on board. Fantastic experience: All the staff are lovely and friendly. I see a dentist called Asad and after explaining to him that I have a bit of dental anxiety after a bad experience at a different practice, he shows so much patience with me and takes the time to explain everything in detail and show me the photos and x-rays. He even gives me breaks during my hygiene appointments to make sure I'm OK and not feeling overwhelmed or any sensitivity. It's such a relief to have found this dental surgery after my recent nightmare experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment at this lovely dentist today, Staff were very welcoming and helpful, the waiting room is cozy with lovely chairs and a TV. The lovely dentist was very gentle, explained my options and put me at ease. I have to go back for another appointment which was booked in tomorrow, very quick. Great Dentist, recommended.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended!! Big Thank You to everyone in the practice. I received excellent service during my two visits. The check up, x-ray and repair lost fillings on one visit. Hygiene visit - deep clean with polish without any pain. Team members from reception, to Great Professional Dentist ASAD and his Nurse CEPY is helpful and patient. Dentist ASAD with high levels of skills. Amazing and friendly atmosphere and hard working professionals.

Fantastic experience: I don't write any reviews for places I visit but I had to for this place because of such a wonderful experience. My friend's 14 year old daughter has been having severe tooth pain recently and we booked a 9am appointment for this morning. I was there to translate as my friend and her daughter were not fluent in English and Dr. Sunday Samuel was very very friendly and made everyone (especially my friend's daughter) feel comfortable! Being only 14 years old, she said she was super nervous and scared but she said Dr. Samuel made her be at ease. He explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, I would definitely recommend him to anyone :) thank you Dr. Samuel!

Fantastic experience: My Ambassador of Smiles! I hate dentist's surgeries, I have avoided them for many years. However, having cracked a tooth, I was forced to seek a dentist. As always, my anxiety was through the roof, until I met Dr Sunday Samuel. Dr Sunday, with his calming manner and knowledge, explained to me the options available. We agreed a price to complete some works in stages, firstly the required works and then into the cosmetic works. I am only part-way through the required works, but I am constantly looking forward to visiting the Dentist. Especially one that puts a bit of reggae on for me to relax too! Still quite a few sessions to go, but so far so good, and I’ve a new fondness for dentists and oral hygiene. I am looking forward to smiling again! Thank You Dr Sunday!

Positive experience: Dentist is fine. But be aware that even a little Scale and Polish is not included in the routine Check Up, it will instantly cost an extra £45. Pain. So maybe do not answer Yes every visit to that innocent Q.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist with terrible jaw ache and a grey tooth. All I was offered was treatment not covered by denplan. I felt very pressured and vulnerable … Sunday just stared at wall waiting for me to decide which treatment. I finally went for having teeth whitened ( which I didn’t want ) as this was the cheapest of the options he gave me. Cost £300 As soon as I reluctantly agreed to have the whitening.. he dashed around with no explanation whatsoever… did a mould which hurt my jaw even more. It was upsetting to say the least at how I was treated. I will never go back .. went to Another dentist who Took x ray and sorted jaw pain . Told him about this terrible dentist experience and he was shocked

Fantastic experience: Visited today 6/6/23. I needed my first filling in many years and couldn't remember what to expect. The Dr told me to let him know at anytime if I was experiencing any pain or discomfort as I could have an injection if I wanted. During the drilling procedure he stopped and asked me if I was OK on numerous occasions and to once again let him know if I had any discomfort. I literally felt no pain or anything during my treatment! The staff are always friendly and my appointments are always on time.

Fantastic experience: I've been at this dentist for many years now. I came to see Dr Sunday Samuel due to bad teeth and neglecting my dental hygiene. Since then he's massively helped me get my tooth hygiene back on track and now being completely pain free. I would highly recommend anyone to come here if they are needing tooth work done. Fantastic experience: I really cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr Sunday Samuel is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have just had an urgent root canal performed and it was done quickly, efficiently and with no real discomfort. On top of this, I was fitted in urgently due to my pain at the time and shown empathy by all staff. I highly recommend this practice, you are treated well on a personal level and this makes a big difference to the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined the practice and in that short time have had both an extraction and root canal surgery. Both were handled with empathy and professionalism by Dr Samuel and his team, making me feel at ease throughout. I'm so happy I picked this practice, I feel like a valued patient rather than just another name on a database.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Dr Samuel highly enough. Can't believe I'm going to say this but "It's almost a pleasure going to the dentist" He is very gently spoken, compassionate and kind and I have 100% trust in him. He has always come through for me and my smile at a time when my teeth were on a downward spiral. He takes the time to talk through procedutes and options, ultimately giving you an informed choice. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years. I know!!!!:( I just moved to Shrewsbury and there are lots of dentists - very hard to choose! I just wanted someone I could talk to easily, feel comfortable with and get some great advice from. My teeth are not in the best shape! I went along to Courtyard Dental Practice in St John’s Hill, Shrewsbury and I was so glad I did. I think probably the kindest, most welcoming and easy to chat to dentist I have ever seen. We have agreed a plan and I am so looking forward to sorting my teeth out! Thank you Dr Samuel!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth on Christmas Day and immediately felt anxious with what to do. Sunday Samuel at the courtyard has a WhatsApp system so I took a chance and registered my request for help. Today the 28th December he completely reconstructed my tooth, no anaesthetic, very controlled and I’m over the moon. I can honestly say he’s a magician of a dentist and I’ve got complete trust in all he does. I have now had some minor procedures and not had one injection which to me is testament to his skilled hand. If you’re looking for an excellent dentist Sunday Samuel at Courtyard is amazing. He is very calm and knowledgeable which makes you feel relaxed. Can’t recommend him higher than that. Absolutely brilliant dentist!

Fantastic experience: I went to get a tooth extraction in July and recently had two fillings here last week. Both times these guys put me at ease quickly! I’m very needle phobic, which is what put me off going to the dentist for years, but Dr Samuel was very gentle and I didn’t feel a thing! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am having my first ever implant fitted. The earlier extraction was done quickly, with care and was painless. The first stage of fitting the implant took longer than expected, my fault, I should have asked how long it would take place. Throughout the whole process Sunday kept me informed of what he was doing. Dr Sunday Samuel is a very through, professional and friendly dentist. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: 20+ years I've been absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, I've had multiple anxiety attacks and dental surgeons refuse to complete procedures due to me being a total state. I always need numbing or pain relief. For the first time in my life I sat in the chair comfortable, unaided and completely looked after. I can't recommend this dental practice enough to anyone who is trying to look after their teeth but also overcome their fear of the dentist. Absolutely amazing

Fantastic experience: If you have any anxieties about attending your dentist appointment, Dr Sunday Samuel is quite the tonic. Extremely gentle in all tasks. Noone enjoys having their teeth tended to but he does make it as bearable as possible. Dr Sunday is like a little ball of sunshine when you go in to the practice and his team treat you as a friend rather than a client. Very modern in his approach to dentistry - probably wasted on us residents of Shrewsbury but appreciated nonetheless! The Harley Street experience along the river Severn

I have Been going to this dentist a few years now and he makes me feel so at ease and comfortable and is very gentle I’m never nervous about going to have work done he is a very good dentist ! I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if had bad experiences in the past with other dentists and are put off by going then this is the dentist for you !
