Fantastic experience: I wish I was a patient years ago! My mother has been a patient for over 40 years and I used to be as a child. I live in Marlborough, Wiltshire and used a local dentist who ruined my two front teeth. Dr Festus did a fantastic repairing and pain free job.

Negative experience: My 4-year-old has 2 of his permanent teeth growing fully behind his baby teeth, and I was a bit worried because it seemed unusual. After asking other mums, they suggested I double-check with the dentist. So, I went today and explained my concerns, but the dentist ( Luyi ) dismissed me quite rudely, saying it was a waste of time and that he had been a dentist for many years, insisting this was completely normal. He didn’t say it in a nice way, and I even found myself apologising to him. His assistant was there too but didn’t say anything. Anyway, that will definitely be my last visit there.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff . Everyone that works here is extremely nice and helpful. They go out their way to help you . Dr feteus helped me a lot manage to do me a tooth canal on the same day got rid of my tooth pain .

Negative experience: It is ridiculous from the receptionist trying to charge for some missed appointment due the fact that they promised to send notification, but they failed to do so, which apologized unreservedly. In the past there was bad experience with service I received, and I complained but never asked for another free of charge and I have to do it with Agatha ( which she was great, the only reason i keep attending) with my own expense. In that case that was acceptable but one missed appointment count towards. It is bad treatment for long time customer, which is shame to push customer away like that. Mikias

Fantastic experience: Great environment, location, supporting staff (Jill) and last but not least a great dentist Dr Fetus. He is passionate about his profession I can tell. He checks and double checks a very very through dentist. I have never experienced this level of professionalism and genuine approach to ensure you are getting the best treatment possible. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Swakeleys Dental Practice for the past few years now and I love all the atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff members. Dr Festus had made a good crown for me which covered an extremely broken teeth of mine. The crown blends well with my other teeth and no one can tell the difference.

Negative experience: The hygienist tried to tell me some of her knowledge about calcified bacteria. When I said I am not interested in that she said everyone could think what he/she wants, but still went ahead with the same bacteria theory, even though saying the brain detoxes via the gums. She wouldn't even consider that there is something else out there. When I asked her to not scratch with the ultrasonic scaler on my teeth as it usually hurt like three weeks, the first thing what I could hear that terrible squeaky noise again. Then she goes out and tells that she has a difficult patient. If it would occur to her that she would be a difficult hygienist that doesn’t take care enough? No the dentist had to come. Next time she might better off to keep her 'knowledge' for herself and everything would have been fine. Well was the last time, because obviously she can't treat patients that are difficult meaning patients that are in pain for three weeks after her treatment. As per today 24/7/22 yes it is again hurting, odd that something like that shall be normal, as per someone else said let them never scratch your teeth. That has nothing to do with the dentist, he was fine. PS Here is something about bacteria from someone working wholistic and not holistic: Bacteria cannot damage the enamel (calcium hydroxy phosphate) and never cause tooth decay. Bacterial decay of the enamel is impossible because bacteria require carbon and hydrogen to live. Myriads of animal remains show that teeth and bones are resistant to earth-bound organisms. As I stated above, tooth decay is caused by toxins in our food, environment, medicine, cosmetics, chemicals and bad diets. Likewise, our increasing inability to restore severely compromised enamel (cavities) is the result of our extremely toxic food supply, environment, medicines, cosmetics, chemicals, and diets. If our bodies are healthy enough and we feed them properly, our bodies will generate bacteria to consume damaged dentine and sub-dentine cells. Bacteria act as janitors and consume the damaged tooth cells so that our bodies can replace them with healthy dental cells.

Fantastic experience: They are so amazing, I haven’t been to dentist over 20 years I had severe anxiety. However they made me feel so comfortable and welcoming I didn’t feel judged or any bad vibes. Dr fus can’t spell his name but he’s a amazing and his assistant of course! I would highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I was struggling with a tooth infection on Christmas Eve, Festus went out of his way to fit me in for a root canal same day as a walk in patient. I enjoyed my Xmas dinner! Since then I have been given excellent treatment and always felt so much better on leaving the clinic, than when I entered.

Negative experience: APPALING!! URGE YOU TO AVOID THIS PLACE!!! HORRIBLE. The fact it's the lowest rated dentist within Ickenham should have been enough to put me off but it was the only one taking children on the NHS (others fully booked). I turned up 15 min early as requested with my super excited 2year old for her 1st ever dental appointment. 15 min went by and still waiting . A FUTHER 30 MINUTES LATER & STILL NOTHING. In the end picked up my child and walked out. Absolutely the worst service!

Fantastic experience: I am so satisfied with all my treatments, Dr. Festus is so good and sweet. Also all the dentists are very good and nice, the receptionist Jill is so lovely. I feel so comfortable and safe going there especially due to Covid, the place is very clean and taken care of. The dentist takes good care of each treatment especially because I am a nervous patient, he always takes time to explain and do the treatment carefully and nicely. Speaking as a very anxious patient, Festus and Ava have always put me at ease and given me so much reassurance throughout my treatments, proving I am always in such safe hands. They make a fantastic team and have always clearly discussed my options and helped organise a treatment plan that I feel most comfortable with. They are so empathic and kind in their approach to treatment which I appreciate so much. Jill who works on the reception is extremely professional and so thorough when making bookings and keeping patients up to date with information etc. I also feel I must compliment the practice on it's amazing response to the Covid-19 guidance. From the thorough PPE to the sanitising station and brilliant organisation of patient appointments, it has helped us feel so comfortable from the minute we arrive to the moment we leave. Fantastic experience: We've been going here as a family and are very happy with the service. They are especially good with our two children, both under 8 years old. Very friendly and flexible with appointment changes. They are also taking the Covid restrictions very sensibly and we trust them to look after us.

