Fantastic experience: I called today (Saturday) to see if my son could be seen as an emergency. I couldn't find any other dentists that were open and our usual was closed. The receptionist was understanding and got him in only a few hours later. I was also called prior to our appointment where I was told the estimated price which I appreciated. When we arrived we were welcomed and we didn't have to wait long for the emergency appointment. The dentist himself (I didn't catch his name) was so nice and kind to my son and after checking his teeth my mind was put at ease. This is the first time I have been here since it changed from pomeroy and rust and the staff were wonderful. Thank you again

Fantastic experience: I had a hygiene appointment here recently and had an amazing experience. Dental nurse (Jasmine) made me feel so comfortable and reassured about this appointment. She was really attentive and made the experience relaxed. Verj was professional and explained everything clearly and thoroughly through out my hygiene treatment. Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend! My fiancee had a tooth abscess she didn’t even know about — all she knew was she was in pain. Dr Verjinder Tooray spotted it straight away. The receptionist was so bubbly, supportive and helpful from the moment we walked in. We barely waited at all in the waiting room, and the whole practice was spotlessly clean and tidy everywhere you looked. She’s now on antibiotics. Thank you so much for looking after her so well. Fantastic experience: After calling 111 and given a number for emergency dentist who was closed, I was desperate. Within 10 minutes of leaving a message with Dental Boutique, I was called back and seen a few hours later. I cannot explain just how lovely they all were. Verj the dentist gave me all my options for my emergency treatment and treated me with such care and compassion. His assistant whose name I didn't get, was equally lovely. Start to finish, I can highly recommend this practice. They have been an absolute godsend after having the absolute worst tooth ache ever. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: I can no longer lie to myself this has been a piss poor experience two years on. During the treatment I was charged seemingly random amounts throughout the two months, which didn’t always agree with my treatment plan, but whatever. Had a root canal and filling done which STILL two years on hurts so bad to bite down on, probably not all nerve was removed properly. It’s also grey, which I knew was a risk - but it’s SO much darker than the rest. There’s also a line between my real and fake tooth bc the resin wasn’t blended properly into my natural enamel, so now I have a ridge on my tooth that gathers discolouration. I had to ask for it to be filed down twice while in that chair bc my dentist made my fake tooth so huge. I do want to say my dentist was super sweet and patient but the work is so so poor. Edited to add this is my Polish name. You will have me in your records as Gabriela Pietraszek, btw. This really isn’t baffling with a little common sense.

Fantastic experience: It's a big decision having dental implants and I am so glad I did. The care, attention and reassurance from senior dentist, Verj, was first rate as well as his team. He explained each stage, including the suitability of my jaw for implants, and the crowns are "colour coded" to match my teeth. I can honestly say, it's life changing and my smile has returned. Fantastic experience: I’m usually terrified of going to the dentist but after switching to this practice I have had nothing but positive experiences. The cost is more than fair for a private practice, I have no complaints there. The staff are always helpful and welcoming, they deserve their flowers for always doing their best at such a fast pace. The practice is always clean and properly maintained, sanitation is never an issue. The girls at reception are always kind, patient and efficient even in times of stress. I have nothing but praise and kind words!

Fantastic experience: I’m a regular here, service is always good. Advice is always given about good dental care. Treatment plans are set out and adapted accordingly based upon patient feedback. Team are excellent.

Negative experience: Very unimpressed with their advertising. They advertise that they have £500 / 30% off implant prices. If you go on their website it states from £2000. So I believed the coat would be £1400/1500. However that is not the case they state they normally charge £2500 so £2000 is with the £500 off. Talk about false advertising. Would not use them due to this.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an implant placed by Verjinder which was the most surprising experiment of my dentist visits of all time … I was SO scared about not knowing, what if… and everything could come to your mind ! With the kind words of Debbie and with the promise and perfect knowledge of Verj it was all over before I could blink ! I did not have any pain through the operation, Verj made sure that with the help of antibiotics and all the advice on the next 2 weeks of care the recovery was fast and almost pain free. The surprise was a good one, I have all my trust in Dental boutique and definitely the right choice for all your tooth-problems! Could not recommend highly enough!

Negative experience: The nurses are fantastic, they offer the best customer service, but the dentist that I had the appointment with, disappointing. I had an appointment booked, waited for 45 minutes to be seen, but could not wait any longer. I rebooked an appointment the fallowing week for an extraction, even then I waited for 30 minutes. The extraction was ok, but the dentist left pieces of my tooth inside. Called the practice back in that day and they told me to wait a couple of days, and see how it goes, as the pieces would come out on their own. I called again today, and explain the situation, at this point the healing process is delayed as the piece of tooth is stuck, and it does and it’s sharp, causing me pain, the nurse told me that she can book me for a appointment but I would need to pay a emergency appointment fee as I would need to be seen by a different dentist… i just don’t see why I should pay again when the first dentist did not do his job correctly in the first place.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had very unpleasant experiences with the dental boutique. I contacted them regarding an implant I had. The initial consultation went well. The dentist told me that he would order the required components asap and get in touch with me. After a week of waiting I sent them an email to enquire, but they did not reply. A few days later I called them to ask if they got my email and the order is in progress, but I was turned down saying that the doctor is too busy and probably forgot about me. Following this chat I sent them a reminder email about the things we discussed during the consultation. I also sent further enquiries in the coming days, only to be promised that they will remind the doctor and get back to me. Needles to say they never did. After almost three weeks of waiting I decided to find another surgery. Due to the loss of time at this surgery, however, we won't be able to finish the procedure by the time I hoped for. I am very disappointed. (Regarding the reply: I have not received a voicemail, checked it again, nothing. As I mentioned, I called the surgery on various occasions, sent multiple emails to ask for clarification, so I believe I provided every opportunity to be contacted about the difficulties.)

