Fantastic experience: Massive thank you to Dentahub especially Arran & Angela today for extracting my tooth really took care of me and explained everything they were doing in great detail. Kept asking through the extraction if I was ok and if I needed a break really looked after can't thank them enough I didn't feel anything it was pain free can't thank Arran and Angela enough. Highly recommended as always they really look after you.

Fantastic experience: Today I have had 4 teeth extracted and a new plate with 5 teeth put in place. This work was carried out in a really pleasant manner with real skill and professionalism. Thank you to Arran and Angela, who carried out the work in such a calm way, without my feeling any pain whatsoever. They were excellent throughout all the processes and procedures and I want to say thank you to Arran and Angela you were amazing.

Fantastic experience: After years of being petrified of the dentist I made to move to Dentahub Whitchurch and I am now regretting not moving sooner. The whole team is amazing but I have to give huge praise to Silpa and Reiad. They are both incredible, so kind and lovely and completely took my fear of the dentist away. Silpa is the sweetest lady who really does brighten your day and Reiad just puts you at ease the second you meet him. They are a great team who have made myself and my son feel very comfortable and cared for. Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: My son, age 5, bashed his front tooth and needed root canal treatment. I was concerned how he would react to what is a pretty major procedure as teeth go, but Dr Gad and Nurse Angela were fantastic with him! At the consultation Dr Gad was so patient with him and talked about everything he was doing. When we came back for the procedure he explained each step of what was happening to my son. Showed him the tools, answered his many, many questions and was just genuinely so calm and reassuring. My son wasn't upset in the slightest and managed to sit there (relatively still - as still as a 5 year old can be) and wasn't phased by the experience at all. He actually quite enjoyed learning about the tools and x-ray machine etc. Dr Gad and Angela were the perfect team for kids or anyone nervous of dental treatment. And the tooth (that was black) now looks great! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dentahub yesterday to have a tooth extracted by Arran assisted by Lucy. Not the most pleasant thing to have done, but they both were attentive and very caring. This was helpful as it put you at ease and help make the process bearable! Thanks Dentahub!

Fantastic experience: For my dental checkup both Dr Arran Pooni and his assistant Lucy made me feel welcome, supportive and they listened to concerns that I may have before checkup begins. It is also nice to see the same dental practitioner and assistant who know your treatments, concerns and to have good communication to guide you to the step being taken before and after treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have had several dental issues over the past few months and all the staff at Green End Dental Practice provide an excellent, professional, efficient and friendly service. The most recent appointment was with the hygienist Silpa and nurse Polly, who continued the excellent care, were very gentle during the procedure and provided advice for ongoing dental care. Thank you to all the staffs the practice.

Fantastic experience: Recently I had to access the emergency appointment service and I cannot fault the service. I was offered an appointment within 24 hours and received treatment for an infection instantly. Within a further two weeks I had root canal treatment completed. Gad is a brilliant dentist; he explains what he is doing, shows you the images, what the treatment entails and what it looks like upon completion. I felt looked after, listened to and had excellent quality of care. Lucy is also a diamond! Very friendly and a breath of fresh air

Fantastic experience: To Silpa & Reiad at Green End Practice. In 70+ yrs this lady is the very first dentist to work on me without any injections. The only word I can use in Incredeible, care and attetnion to the Patient, exstremely gentle, all the latest equipment, very clean and extremely efficient. And a Big mention for Reiad, whose Birthday it is today, HAPPY BIRTHDAY Reiad. What a wonderful Team Peter

Fantastic experience: I have just been sat here reading through all the reviews and there are some bad ones but this is honestly not what I have experienced today or at all infact. Yes you do have to see the hygienist first and yes you do have to wait a few months to see the dentist but i think that's the same wherever you go now when you join with a new dentist. Arran and Angela were amazing today I have always been a nervous patient after a traumatic experience as a child but as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with kind faces and big smiles, they were both very reassuring and professional. I have just had a filling and I hardly felt a thing. I'm so glad I signed up to dentahub and I'm now not feeling half as anxious as I have been previously.

Fantastic experience: I have been having ongoing treatment with Arran and Angel. Arran is great, he explains everything and puts you at ease. If you need him to stop you only have to raise your hand. I had to have a tooth out, which I was dreading, but it was just fine, he talked it through, I was well looked after by them both. Arran has also given me lots of tips in how to clean my teeth better, to avoid future issues. Definitely recommend Arran as a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Visited for a tooth extraction with Dr Gad assisted by Lucy, his nurse. I've had three teeth removed in my 50 years alive and this was by far the quickest and most pain free......so far. Both were very helpful and informative and explained everything before, during and after to put me at ease. Best tooth extraction so far. 5*.

