Fantastic experience: I visited here yesterday for an emergency check up. I saw a student, Megan. She put me at ease despite the anxiety and huge amount of pain I was in. She did some work on my teeth and prescribed antibiotics. I was still in a lot of pain through the night after the anaesthetic wore off and had to call NHS 24, however the antibiotics seem to be helping now and paracetamol seems to be helping with the pain now which wasn't alleviating it before...so hopefully success. Megan was very lovely though and really helped me with my pain. I would be happy to see students here again. How else do they learn to improve their skills without willing patients. Thank you Megan:)

Fantastic experience: Excellent service that I’ve had to access twice this week (while awaiting registration elsewhere). Friendly and kind staff from the moment you walk in. A huge thank you to the Dentist and Dental Nurse who cared for me today and put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: I was in terrible tooth pain, and got referred to Broxden Dental Centre through phoning 111. I managed to get a morning emergency appointment early that day. I have Anxiety issues, and the wonderful and caring staff really helped take the edge off. I hadn't had a tooth extracted for 20 years, so I was pretty nervous about the extraction. The two dental nurses who were in charge of my extraction couldn't have been more understanding and lovely, and I am very grateful to them for making the experience go smoothly. Also, I want to give a shout out to the nice and pleasant receptionist too. I knew I was in caring hands when I got off the phone to her. I honestly can't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we had to visit for an emergency and I must say both times everyone were so friendly and helpful. The second time that was today we were attended by a student and she was exceptional at her work. I never got her name but Thank you to her and everyone else involved.

Fantastic experience: Called for an emergency appointment at 8.30am and was seen at 10am on the same day. Reception, dentist and nurse were so friendly and chatty and really put me at ease because I was very anxious x

Fantastic experience: I attended for the extraction of a bad tooth with very difficult roots. The team made me immediately feel at ease, the whole process was almost painless. I can't thank Professor and her team enough. All healing well from 2 weeks ago. Such a great team. Don't worry about anything.

Fantastic experience: Unlike most dentists, the receptionists were friendly and professional. The dentist (Evan) was fantastic. Kind, efficient and sorted my issues swiftly and effortlessly with good humour. I can’t recommend this emergency service more highly. The dentists could learn much from this practice.

Fantastic experience: Had bad pain from a previously damaged tooth that developed pulpitis. Called 8:30 for an emergency appt, tooth was out by 10:30. From climbing the walls in pain to sharp relief immediately. Dentist that did the extraction and all staff were kind and professional. Thanks very much for seeing me so quickly.

Fantastic experience: I've just had surgery to remove my wisdom tooth (literally 15 minutes ago!) and I just felt compelled to leave a quick review to say how lovely the surgeon and dental nurse were. I wish I had asked for their names! The surgeon explained everything so clearly and made sure I felt comfortable before we got started, and then the dental nurse kept me informed about what was going on for the duration of the procedure. They were both incredibly reassuring throughout and their kindness put me at ease from the offset. Thank you both so much for making a not so pleasant experience all the more bearable ♥️

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to give praise to a dentist who works at Broxden Dental (I didn’t catch his name sorry) but my little boy cracked his tooth in the nearby Costa earlier this evening. Seeing he was a bit upset, he came over to ask if he was okay and told us he was a dentist who worked over the road at broxden dental. He took a look and helped to calm my little boy down, reassuring him it was a baby tooth and gave me great advice as to what to do until we could get to the dentist tomorrow. He was so kind. I hope he sees this and I hope he knows that people like him make the world a better place!

Positive experience: Great staff providing excellent dental care. Easy to park too.

Negative experience: I came here around 10 years ago. I remember it was kind of new. I am feeling the effects of their work years later. I had root canal work, they missed the root. The tooth had to be pulled out and in pulling the tooth they hit the tooth next to it and that was a gonner then and there too. Recently, 2 crowns that they gave me at around that time have failed. I have had to spend thousands on a double root and an implant on these from specialists in Glasgow and Dollar. Things may have changed since I was there then but definitely feeling repercussions of their work.

Fantastic experience: Very polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff and definitely the best dental experience in my 52 years of life so far. A painless extraction of a painful broken tooth. Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the dentist but having a dental emergency meant I had to contact nhs24 who gave me an appointment at Broxden. From start to finish they were so supportive, I'm now minus a tooth but less terrified of the dentist. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I've haven't been to the dentist in a long time as I'm kinda terrified of them, but I had to have an emergency appointment today and the lady dentist and dental assistant ( I think thats what they are called) could not have been any kinder, they were so lovely and calm even tho I was shaking loads throughout. They made the whole experience so much better and really made me feel at ease, I would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered bad toothache for a while. I am relatively new to the area and was unable to get a NHS practice appt until February next year. I telephoned Broxden Dental Centre at 08:30, was seen at 10:00 and by 10:30 the offending tooth had been extracted. Faultless service from Reception and faultless care from both the dental nurse and surgeon. The procedure was explained clearly and the extraction was performed painlessly and with great dexterity. Outstanding in every way. Thank you all.

Negative experience: 5 trips there. Goodness sake, they can't even fit one tooth. Pathetic. Taxis cost money, could havi privatised the tooth

Fantastic experience: I've been on holiday in Scotland for the past week, and from the time I arrived I've been experiencing pain in my jaw. I called Broxden Dental Centre after being referred by the NHS, and I couldn't be happier with my visit. I have a fear of going to the dentist, but Michael was thorough, kind, and extremely helpful. I wish he was my dentist in California. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wow!! I can't thank you all enough. Last minute appointment as my temporary crown fell off and I'm up here on holiday. You were all amazing. I had phoned a local dentist and they wanted to charge me private prices and I couldn't afford that. The reception team were lovely to the great dentists that delt with me and sorted me out. Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment as a bit of my tooth fell off. I was seen by two student dentists, I'm annoyed at myself for forgetting their names but they were excellent as was the proper dentist who was checking up on them. 1 painfull tooth removed and as I sit typing this with a numb face I couldn't thank the staff enough.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. Rang for an emergency appointment while travelling from Yorkshire to Elgin, got an appointment for that day. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The treatment was pain free and helped so much (I was suffering with severe toothache!) Wish I lived closer to have this team as my dentist.
