Negative experience: Given it a 1 star because I have to rate it. but they do not deserve that. Been waiting over two months for an appointment When I turn up, they said sorry it is cancelled despite confirming over the phone that I am coming and with several reminders to attend the appointment tried to push you to go private. The reception staff will give out false information and are incompetent. On the day I turn up they tried to offer me another 2 1/2 months wait. I have a hole in the tooth and waited this long for nothingThe place is a joke

Negative experience: Rude receptionist wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before I was patronised and told "well if you listen you would know" then put the phone down on me abruptly I'm sure the dentist is perfectly competent but how is there such a rude person allowed to be the first introduction for patients. From what I can see from other reviews I am not the only one who has experienced similar mistreatment at the hand of receptionist staff here and I hope the issue will be resolved but unfortunately I am not too convinced it will.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a fantastic experience with Wigmore Dental Practice. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome from the reception team. The entire staff are incredibly polite, professional, and clearly dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. The dentist takes the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel completely at ease, which is especially reassuring if you're nervous about dental visits. I genuinely felt listened to and well looked after throughout my appointment. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for excellent dental care in a supportive and professional environment!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Mandeep who is truly amazing and put a smile back on my face. I visited Wigmore dental surgery late last year to get my teeth whitened. I have very strong teeth and visit the hygienist regularly to have my teeth cleaned. So I was somewhat surprised when the dentist said I had cavities that needed filling. I agreed to get them filled and that is where my horror story started. The work she did on my teeth was so bad I could barely eat due to my teeth becoming so sensitive. Repeated visits to this dentist did not fix my problem. I asked to be moved to another dentist as the pain in my teeth was getting worse. I was referred to Mandeep who has totally fixed the shoddy job done by the previous dentist. My teeth are back and better. I am so happy and grateful to Mandeep and his team. Thank you for your care and attention. I would highly recommend Mandeep at Wigmore dental surgery. He is a professional that goes the extra mile to ensure his patients get the very best treatment.

Negative experience: RUDE receptionist, would not recommend to anyone, will be making a complaint to the ICB. Such a shame to read other reviews that people have experienced the same, and when they are called out for it you’re accused of being abusive.

Negative experience: Incompetent practice....patient neglect.. Refused treatment. Would not fill cavities in front teeth..because I had gum disease..left open for infection...I was treated right away at different practices... I made an appointment for 2 months time due to covid 19... Called to day to see if my appointment was still going ahead .. I was told I had been taken off the books...and no longer registered there... When I made the appointment...I stated I really needed the appointment as I had a broken tooth.... I have waited 2 months for nothing...not letters were sent explaining this...nothing... Rude receptionist no help what so ever.... Incompetent...rude...horrible..staff.....I have been in a lot of discomfort...now have to find another dental practice... AVOID...this place. ….oh look you responded 4years later to my review….says it all ….lol

Fantastic experience: After having very bad experiences with other dentists, I can honestly say Stephanie and Louise made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Told me what work was needed and was so professional! I’m actually looking forward to my next visit… Never thought I would say that!

Fantastic experience: I used Wigmore for some composite bonding on a broken tooth. It was a great experience from the start, easy to get an appointment and the staff were extremely friendly. Louise and Steph were the dentists that I saw and they done a great job and my tooth looks as good as new, as well made me feel comfortable in the dreaded chair. Thanks guys, I will be back.

Fantastic experience: My mother recently had a new set of dentures fitted at Wigmore Dental Practice. This involved several visits: great care was taken by Dr. Mandip Marwaha to ensure that the dentures fitted perfectly and my mother is delighted with the results. Dr. Marwaha was very patient and took the time to explain options clearly, listened carefully and answered my mother's questions fully. He and his excellent dental assistant, Claire, obviously really care about providing the best service for their patients. My mother's outstanding experience reflects my own experiences at the practice. All the staff at the clinic, including the dental assistants and reception staff, consistently provide a wonderful service: they are kind, friendly, very accommodating, professional and efficient. We are very grateful and would not want to go anywhere else for dental treatment.

Negative experience: Having sent an email and left a phone message for contact, dissapointed with no return call, particularly as there website appears to state potential availability of their service. So it appears not even an acknowledgement.

