Fantastic experience: I recently had some facial aesthetic work done by Dr Jeewandeep Kaur, and I honestly cannot recommend her enough! This was my first time having facial aesthetics, and after taking a long time to carefully research and find the right person to trust with my face, I can confidently say I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Knowing her through work had already given me an insight into how professional, knowledgeable and caring she is, but even putting that aside, I genuinely couldn’t recommend her enough. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. I’m so happy with the results — they’re natural, subtle and exactly what I was hoping for. I’m so glad I took my time finding the right person, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering facial aesthetics.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment a d the front desk was super helpful and managed to slot me in same day, even as a first timer in aberystwyth. The dentist Dr Sean exceeded in not just being lovely, but with treatment too. 100% recommend this clinic and was well worth the price for streamlined everything is

Fantastic experience: I can't thank and praise Sean and all the staff for the quick and friendly service provided at all times. Phoned at 8.30am and had an emergency appointment the same day at 12.15pm. I have always been anxious for dental appointments but not anymore, I have never felt so at ease with a dentist. Negative experience: For the last two years had all appointments ( nhs) cancelled. Fortunately I turned to a fantastic surgery in Aberystwyth. They spent hours on remedial treatment. Also hours of seeing a fantastic hygienist. Friars over the years I was there, they said I did not need to see a hygienist. I almost lost 3 teeth if not for my new dentist. I would certainly not recommend this surgery , just so pleased I went else where.

Fantastic experience: I’m very pleased with the care I’m receiving from this practice. I have a long history of dental problems so it means a lot to know that I can receive prompt, high quality treatment when needed. Vlad Dundov is an excellent dentist.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Sean the dentist.Had a problem with my teeth .Other dentist couldn't resolve the issue.Sean sorted it out immediately. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I really don’t recommend this clinic and it’s doctors at all! I had to pay over 800 pounds just to check and to do the root canal treatment, while all what I got is infection and more pain than before! I came back to complain about this pain as I paid and got my treatment done few months ago and they found out there was a mistake happened and the doctor has to take the filling out again and re do the treatment, even though they forced me to pay again for the check??? And I had to pay 65 pounds to check the mistake they done and solve it?? And I paid last week and started another treatment and writing now this comment while I’m dying from the pain and taking many paracetamol since I finished with the dentist! I’m really disappointed and angry as I pay money to a private clinic like this and all what I get is more pain for over 8 months!

Fantastic experience: Saw and treated me within a few hours of calling as an emergency appointment. Amazing and stress free service from the initial call, to reception then to the dentist and the dental nurse who were both absolutely lovely. Thanks for helping out when I needed it.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment to take out a broken upper tooth with Sean the dentist which I was terrified of having done because of my fear of seeing the dentist! I wish to thank Sean and his team as I was put at ease from the moment I walked through the door and throughout the procedure, which was painless. Sean advised me that not much tooth was left so he needed to spend the time to ensure all went smoothly.. and it did! I can safely say it was painless during and after treatment. I highly recommend seeing Sean to anyone that suffers with anxiety going to the dentist because he put me at ease throughout. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: After falling and breaking my crown and tooth and then having a major infection which swelled my face up like a balloon, I have to say that Sean and his team have sorted me out quickly and efficiently (even the poor dental nurse who's arm I held on to a little tightly) making me feel at ease and reassured me each time I've had treatment. I can now smile after having a bridge, without gaps in my teeth and feeling embarrassed. I would highly recommend The Friars to anyone looking for a dentist .

Fantastic experience: Every single member of staff at Friars Dental Clinic are amazingly friendly and so helpful. Each time I go, I'm always welcomed with a warm smile, and you can tell that the team enjoy working with each other. As a very nervous patient, I was lucky to be treated by Sean and his Dental Nurse, Bex. Sean sensed my nerves and remained patient and sympathetic, which helped settle my nerves. Bex was also reassuring, and both spoke to me during treatment to help steady the nerves. I'd highly recommend Friars, due to the incredibly fantastic and wonderful staff, especially if you suffer with nerves. Most of the staff are also Welsh speaking which is a bonus. If I could give a 10 star review, I would.

Fantastic experience: Not being a fan of any dental treatment, I was quite nervous having my filling but Sean and his nurse were outstanding, they explained everything and took their time. I didn't have any anaesthetic and didn't feel any pain, I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I have ever had. Can totally recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I dont even want to give one star for the dentist who saw me (Dr Jeewandeep Kaur) I had been at the practice for years and had good kind service until i was switched to this clinician 2 years ago. She is rude and dismissive. When my mum died i had a bit of money to change my old crowns and bridges ...a year later i had an infection and needed root canal. She refused to do this critisied my decision to go abroad and just fed me a second dose of anti bios ...of course this did not solve the problem. When i complained she said our relationship is over and ive been knocked off NHS treatment. I think the real story is inexperience. Luckily the dentist in Romania offered to pay my flight and treat me for free ...I actually needed 3 root canals which were done simply and painlessly ...Only now am I out of pain ! Its disgusting the way you are treated when youre not rich ...poor Dion in the review above! I echo the phrase disgusting service!

Fantastic experience: Great experience today at the dentist seeing the hygienist Carlos Dias. Would highly recommend. Easy process whilst in town for a week, getting an appointment.

Fantastic experience: My dentist Sean and his dental nurse have been very efficient as well as being friendly and courteous. I’m very pleased with my new veneer and my dental treatment as a whole.

Negative experience: Waited weeks for an appointment just to recieve a call to tell me that they cant do that day as i've never been before and they want dont want to treat me but to treat customers that had been before. What kind of business model is that? then the cheek to book me in over a month later. disgusting service.

Fantastic experience: I saw Sean Roberts today for root canal treatment after suffering several days of toothache with a very sensitive tooth. Everything went well, and painless, and I like the way Sean explains exactly what he's doing, showing me x-rays so it's very clear, and also, for me, fascinating, seeing the skill necessary to work so accurately on such a tiny scale. Couldn't be better, and many thanks also to his dental nurse (sadly, I don't know her name) who is always attentive and caring and makes a big difference. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: I've always had brilliant service with Friars Dental Clinic. I have found that the service has always been extremely professional and helpful. One example was when my tooth was split in half and the clinic had me in on the day and did a temporary repair for free (with the full repair later on in the week). I've never had any bad experiences and my whole family use this practice. I would definitely recommend and have done multiple times.