Fantastic experience: I had a part tooth removed and 2 fillings at the end of February. Arron and Angela were excellent, they warned me of pain of injections especially in bridge of my mouth. They were professional and informative and the whole process was quick. Arron seems a very experienced and confident dentist and I would happily go to him next time .

Negative experience: Been here for years as had no other choice but particularly over the last year we’ve had terrible service and the receptionists have been quite rude. We’ve had an appointment cancelled on the same day that we had waited so long for but we were not notified at all, no phone call, no email. Receptionist didn’t seem bothered, and rebooking you have to wait months. I would not recommend this as a dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth taken out and a few days later I was in a lot of pain I phoned them and the receptionist was very kind and fitted me in to be seen. I saw Dr Gad, he was kind. He did some cleaning I felt much better afterwards. They didn’t charge me for the visit.

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old son was seen by the dentist Arran and the ladies Lucy Y and Skye. The ladies were lovely and Arran was amazing with my son, made him feel at ease, and made the whole process as pleasant as it could be. My son wasn’t afraid or in pain and that was due to Arran. An amazing dentist who will be on our list to see again in the future. In the words of my son he was ‘boss’.

Scheduling appointments is easy, and the front desk staff are incredibly helpful. Lucy and Niki are fantastic — they always take the time to explain my treatments clearly and thoroughly, and they’re happy to answer any questions I have. I never feel rushed and am always made to feel comfortable from start to finish. Amazing work x

Negative experience: Most unreliable and poorly managed dentist I have ever had the misfortune of being a client of. 1. I was told by the receptionist they only have 1 dentist who only works 1 day a week. In order to book an appointment with said dentist you have to pay for a consultation with a dental therapist first. I needed a root canal which I told them about in advance and knew the dental therapist would not be able to perform this treatment but the receptionist was adamant I had to pay for an appointment with the dental therapist first. No surprise the dental therapist referred me to the dentist. 2. Once you’ve gotten over that hurdle you then have to wait at least 4-6 months to get an appointment (unless you’re lucky and someone has cancelled). 3. I have recently experienced them cancelling my Dentist appointment twice in a row last minute. The first time they told me an hour before my appointment after I had arranged with work to give me the time off. The reason they gave for this was “the lab is closed today”. They would not elaborate any further. The second time they cancelled my appointment less than 10 mins before my appointment. The Receptionist was very passive aggressive and the only reason given was that “the dentist isn’t in” when I said surely you would know that in advance the receptionist just said he was told the dentist was not in and was just passing on the message. No further details given. Once again I had arranged with work to have the time off for the appointment. Unfortunately NHS waiting lists for other dentists are ridiculously long so they have you over a barrel but for those considering going to this dentist for the first time, please avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: The last 6 appointments were at least 30 minutes late, the last one an hour late. Not acceptable.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased to have met Rania, she has done such a brilliant job on restoring my smile, she was so attentive, professional and did an excellent job on my teeth. Rania has taken time over the last month doing a brilliant job. Thank You Rania. To all the dental assistants & receptionist that I have had the pleasure of meeting and assisting Rania Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend this practice they are all a pleasure to meet and the workmanship is brilliant. Rania you have really boosted my confidence and I can smile again. Amazing work.

Negative experience: Just don’t go here no matter how desperate you are, unprofessional, long waits can’t see and actually dentist. Oh and if your NHS patient they say they can put you on a payment plan to be seen my a dentist so have the work done quicker! This place needs a serious review from the General Dental Council.

Fantastic experience: Called in late on a Saturday to book for fillings. Greeted by receptionist Dominic who was super efficient and friendly and managed to arrange treatment within the hour! Had treatment by the fabulous female dentist and her as fabulous assistant. Treatment was pain free and perfect!

Negative experience: So after trying to find an NHS dentist after my original one has gone private I came across this one. After filling out the form online I received 2 appointments within 2 mins which straight away drew up a red flag as everywhere else either can’t fit you in or having to wait months. Anyway I rang the practise to ask why 2 appointments. Communication not very good. Turn up yesterday and the lady that saw me literally stuck her tool right into my gum causing pain. Asked her to stop. She then did the same to my 9 year old daughter causing her to cry. There is no compassion when dealing with children at all. I’ve now been told I need 2 fillings to which I’m not even sure which tooth needs it. After the pain she caused when I’ve had no trouble with my teeth over the last few years I’m reluctant to go back. First time I’ve ever been anxious about seeing a dentist. My children won’t be going back there that’s for sure.