Fantastic experience: Went to Wigmore dental practise yesterday after not seeing a dentist for 10 years as a very nervous paitent. Mandeep and hes nurse Claire put me at ease straight away and explained exactly what was happening. I dont have great teeth and wasnt made to feel embarrased like i have at other dentists. Will be back for my next treatment. Would definatly reccomend to any nervous paitents or just someone looking for a great dentist. Thankyou so much

Fantastic experience: I'm new to wigmore Dental practice. Having broken a tooth. I must say I've not been to a dentist for many years moved house and never got around to register at a new one. I didn't realize that many aren't taking new NHS patients. I called about a dozen. Some saying three month wait one said 18 months. Wigmore at the time had new patient appointment for me. Now few things in life I dislike and dentist is very high on my list. But the staff very friendly and put me at easy. The ladies in reception very organized and efficient. The dentist and his nurse put me at ease and suggested a way to cap my tooth rather then extract it as I thought would be the treatment. Had x-rays cast was made to call back in two weeks for it to be fitted. All very painless. Was fitted and all teeth given a good clean. I'm very happy with the level of service and professionalism at this practice. Everywhere is very clean and safe. Even for me being vulnerable due to a health issue. I had read some previous comments left on Google and must say I found far from the truth. I'm quite fussy by nature but will fully recommend this dental practice. Many thanks to all the staff. Negative experience: My wife had a dental crown done , which kept falling out of place . It stayed in place after the fourth appointment. My kid has some milk teeth issues and the dentist did not see it as an issue even after we expressed our concerns and allowed it to get worse . We finally managed to change the dentist after delays with patient intake at new dentist practices due to COVID . We are finally being referred to a pediatric specialist as a matter of urgency. I would avoid this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I joined this Dental Practice last year after it had been recommended to me and I am so very pleased that I did. It has to be the best dentist I have ever been to. I needed extensive treatment and thought I would be nervous but Dr Marwaha and Clair instantly put my mind at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly before the treatment began and I was allowed to go at my own pace so I felt completely in control. I am so incredibly pleased with the end result that I can’t thank them enough. They have given me back my smile and it has made such a difference to my life. The expertise, reassurance and patience I received was outstanding and I wholeheartedly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a change of practice.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever been to!!! Honestly I was so scarred for my root extraction but Dr. Siamak was so gentle and nice!!!! Got the job done in no time and I was perfectly fine for the rest of the day!!!! Louise was also so nice and calmed me down!!! Honestly The best dentist surgery you will ever go to!!! 10/10

Fantastic experience: I changed over to Wigmore Dental Practise over a year ago. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted in a really friendly manner. The dentist Steph was amazing and her nurse was lovely as well. I wanted some advice on orthodontics for myself and they couldn’t be more helpful and reassuring. The Practice Manager Claire was and still is amazing and fantastic at her job she really went above and beyond to help me nothing was to much trouble. I cannot recommend this practise enough if you want a friendly and professional dental surgery this has it all. Thank you so much to the whole team there for the great service you give.

Fantastic experience: I recently cancelled an appointment but found I could attend on that day. Claire (the manager) found me an appointment just after midday. I was quite nervous about having the injection of local anaesthetic as the filling was at the front. Mr Khan was very considerate and applied a numbing agent so the whole treatment was completely pain free. The filling is only noticeable up close. My lower plate required adjusting. Now fits me and is very comfortable. Thanks to you all.

Fantastic experience: Great dentists, friendly and helpful reception staff, friendly and efficient dental nurse, reassuring and effective dentist, I recomnend anybody that requires the services of a good dentist to call them for an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my consultation with Mr Z.Khan. He is very experienced and dealt with my broken tooth very efficiently and to my satisfaction. He explained why there was erosion of the enamel on my teeth and showed me slides of my teeth where the dye highlighted the areas where there was a problem due to teeth grinding. I did not feel as if the consultation was rushed. My neighbour is also a patient of Mr Khan and very complimentary about his skills.

Negative experience: Awful. Always see strange doctor. Inhuman way to serve patients if you late they won’t take you. Completely waste the time— worst dentist practice ever—

Negative experience: Awful dentist. Rude receptionist and staff. Used to be a patient here a very long time ago. Returned after sometime, as was working abroad. Had lots of problems with dental work carried out by a scary foreign man but was told I can not be seen on the NHS. Not given an explanation. Avoid this place, not as though there is a shortage of dentist in the area.

Fantastic experience: Joined here after my original dentist offered me a private appointment for 2 days and when I asked to go NHS changed it to over 2 weeks time. I phoned wigmore and they got me an appointment within 3 days. When I arrived was told I needed a crown and done half the work there and then. Was very impressed and will using them from now on.
