Fantastic experience: Excellent service, seen within 1 hour of contacting them on a bank holiday, broken tooth with severe tooth ache. Extraction done promptly and with care from the staff. So very grateful.

Fantastic experience: I went absolutely terrified with a broken wisdom tooth. The team were all amazing with me. Everything was explained very clearly and they were very understanding of my anxiety. Tooth was removed in seconds and nowhere near as bad as Id anticipated. Thank you

Negative experience: Daughter whent for emergency appointment for abscess they would not touch give antibiotics and told to go to dentist which she is still waiting on a list

Fantastic experience: Absolutely lovely care throughout....from the receptionists who were helpful, professional and lovely....to jasmine the dentist who was so kind and gentle.....to her dental nurse, who forgive me I forget her name, went above and beyond....I have a number of medical issues and all staff were attentive, aware and very kind.....I needed a troublesome molar extracted and the care was faultless.....thankyou to all staff......your practice is a credit to you all.

Negative experience: Can’t get though to them and my packing has fallen out and no one is answering the phone and now I have to wait till march to get in

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. Let down by own dentist (My Dentist on Oxford Street in Barrow). Not a lover of the dentist but the staff kept me calm whilst having an extraction. Seen really quickly and the care was exceptional. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Would give a minus one on this visit if I could, receptionist had such a bad attitude got my time mixed up tried ringing first thing and got a recorded message saying they where shut I then rang a further 5 times I went down not long after they opened to be told in a snotty way that I had missed my appointment, shocking customer service skills also there was.4 other people behind the desk a mix of dentists and dental assistants doing nothing....they didn't give a stuff that I'm in agony with a tooth that needs to come out or that I can't eat now till I get this sorted .... absolutely shocking !!!!!

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment today, with a painful tooth. The dentist Naz and her assistant Sue were lovely and put me at ease. Wish they could take on new patients, they provide an excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Having just moved to the area and unable to get on a NHS dentist list I turned here for help with a painful loose molar. I got an appointment the same day, the tooth was extracted with ease from a wonderful dentist who with her dental assistant reassured me and I am truly grateful. All for a band 1 charge too. Brilliant.

After not seeing a dentist for a long time , I was rather worried , and nervous, but Tony and his team quickly put me at ease. Brilliant treatment, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, gave me the options of what they could do for me and I chose extraction. Took about 10 mins from injection to getting it out. Great service.

Fantastic experience: honestly the best, been in nothing but pain for days with my broken tooth that i have had for 13 years as my dentist when i was younger did nothing with it, called theses emergency dentist and they got me in within 4 hours and removed the tooth there and then, Thank you for your service

Negative experience: Took my 2year old due to bleeding teeth, my two year old has additional needs one being sensory difficulties, dentist told me he had food stuck behind his tooth she didn't make much of an effort to try to remove it, we were in the room for around 2minutes, she then went on to tell me if my son needed general anesthetic he may not wake up! Those were her exact words! Phoned triage back when I got home as I couldn't remove the lodged food (if it is that) said dentist rang me back basically told me my son was too uncooperative and she didn't feel comfortable pinning him down (fair enough) that we just have to leave it and see what happens the food should remove itself! Baring in mind its been bleeding for 2 days and he cant eat anything and hes in alot of pain! Surely my son isnt the only person with sensory difficulties it cant be that all children and adults with additional needs just get left to deal with it and see what happens? she then went on to say if worst comes to worst he will need general anesthetic... yet in clinic she told me he may not wake up again? Said this to her and her attitude was disgusting she told me she was telling me the risks which is fair enough but didn't tell me any other risks just that my son may die?! To be honest it was more her attitude over the whole situation, its like she seen my son had additional needs and just couldn't be bothered dealing with him, will be making a formal complaint. Gave a one star due to the rest of the staff being lovely.

Negative experience: While on holiday was given an emergency appointment with tooth pain. I was offered an extraction OR antibiotics.I was in lot of pain so agreed to extraction. Afterwards the dental nurse refused to let me take my removed tooth or a photo of it to show my own dentist(had a review appointment booked for following week).Told to keep it clean and not given dressing or antibiotics. I rang my own dentist for aftercare advice and did regular salt rinses,took painkillers…etc. The pain continued to increase and spread to jaw,ear and started throwing up. Saw my own dentist and doctor 4 days later. Turns out the gum was infected aswell as tooth and I should have also been given antibiotics which my doctors now given. If I had been given antibiotics aswell as removed tooth I wouldn’t have been in pain for 5 days on holiday and missed days at work following week.
