Fantastic experience: Highly recommend im not a fan of the dentist and the dentist down stairs really made me feel at ease I needed 2 teeth out and he was brilliant with me.. I had to go back 5 days later got me straight in I would really recommend these guys all staff here are amazing..thanks guys see you in 6 months

Negative experience: Very unhappy with this dentist. It has definitely gone downhill over the years. Staff are pleasant and friendly but they now do not have a dedicated hygienist, the dentist cleans your teeth for an extra charge. However, when I had this done recently, the quality was very poor, nothing like when the hygienist used to do it. I also had a crown replacement and am very unhappy with what was done. The temporary crown fell out twice, the permanent one was the wrong colour and needed replacing and what I have been left with is still the wrong colour, doesn’t fit correctly and my gum is discoloured and I believe the root needed removing. There is a complete lack of options for NHS dentists in Boston, otherwise I would stop going here. I feel for the prices charged and the money that they make from the NHS it should be a far better service.

Fantastic experience: Once again, the dental practice has excelled! The administation was highly efficient. The dentist Mr Oyedele didn't mess around. He was very polite and got straight to work. I needed a tooth removing as it was rotten and he excelled with the procedure. It only took a couple of minutes and was completely pain free. This guy knows his stuff. Thank you for the quality service.

Negative experience: Very bad attendance and know many other cases of traumatised people!

Negative experience: Rang them Tuesday for emergency treatment, was told only do them on Mondays, but you can only book one by phone on a Friday. So rang Friday morning, at 9.00am told there fully booked, I was told then that they take bookings all week, and that the lady I spoke to will only take bookings on a Friday. PARK YOU ARE A JOKE.

Negative experience: They took my mums name off of there books when she got cancer. She told them what the problem was and they said they couldn't see her whilst she was getting treatment, when the treatment was over they said that she was now no longer on their books. They don't care about people. It's quite sad.

Fantastic experience: I can’t fault this dental surgery. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, helping me with the paperwork as I am visually impaired. The dentist was very efficient with a great manner.

Negative experience: The receptionist is rude, she has no manners and doesn't know the meaning of privacy. I don't even know about the dentist cause I wasn't able to see him/her . Bad customer service.

Negative experience: Never come back in that place.they are all so rude .He ask for my 5years all Sun ,do you want what I remove for you teeth,.really.Very unprofesional and that Lady at the front desk so rude.they all very angry and not nice people.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for years. Always polite and helpful. Sue is a lovely receptionist. Never had any problems.

Negative experience: I found the girls was lovely but the dentist was VERY rude had ago at me for my 7 year old son at the time being ill and missing his appointment even though I rang in. He said I should have still taken him. And wanted me to leave my 4 year old daughter at the time in the waiting room on her own. We left and never returned

Negative experience: Don't know about the reception staff but the dentist has been very unprofessional at his job. When I had tooth extraction he just crushed the tooth with the "instrument" similar to screwdriver and then he just picked all the pieces out. After about 3-4 weeks I was still spiting the small pieces of my tooth which was coming through my gums. After that I had tooth filling. Drilled hole inside my teeth and didn't cleaned it properly and placed the filling. After a lot of pain and few months I went to the other dentist he made a x-ray of it and had to have other extraction as my root was melted... all this happened 3 years ago. I'm not to sure if same staff still there but I just cannot resist not to say that as it done me a mental damage in experience of dentist. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE

Negative experience: Extremely rude receptionist called to book an appointment and she interrupted what I was saying and said that they don't take new patience because they have been in isolation for 10 days in a rude manner and then ended the call on me

Fantastic experience: Can't comment on female dentist as per reviews as mine was male,but I went today the receptionist couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly,I'm terrified of dentist and he put me at ease spoke to me all through an not very nice procedure,and even made me laugh afterwards, honestly can not fault this dentist practice,from a terrified patient 10 out of 10,thank you .

Negative experience: Receptionist: Extremely rude - should be sacked & never work in a public facing role ever! Female Dentist: Extracting teeth for no reason as others have said here! Extracting incorrect teeth! People skills are terrible - rude, mean, grumpy & very unprofessional! Mr Oyedele: nice guy, good dentist. Just needs to sack his receptionist & maybe even his dental practitioner partner to change his business from being the worst dentist in Boston

Positive experience: I’ve been around allot of the dentist in town and had various problems with them all. Ime not good in the chair but doctor odelle has made me feel very calm and confident and the work he has done is spot on. Negative experience: Hard Time - like others I experienced a hard time trying to book an appointment. Okay I was partially to blame not having been in a while but it was as though the receptionist wanted to argue with me about having to pay a private appointment fee! I was happy to pay but felt like she had had bitter experience of animosity about this and was like a dog with a bone. I tried to explain I was prepared to rejoin after the private fees but was told it all my own fault for not having attended in a year. I knew that! Felt I was going round in circles and decided to re-register with another Dentist - consequently I won't ever be going back if I can help it.

Negative experience: Receptionist is very rude. Dentist extracted a healthy wisdom tooth from my partner, despite my partner telling the dentist it's not causing problems, so it doesn't need to be removed. Now my partner has no end of problems with his teeth.

Negative experience: Took my 5 year old daughter to see a dentist today,she was exciting and a bit scared too ,so the women dentist said to her do not smile there is nothing what to smile about,and then she started to cry. We never had a problem with a guy who works there, but the woman looks like she have no idea what she is doing.

Negative experience: The receptionist was so rude I won’t be going back. She certainly needs some training in customer service as I pulled her up on a mistake she had made on my paperwork. She didn’t like that one bit, couldn’t believe how rude she was obviously she doesn’t know the customer is always right! Surprised she still has a job!

Fantastic experience: Great Dentist been a patient for 25 years. Very happy, very friendly. All staff are very friendly especially Sarah and very professional. I have always been afraid of Dentists but I have no problem with this practice. Highly recommend them. Must thank Sue & Pauline also :)

Fantastic experience: I'm very anxious of having my teeth looked at but the dentist managed to remove my bad one without me even realising he'd done it :) very well humoured and really cares for his patients :) top job!! Xx
