2 months ago Fantastic experience: I recently attended Bupa Dental in Wellington to begin my Invisalign journey with Dr Nissbah Iqbal. Getting a timely appointment was easy, and the reception and nursing staff are friendly and welcoming. The practice is very clean and accessible. My dentist was reassuring and managed my expectations regarding treatment. She was helpful and informative and I felt supported in making an informed decision to begin my treatment. I’ve now began my treatment and I’m excited to see the results. My children are also seen by Dr Nissbah and she is incredibly caring and gentle - a safe and trusted pair of hands

3 months ago Fantastic experience: Professional service and easy to book in. Dentist Nissbah Iqbal gave me the best dental care. I had always been worried about going to the dentist, but she put me at ease instantly. The dental surgery itself was clean and welcoming. I will definitely be returning and won’t put it off now that I know Nissbah will look after me.

4 months ago Negative experience: I booked an appointment for my son to have a check up and since I work full time and my son attends school, I booked the last appointment of the day. My son and I arrived 5 minutes late (I literally left work on the dot of 16h00 as my shift finished, rushed home, fetched my son, then raced to get there for a 16h40 appointment)only to be told we'd have to rebook. This is the worst experience I've ever had at any dentist. Disgusting service. Wont be going there again.

The dentist and nurse I saw for my appointment were very friendly, professional and reassuring which is great if you are feeling a little nervous!

3 years ago Fantastic experience: Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have always been petrified of going to the dentist but they made me feel at ease. Dentist talked me through my treatment plan and was very including and made me feel like I had a choice. Would fully recommend to anybody.

3 years ago Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Called them at 8.00 AM for an emergency, got a call back at 8.30 with an appointment at 10.00 AM same day. Staff are always very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.

3 years ago Negative experience: BUPA are an absolute scam. When you join they make you take a form to your GP to fill out before you can access services like this. But, when your GP point blank refuses to fill out any forms you are stuck paying for services that you are locked out of by the system.