Negative experience: NOT recommended place..I asked for an appointment for a filling. When I sat in the chair they said that the lady was not a dentist and that my tooth would not be filled but they did examine and clean my tooth. That's why I paid 75 pounds. If I want a dentist, it's a 3-4 month wait. Why did they call me if they can't solve my problem? The treatment didn't last more than 5-6 minutes..this is not a fair procedure. don't waste your time and money! Both receptionists are not very nice or helpful. The communication is very poor..and not fair.

Negative experience: I've just finished paying off an NHS penalty notice I received because of this dental practice. At the time of my appointment I had a UC claim. However the receptionist told me and insisted several times I therefore didn't have to pay anything as it was free. I told her I had to pay the £26 NHS treatment fee, but she kept insisting I didn't. So I didn't and I got a penalty notice for the £26 plus £100. When I went into the practice to complain I was basically told it was my fault by the office manager because I'd signed the UC forms. I emailed the NHS about the fine and they confirmed it was nothing to do with the UC claim, it was simply because I hadn't paid the £26 treatment fee on the day of my appointment. Going back to the practice to complain again, I spoke with a man over the phone (practice manager I assume). He said he would look into the matter for me and phone me back a couple of days later. Well nearly 3 months later and he still hasn't phoned me back. Absolutely the worst customer service I have received in a very long time.

Negative experience: This dentist used to be absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, you book to see a dentist now and even though they confirm you will see a dentist (Lucy) I've just been in and missed work to get therw mid day and they have changed me to seeing a therapist without even considering letting me know or understanding why I needed to see a dentist. All I want to do is see a dentist! Please! It's a deceitful way of keeping NHS dentist patients down but still remaining an 'NHS patient' even if they never give you an opportunity to see a dentist!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for a tooth extraction today and am a very anxious person when it's time to see a dentist. Well what can I say, my dentist was Amr Nosier and he made me feel totally at ease explaining everything he was doing every step of the way, and his lovely assistant ( sorry didn't get her name) even held my hand. I was that impressed with the way I was treated and the way I was put at ease I gave him a big hug

Fantastic experience: Only 1 appointment but helpful both on the phone and at reception. I was unsure about seeing a dental therapist but she was thorough, professional and helpful.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful service. Had my first appointment in May 24, booked a hygienist appointment (which is not offered on the NHS - go figure) for November 24. Phoned up on this date to rearrange due to snow to be told that I wasn't even booked in!!! They rebooked for a few days later but after emailing several times with no reply, I decided to cancel and emailed to confirm I would be calling for a refund (funny how that got a response). Due to the person I spoke to not being able to process this, he passed it to management. A "manager" called a few days later, very abrupt and just told me to send another email confirming I wanted to cancel. I told them they already had it in writing but it had to go through "their procedure." After a couple of days I received an email back to state that this "manager" wasn't aware of their complaints procedure and I've have to go back to the surgery for a refund. The surgery is over 1hr 30mins from me, I would have to make a special trip. I sent a formal complaint to the surgery in December 24, outlining my concerns and requesting a refund within 30 days. Bearing in mind it's now over 7 months that the surgery have had money from me for doing absolutely nothing. To this day I have not even received an acknowledgement let alone a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Negative experience: Rude member of staff, dingy and scruffy reception and waiting area and total lack of customer service. A hygienist appointment is normally £65 but I was charged a total of £95 for my appointment (which took less than 15 minutes) because I had to rearrange due to a heavy cold. Seriously unimpressed and now seeking another dental practice!!

Negative experience: The receptionist is on a power trip and wes rude and condescending. Don't waste your time or money here.

Negative experience: I had 2 white fillings replaced in June,have tried contacting the surgery,which is pointless as they never answer,I have today attended a new surgery&the 2 fillings I had done in June,need redoing as 1 has a hole in it&the other when x-rayed has a dark pocket around the tooth&filling,where it's apparently not stuck to the tooth&having to pay again for the same treatment.

Negative experience: Lovely practice, lovely people, but a complete nightmare to get hold of. Spent a week ringing them, emailed several times, no response.. Lost a filling, ended up going private to get it fixed.
