Negative experience: Appalling. Should be pleased that the original dentist who treated me was fired as he was so bad it is not even funny. I now have to go about 3/4 times to correct the mistakes and hopefully save my tooth. Promised a call to discuss the fact huge mistakes were made, making me have to have extra treatment and now they think I should pay more money to resolve the problem their dentist caused. Despite the clinic manager never called, making it the third time I have been let down by this dentist for terrible client treatment.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. This is a disgusting practice in their treatment of patients. I went there on 10th March 2026 to receive emergency care. I was told at the appointment that follow up care would be given and it has not. The practice manager has basically called me a liar and has stated that the proper care was given when it was not. Whilst they did provide me with antibiotics they were supposed to follow up with a referral in response to an x ray and it did not happen, they washed their hands of me. The dentist that I saw was an older man who was disgusting, coughing all over me and he just prodded my mouth with his finger in an aggressive manor on the tooth that was broken stating there was no issue. I have been left for months with severe pain because I do not have a permanent dentist and they were supposed to help me. The manager only responded today to my complaint which was put in months ago and they say that they respond within a week. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous experience a couple of months ago, I've never liked dentists in general so I've always tried to avoid going but i desperately needed a checkup. The male dentist was unbelievably rude from the beginning couldn't be bothered to even talk just wanted to rush everything, I ended up needing tooth out. His words "well you either have it out or you don't" we proceeded to have it removed. Told his assistant to hold my head down and he very aggressively ragged my mouth around completely snapping my tooth in my gum. My PREGNANT partner was in the room with us she got very concerned and started panicking due to how aggressive and clearly careless he was being she told him twice she didn't feel right and he completely ignored her and myself when I tried to make sure she was okay he just told me to put my head back down. She ended up passing out and only after that he finally started listening and pushed the panic button but still, didn't seem to care he sat in his chair huffing and puffing, the medics came in to assist my partner and I asked the dentist if there was much left to do with my tooth due to everything that had gone on I clearly wasn't wanting to stay and have it finished. His response "don't worry about it it's my job not yours" then proceeded to complain to his assistant about the whole situation that HE caused whilst we was still in the room by the way. Other staff were very very nice honestly can't fault them other however the male dentist shouldn't be working in a job like this, rude arrogant and completely careless. Still to this day I have problems with my mouth and because of him I'm not keen on returning to a dentist. How he's still got a job I l don't know.

Negative experience: Great service from all staff except the older male dentist who was rude, uncommunicative and painful. No problem with the practice but will be avoiding this guy if possible.

Fantastic experience: Debbie on reception needs a medal! Unbelievably helpful, kind, caring and really went above and beyond helping us with our 8 year olds son's dental issues. The best "customer service" we've ever received Thank you Debbie!

Fantastic experience: I’m an extremely nervous patient but was treated with such understanding & support by the dentists & Debbie the Receptionist, that I managed to get through a filling without even an injection. Mind you, it wasn’t a big filling, but I was truly grateful for such understanding & care. Very impressed with this dental practice & would recommend them.

Then the pulling done with no pain at all. Excellent service. There handling of customers is 10 out of 10.

Negative experience: Went as a private patient, 10 minutes past my appointment time I watched the dentist rock up, cancelled the appointment. A professional is exactly that, don't accept anything less.

The consultant was brilliant, he made me laugh and put me at ease. Within seconds my tooth was out . The service was brilliant and I'd highly recommend anybody to go there. Negative experience: Joke of a dentist practice, the waiting list to sign up is around 2 years and if you need an emergency appointment you'll still be waiting around a month, the whole point of an emergency appointment is that its an emergency so it should be a same day appointment, the woman I spoke to said that they have over 10 thousand applicants on the waiting list and yet there aren't even that many people living in mablethorpe!

Fantastic experience: I was given a check up appointment within 24 hours, the dentist I saw was very friendly, professional and gave me a full examination. The treatment I needed was carried out the following week and I am very happy with the service and care I was given.
