Fantastic experience: Have been a patient of mydentist in Kilmarnock for many years and had many dentists over the years but Fiona Craig has been my dentist for a good few years. Had a new metal dental plate fitted today and OMG it is just perfect. I was so apprehensive as my old dental plate was over 30 years old!! An excellent job done by Fiona who is a lovely person in general and always takes time to speak to you. Thank you Fiona so much and well done. You've made an elderly lady feel great again. You're well worth the 5 stars.

Negative experience: Got the appointment date wrong for me and my two autistic boys. Partly my fault for getting the wrong date, but got a call and when I tried to explain, I was told to find another dentist without any compassion, given the current state of dentistry within the UK. I could accept that if the receptionist Claire wasn't very abrasive, unsympathetic and hostile. Everyone makes mistakes and gets times and dates wrong, but to take it out on two autistic children in need of a dentist in a dental crisis is disgusting.

Fantastic experience: I must say the care and support I got was just immense..can I also thank Mr Peter McCreadie for the care and attention he showed..there was no rush..went at my pace..such a nice guy..and also his assistant was so lovely..it makes such a difference to patients..altho my abscess did get rid of my lower wrinkles..but so glad to be rid of the abscess..lol..

Finding a clinician who genuinely understands and responds to my needs was challenging until I met Dr. Beth. From our first appointment, Dr. Beth established a calm, reassuring presence that immediately put me at ease. Her non-judgmental sensitivity and flexibility are rare and have made all the difference. What sets Dr. Beth apart is how she tailors every appointment to what I can realistically cope with. She’s adjusted the clinical environment and who is in the room, so I feel safe and supported.  She schedules my appointments accordingly, which helps with routine and managing anticipatory anxiety. I feel each visit is becoming easier. Dr. Beth remembers my preferences, like keeping the room cool and allowing me to listen to music, whether my own or something she provides. Dr. Beth has not only provided continuity, professionalism, and therapeutic care—she’s given me trust, hope, and a voice in a setting where I previously felt powerless. I cannot thank her enough. Not only a credit to dentistry but also to the practice. I’ve also had the pleasure of being under the care of Dental Nurse Beth, and I can confidently say she is exceptional in every aspect of patient-centred care.  Beth establishes a warm and therapeutic relationship that puts me at ease. Beth consistently demonstrates an outstanding ability to maintain professionalism while creating a supportive and encouraging environment. Fantastic experience: Went in to see Aliza the child smile nurse with my little girl. She was welcoming, informative and great with my daughter. Recommend her for sure

Negative experience: left for months to get a denture and when you already have a strict diet of what you can eat due to crohns, this makes life so much fun, if you like waiting months between treatments this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Had a shoogly crown that needed reseated urgently. Phoned to get an emergency appointment and the receptionist managed to get me one within 15 minutes of the call. Couldn't get the crown reseated but had to get an extraction instead. Didn't like that, but honestly the speed that everything got sorted out on a Friday morning of all times was worthy of the rating.

Negative experience: Shocking dentist called up to get an emergency appointment due to extreme toothache and a broken tooth, being unable to sleep at night due to the pain, service is terrible and the staff aren’t very helpful or friendly

Negative experience: You go to this dentist because you’ve severe toothache only to be told you need an extraction yeh fine but then get told that it can’t be done there and I’d need to be referred to hosp dentist but that could take 6 mths to a year unless I pay private are they joking fgs they gonna give me the money to pay for it think I’ll be looking for a new dentist

Fantastic experience: I have been with my dentist in Kilmarnock now for 2 years and honestly it’s the best dentist I have had in a long time, nothing is a hassle and Mohammad who happens to be my dentist is absolutely amazing, all the staff are friendly and helpful including Tracy. Highly recommended!!!

Negative experience: I had a hygiene this morning dentist called Muhammad..he's job is rubbish and his hand is very heavy plus took him 5 minutes to finish the job..as a result I wouldn't have him,again.