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr. Sara Ezzati-Nik today and she was fabulous. I have not been to the dentist in 2 years because I have a fear of dentists messing up my teeth, due to an awful experience with a previous dentist. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile from the receptionist. She was respectful, friendly, and inviting. Dr. Sara Ezzati-Nik was absolutely amazing. I have major anxiety and she walked me through what she was going to do and took it at my own pace, making me feel safe and at ease. I strongly recommend this dental practice to everyone, especially people with anxiety or a fear of the dentist. I will definitely be returning for any future checkups or problems regarding my teeth.

Fantastic experience: The one thing I did not want was dentures! Verj explained to me that there was an alternative. Implants. He explained in detail, the surgery, the procedure, the implants, the time schedule and of course the cost! After these discussions I went ahead and had the implants fitted. Everything was carried out very professionally with high hygiene standards. His support team were amazing every step of the way. The implants have settled in very well. Negative experience: The overall cleanliness of this place is awful maybe you should consider getting a better cleaner! As yours very clearly does absolutely nothing! There is dust everywhere and dirt. Also it’s apparent you’re wasting your money on the cleaner you have. Seeing this has put me off ever returning to this place as I can only imagine how disgusting the items used in my mouth would be.

Fantastic experience: I had the teeth whitening home kit from Dental Boutique and would highly recommend them. Once you've had the trays made, the ongoing process is really affordable and the results are great. I started to see results in 7 days!

Fantastic experience: I went to my normal dentist at gray town for a problem with my tooth, unfortunately they were unable to help with the problem and referred me over to Dental Boutique. There I met Dr Verj Tooray, who promptly sorted me with a treatment plan, which was a really reasonable price for the treatment and the level of work needed. When I was done and i couldn't be happier with it, Dr Tootay and his nurse Danielle made me relax and i enjoyed my dental experience with them and anymore treatment i may need i will 100% be going back to see the friendly and helpful team.

Fantastic experience: I`ve had my three implants done in the last five months and few fillings in this dental practice. Dr Verjinder Tooray and his team are the BEST!!! The whole team is really kind, patient and helpful. They make me feel very comfortable and safe while I had the surgery for my imlants.I’m more than happy to recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I chose this clinc because they do in house whitening, I was due to attend a family wedding and due to covid I found it really difficult to find somewhere for me to have my whitening done over time, this clinic was recommended by a friend, so I called up and made an appointment the lady on the Phone was very helpful and discussed all my options with me, I got an an appointment within 5 days which was brillant, and I managed to have a white smile for the wedding, which meant the world to me and has completely boosted my confidence!

Positive experience: Very friendly, professional staff who are customer caring. I'm disappointed to write a sub-par review for the practise, however, my own experience with appointment keeping here was unsatisafactory. After turning-up for a scheduled appointment one week to find that the practise was closed for the day; I made an appointment the following week & waited for over 1-hour until I eventually did not even meet my dentist. I have now needed to seek an alternative dentist mid-way through a set of repairs which means that I'll need new scans/inspections/X rays and a new treatment plan. Overall the lack of consistency in time keeping and accuracy of appointments belies the professionalism that the practise aspires to.

Fantastic experience: 18 years in the wilderness of dentistry visits, a white coat syndrome sufferer (Yes its real!) and can not watch medical programmes on TV but I am pleased to say I have been back in the dentists chair at the Dental Boutique Aesthetic & Implant Clinic. From the reception to the actual dentistry its a calm and 'genrally' an enjoyable experience. Thanks to the whole team, Kaylee and ofcourse the man himself Verjinder! My blood pressure is back to normal now after an extraction, crown work, an implant and various other in mouth activities! I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: During my examination, the Dentist poked at one of my teeth, and even though he could see I was in pain, he continued to poke for several minutes. I haven't been to the Dentist for a while and so I thought this was normal. However, everyone I spoke to told me it is not normal, and that there is no way they would let such a Dentist anywhere near them. As a result, I lost all my confidence in this Clinic and cancelled my appointment, which meant I lost my deposit. When I called to cancel, nobody asked me why I was cancelling, they just asked if I would like to rebook. When I said no, again they did not ask why. I just discovered these reviews in Google, so thought I'd share my experience.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for booking me in with such short notice, also the receptionist was brilliant, from the first call and throughout she was lovely. A little shocked as I didn’t have any work done despite in serious pain, only some antibiotics which cost over £50. Luckily I found another dentist who did the emergency filling. In conclusion thanks for booking me with such short notice, also the antibiotics have certainly helped as you said, so thanks again for that.

Fantastic experience: So , I hadn’t been to the dentist for nearly 6 years! Not because I had no issues or could t be bothered but because I was utterly petrified. I had so many bad & traumatic experiences in the past that I lost all faith in ANY dentist. But , I had to build up the courage during lockdown to seek out someone whom I could trust again. I came across Dr Tooray who is a true professional and specialises in patients with extreme anxiety. I was a sceptic but during my first consultation I felt more and more at ease. Today I had my treatment with sedation and oh my god it was incredible - no pain & no stress and I cannot thank him and his team enough for being so helpful and professional. I even got a follow up call from Mr Tooray a few hours after to see how I was feeling. WOW ! I feel so privileged to have finally found a dentist I will visit regularly now and keep on top of my teeth. Hurray

Fantastic experience: First of all I would like to comment on the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I am a new patient at this practice, in the middle of implant treatment. I chose Dr Tooray because he was recommended to me and because he offered sedation. As I am extremely nervous I can’t recommend this method of treatment highly enough. Everyone I have seen has been very pleasant. Dr Tooray even took the trouble to phone me after my recent implant treatment to see how I was. He has a very calm and reassuring manner and I am delighted to recommend him.