My daughter is very nervous when attending the dentist ; we have been to several practices over the years and never found the perfect dentist until now . Negative experience: I have contacted the practice back in December 2019 for an exam and clean. 5-7 min clean, no report of my exam which was done in 3 minutes by charting really... This was charged £65. I also asked if the dentist to fix a problem which he could not do, he just tried to fill some Ketak under my tooth which fell out on the same day. Another £60 for nothing. This place is terrible. The dentist is rude and you could feel the tension between the nurse and himself. I have recently contacted them to book an emergency appointment. The new receptionist is highly unprofessional. During a 2 min conversation she put me on hold 4 times. No manner, just rudely cutting down the conversation. In the end she sent me appointment confirmation with no time. Awful service, will not be returning to this place again. Denpure is a much better place to go. Dentists are good and you will always be given an estimate before doing any work. Please if you reply to this review do not disclose any of my confidential information as you did on the other reviewers. It is absolutely illegal to disclose the information on any dental services you have provided to them including Radiographs and antibiotics.

Fantastic experience: I'm a nervous patient and having not been to the dentist for years, I needed quite a bit of work done. Dr Festus was extremely reassuring and listened to my concerns both prior to and during the appointment. I have never felt so comfortable with a dentist, and the entire team including the assistants and receptionists at Swakeleys are great. Have been three times now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Negative experience: I was not happy with the customer service I received some time ago from this surgery. The response I had from Carlos was very poor.

Negative experience: Very disappointing they advertise implants on the website but they only refer you on to mount Vernon. £60 wasted

Fantastic experience: I had to go for a painful emergency broken tooth and was seen that morning, came out with a fantastic pain free crown and was eating by the same evening, all the staff are excellent and provide a fantastic service.

Fantastic experience: After years of abstaining from going to the dentist, due to being on the end of some bad practice. I finally 'plucked up' the courage and booked in to Swakeleys Dental Practice. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist, Jill, and then seen by Dr. Ighodaro (who is known as Festus). I must say Festus' provided an EXCELLENT service explaining exactly what was going to be happening, reassured all the time and making me feel really comfortable: 'Service with a Smile'. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Swakeleys Dental Practice over 8 months now. I've had the pleasure of being meeting with 3 of the dental practioners there: Carlos, Maria and Magdalena. All of which I've found highly professional and polite. They are everything you would expect from an excellent dental surgery and more. They take extra care to ensure you are comfortable and aren't in any pain through procedures. The location is convenient, parking never an issue. The surgery itself being very clean, well decorated with soft classical or jazz music usually playing creating a calming atmosphere. I have dental insurance and they have worked with me to ensure all communication and paperwork is in place on that side of things. As their website says, they did provide me with flexible finance options also. Special mention to Jill the receptionist! Again polite and professional throughout, keeping me well connected with phone calls and text messages. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My wife was a patient with Swakeleys Dental and when I had a problem I went along for an assessment. Carlos and Maria and all the staff were very patient and understanding and put together a plan to tackle several longstanding issues. Because of their excellent work I am now in a much better position going forward. As I am not getting any younger it is very reassuring to know that I can absolutely rely on Swakeleys Dental to maintain my dental health.

Negative experience: my wife went to this dental surgery in October 2017. She had a baby 4 month before so she has a free dental care .She was suffering from the pain in her wisdom tooth and she make the emergency appointment and seen by the dentist Carlos O'Neill.On the phone she told the receptionist that she has free dental care because of her baby .Dr Carlos saw her and advised her that her end tooth has infection and need to be removed on and he also said that after one month we can put the denture over that area .so you can easily chew and eat. Dr get very upset and angry when he came to know that my wife is the NHS patient .When he was taking that tooth out even he didn't mention that my wife going to faced a big problem in eating and chewing forever. .Dr done the procedure straight away with out giving her any other option because he do not want to take her as a patient. i think because of Nhs. after the treatment she phone many time that she is having pain and dr said that he cannot see her any more because he has limited NHS patients which is not my wife fault .If she has a free dental care that does not mean the dr are not taking any money they are claiming from the NHS .which is fair enough and the dr was very rude and does not give her appointment. then after 2 week she still have pain can not eat from that side and by begging she get the appointment .The dr done the xray and check there is no infection but refused to put denture and any other treatment for the missing tooth so she can easily eat her food .she told her that it is so much worse that even she cannot rinse it with water or drink water from that side but he totally refused to do anything .she told the dentist that no other dentist is taking her this treatment because they said go to the dentist who done this . please my kindly advise not to trust this doctor because my wife is still suffering with the pain and cannot go to any where else.

Fantastic experience: Called up and was offered a same day appointment in the afternoon for a check up. Simple registration process as I was a new customer. Very nice waiting room with soft music playing! I was seen on time and given a thorough check up and a comprehensive discussion with the dentist. I would very happily go again.

Negative experience: I'm 14 and the lady at the desk argued with me at the because our cab was late and she said that it was my responsibility. also they gave me antibiotics twice and none off them worked yet they still tried to extract my tooth