Negative experience: Was a patient. They changed head dentists without any warning (I'm unfortunately a anxious/nervous patient) . The New dentist barely looked at my mouth or barely touched my mouth at all. I had a rotten wisdom tooth(two barely poking through and one twisted), and 2 cavities in the side of my teeth. He did not see one problem... Oh and they stopped sedation. They didn't tell me that until I asked and prices through the roof for basic treatment.

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but excellent treatment and service since going to Mydentist in Kilmarnock. Everything from the staff at the front desk to the 3 dentists I have seen have been absolutely first class. They have been accommodating at every turn and offer swift check ups and appointments. Both private and NHS treatment has been swift and painless and I now have no qualms or embarrassment about going to the dentist. If you are in the Kilmarnock area and are looking for a dentist, I cannot recommend Mydentist highly enough.

Negative experience: Avoid, always canceling your appointments. Not helpful

Positive experience: I now have a fantastic dentist, Mr Assem. In the past have not been pleased but can not fault practice now

Negative experience: Rude not very poliet do not know circumstances. Staff called Corrie. Great otherwise well was years ago.

Positive experience: Dentist put me at ease discussed options for my treatment appeared friendly. Reception staff could be more welcoming friendly a lot of people myself included are nervous and apprehensive about attending dental appointments.

Negative experience: I've been registered here a couple of yrs ago when they opened and the Staff and Dentist used to be 5 Stars.Used to be absoulte great. However life came up and could get here for a yr or so then i phoned them to get an appointment as 2 wrong theet ive got one which is bleeding and asked them for soon as any free slots they have as it is sore and bleeding.Then when i got there they told me as i took painkiller and now its ok.Then the DENTIST became RUDE and absolutly UNFRIENDLY telling me im waisting thier time.Then they get me an appoitment 1 MONTH later.Honestly AVOID that place.All good staff left the practice and left the useless totaly incompetent staff there.Once ive got home i just deregistered and cancelled my appointment whit them and the same day found an another practice where they completed the job perfectly and not just want to extract all my thoot instead saved them.

Negative experience: Go elsewhere if you want to save your teeth. Incompetent dentist, with underlying isusses, who can't tell the truth.should be ashamed. Weird way to conduct yourself when ppl are totally unsuspecting and helpless,need total overhaul of staff.get some strange kick out of having that power,avoid ,there are plenty of lovely, professional,competent dentist in the area.

Negative experience: AVOID IF YOU WANT TO KEEP HEALTHY TEETH ! went here for a couple of fillings.. had 3 check ups withing 6 weeks.. after having an appointment for 2 fillings.. to get there and told it was another check up !!! again?? told me i would have to get a tooth out as it wasnt saveable... and i would need to get a plate put in... i went for a second opinion to another practice where i was told that i would in no way at all need a plate and the tooth could be fixed with no problems.. 2 fillings on same day i went in and my front crown replaced... ( the supposedly tooth which would have to be removed and plate installed)..... the dentist here is only interested in MAKING AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE FROM THE PATIENTS!! 3 check ups in 6 weeks??? where i was meant to be in for 2 fillings.. another check up ??? so my advice to anyone going to the practice is exactly.. GO ELSEWHERE.. SHE IS A TERRIBLE DENTIST !!!

Negative experience: By far worst dentist EVER. Completely focused & orientated towards money only. Absolutely NO patient care. Shockingly bad

Fantastic experience: The dentist Jennifer is absolutely amazing.... would recommend an appointment to be made with her for anyone who's had a bad experience with this dentist practice or anyone scared of the dentist. the problem with the practice is some of their reception staff.

Negative experience: Phoned twice says I'm not registered yet the health board said I am got a sore gum yet they said come in on the 28th to re register so what I've to wait about 2 weeks to get seeing to absolute joke haven't even had letters from them for my 6month check up absolute disgrace
