Negative experience: Absolutely rude Omar has an attitude and has no clue whatsoever on what he’s doing and the helper of his had a face on and the counter they worked on was very sticky would not recommend

Fantastic experience: Very professional and customer friendly dentist. Very helpful from receptionists to dentist's. Reliable, honest and accommodating in emergency situations with dental issues. Best dental practice. Recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible and a rip off went in October I had booked and paid for the appointment a month before, there was no appointment booked when arrived so had to wait quite awhile to be fit in to then be told i needed to have an xray, 3 weeks later they got in touch to tell me I would have to go to Leeds for it, I can't use public transport and have difficulty walking so had to pay £50 each way for a taxi plus £80 for the xray itself and then find I had to climb 2 sets of stairs for the appointment in Leeds and to top it all off after all this they have not bothered to get back in touch to arrange further treatment so still in pain and unable to eat..... so £200 and odd down with no treatment, avoid this place at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined this dentist after not going to one for years, all the staff are lovely. Had to have a filling done today which I was so nervous about, but Omar was brilliant, made me feel reassured and I trust him.

Fantastic experience: After being to many dentist, this one by far is the best one in keighley, all the staff are so polite and lovely, my dentist is so kind and understanding and is always making sure all my needs are met no matter how small or large, they even managed to get my false teeth made and fitted within 2 weeks of registering in the middle of lockdown I won’t be going anywhere else ever again.

Negative experience: Been cancelled on twice in a row now. Have a cracked tooth so needing a crown. Been waiting since March for it doing. When it can be done l get cancelled on. Ridiculous. Update been for another visit was meant to be for my cracked crown doing and he's just checking them over. Said was an app to fix my crown and he says the company they use for them aren't making them. So no crown fixed. Having to go private, what a joke Omar is. Bring back Mr Bennett.

Fantastic experience: First time at Plum Dental today. They seemed to be the only dentist in the area taking on new patients. The receptionists and nursing staff are nice and welcoming, and my new dentist was great. Really happy I managed to get in there ☺️

Fantastic experience: After hiding from dentist for years Plum Dental made me so welcome all the staff are very pleasant thay treated me has a valued customer not just a number. Finally, I have something to smile about not having pain every week from my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have been having corrective dental treatment in the last month with Omar. He made me feel at ease throughout and he was very professional and has fixed years of poor dental work of which I have received for the past several years.

Negative experience: Had one hour appointment for two fillings, refused to see me as I was 10 minutes late due to roadworks. It’s a 20 mile round journey for me so I’m not pleased? What are they doing for the next 50 minutes???

Fantastic experience: I have received excellent dental treatment from Omar to correct the inadequate and incompetent 'treatment' from the previous dentist. Omar has been extremely professional, courteous and transparent during my consultations, and I now have a healthy set of teeth and gums as a result of his work.

Negative experience: After 2cancled appointments finally saw the new dentist 45 minutes late cost n me wages wasn't even told running late expect you to be 10minuts early & can't be on time themselves what a disgrace -to top it all called 30 minutes later to sa won't treat you any more because of bad attitude get a grip I was not late very poor don't care at all

Negative experience: Waited 3 weeks in pain for an appointment given 5 weeks after asking for one only to call and ask if anything closer had come up and find out they had cancelled my appointment anyway without informing me or being able to give another one in another 4 weeks.
