Queen Annes Dental Practice

Fantastic experience: Been going to this dentist since I was a child. Never had any issues. They've had multiple renovations over the years to keep the place looking fresh and modern. Reception team are always very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined the practice as a private patient and am very thankful for the level of care I’ve received from Zaid Tariq, those who assist him and the receptionists during my treatment plan. Everyone is friendly, and professional. Appointments never feel rushed. Zaid explains everything clearly and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Having experienced both NHS and private dentistry, the difference in the level of care, attention, and time available to patients is very noticeable. A big thank you to Zaid and all the staff who have made every visit a positive experience. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I just want to say a big thank you to Rob yesterday after my daughter taking 5 baby teeth out . He is so patient with both my girls and makes them feel really relaxed even after one of my daughter's having four injections in her mouth she was still smiling and talking to her which I think that saids it all.

Fantastic experience: After years of uncompassionate poor dentist treatment I started attending Queen Anne's and from the moment I walked into the dentist room I was put at ease by a wonderful dentist called Brin. He was so patient and explained everything fully, he is very thorough and just a really nice guy who really does care about patient comfort and ease. He has transformed my experience of visiting the dentist and I feel very lucky to have him looking after me.

Fantastic experience: Ive just had the Best experience in my whole 30 years after being failed by a local dental surgery continually. I am now in recovery from an eating disorder & unfortunately whilst this mental illness ruined my life it also destroyed my teeth. I was scared to be seen, because previously I've been looked down at.... however this wasn't the case with queen annes! My dentist was AMAZING and very understanding. Negative experience: So much for advertising themselves as an emergency dentist. They don’t treat emergencies, only their own patients. Very misleading and false advertising. Unhelpful. They need to update their website if this is the case because the poor people in agony are getting fobbed off. That’s not caring for people.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service. My youngest had severe tooth pain over Christmas, they saw him straight away . Overnight he became worse so they saw him again the next day performing an extraction that was done with such care and thought for my son. Such a lovely, friendly thoughtful team, thank you x

Fantastic experience: I've never had any issues going to the dentist so I never felt the need to leave a review, however, today was the first time my 2 year was visiting a dentist, Dr. Brinthan did an amazing job, he let my son play with a few things and just helped get him used to being in that environment, hopefully building the foundations for a great little patient.

Fantastic experience: After 2 sleepless nights in pain I called Ellie at queen Anne's dental practice she was keen to get me in and help. Best experience iv ever had in a dentist. Extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. Few jabs of the good stuff and a strong arm later they managed to extract a big molar that was infected with an absence. I left with an aftercare plan and antibiotics. 5 star treatment from start to finish thankyou ellie and lorna for all your help. Highly recommended practice

Fantastic experience: Amazing service never felt so comfortable going to the dentist, Bryn the dentist I am seeing is so knowledgeable and is going out of his way to help and see me more regularly to help with my problems , would highly recommend to anyone .

Negative experience: Terrible service here. Money grabbing weasel's. The work hasn't held up any decent time and then to fix the shoddy work they charge you extra. Keep making appointments to have nothing done stay away from these con artists.

Negative experience: After 16 yrs my NHS dentist is retiring. So I started to look for a new one either NHS or Private. I contacted this practice twice via their own website and then having not heard anything, emailed them direct, again I received no contact. So I rang direct and spoke with the receptionist, who to put it was very unhelpful and condescending. She said that I could be added to their already long list, but it would be a considerable long time before I was likely to be contacted, as they were restricting the number of new patients due to the Pandemic. I declined the offer to be placed on a very long waiting list. And suggested that they started to move forward and not be held back by the same old Covid excuses. I work on a front line emergency service and unfortunately, I am not allowed such luxuries!

Fantastic experience: After weeks of suffering and visits to other dental practises I got an emergency appointment at Queen Anne's practise today. I cannot fault my treatment. I was very nervous after some previous bad experiences but I was instantly put at ease by the wonderful dentist. I would not hesitate to go back. The dentist and nurse made what was a fairly complicated procedure as enjoyable as it could be. Nobody likes the thought of visiting the dentists but I can honestly say I would look forward to visiting this practise again. 5 stars. Thank you for making me smile happily again

Negative experience: They don’t do dental emergencies, rang them as was referred to use “111”.. rang111 and was referred back to them.. was told a dentist would ring for symptoms etc so hung around all day waiting for a call which never came so now a weekend of agony awaits Not a registered patient but told by both 111 & a lady at Queen Anne’s that a dentist would contact us as on holiday

Negative experience: This is more about a rude receptionist than it is my dental treatment . .first of all the receptionist in question wasn't even seeing to me...but she felt the need to interject ...I didn't appreciate her unwanted and unasked for contributions to my conversation. Please tell Claudia in future to mind her own business. And not to involve herself in other people's conversation. I know what has happened with past appointments I do not need her telling me different . I don't care what the computer tells her .I know very well what past appointments have been cancelled and changed as i keep a hand written diary !

Fantastic experience: We've been going to Jenny for a while now,and we had a visit today with my 12 year old son whose a nervous wreck and she was absolutely fantastic! Talked to him all the way through telling him how good he was etc.one tooth out,cleaning of teeth,injection x3 and a filling all one visit.He hardly felt a thing so he won't be scared of going back.Top job from Jenny

Fantastic experience: My 1st appointment today with Queen Annes Dentist a check up and x-rays. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Mr Green made me feel very looked after. All round a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Went for an emergency appointment and the care I recieved was superb. The procedure was difficult but I was reassured throughout, given plenty of information and felt very cared for.

Fantastic experience: I returned to Queen Anne's Dental Practice as their care and quality surpasses any other dentist I've been to! I had a chipped tooth filled by Mr Norburn as a teenager and it lasted 30 years. I had it replaced by another dentist at a different practice and it lasted 7 days, then 1 month when it was re-done. I went back to QADP and they did a far superior job which has lasted!
