Positive experience: Called the surgery with a loose wisdom tooth,appointment 2 hours later. Had.an assessment came back 4 hours later for tooth removal. Tooth was out without pain or fuss. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Devi is absolutely brilliant, couldnt recommend her highly enough. I had a big extraction today that had been infected. She talked me all the way through it constantly checking i was ok. It was over in a flash. I actually think i may have lost my fear of the dentist! The other staff are equally as good. Receptionist is lovely, dental nurse ive known there for years is really lovely too, very friendly. Cant fault the whole practise. Always polite, friendly and welcoming

I have had two difficult extractions recently which she dealt with skilfully, taking time and trouble without causing pain. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Fantastic experience: A great Dental surgery. Despite the enormous pressures NHS practices are under All the staff here are excellent and professional giving a friendly polite welcome. I turned up today a month early (my fault) but Devi still managed to fit me in, and did not rush me. Good advice as always and great treatment. Lovely to have a great dentist who I can trust

Fantastic experience: I went to see Devi she is wonderful. I am 66 years young, very scared of dentist had some terrible experiences. She was very soft, gentle and lovely she took a tooth out my back one I must say the injection hurt more. She kept reassuring me. 15 mins all done I would highly recommend her and can't thank her enough. Best dentist in Essex.

Fantastic experience: I cracked my tooth on the Wednesday evening, rang them at 8am the following day by 9.30am the tooth had been extracted with minimal pain. From the excellent receptionist to the Doctor i can't praise them enough.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment today and am more than grateful they accommodated me quickly as suffering from exposed nerve in tooth and no end of painkillers would dull the pain. Fantastic experience: I'm typically not one for writing reviews, unless I'm really motivated. Like a previous reviewer my wife and I have been at this dental practice many years (along with several other members of my family). We too were naturally a little concerned when the practice came under new ownership/management a while back, wondering whether the practice would still deliver the same high level of compassionate and skilled care we have always experienced. How unfounded our concerns were; I too am delighted to confirm Devi has done exactly this, maintaining the same very high standards of care, with kindness and empathy from across the whole team. My wife had to have an urgent extraction and she was fitted in without delay, tended to with great care and skill, experienced no pain at all, and didn't even need any painkillers of any kind after the anaesthetic wore off. It's so refreshing these days to still be able to experience a service that has nothing but their customer's best interests at heart. Honest, professional, diligent, and compassionate dentistry delivered with great skill and care. Thank you for having us as patients!

Fantastic experience: Been my dentist for over 40 years. Have never let me down. Informal yet professional. Joss and Theresa, the receptionists are first class and so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Devi, the dentist who took over from Nick is diligent, gentle but thorough. Devi's nurse is gentle and reassuring. Lucy, the hygienist is brilliant...... and my teeth look brilliant after my appointment with her. I was worried when Peter and then Nick retired but I am more than happy with his replacement. Cannot recommend enough and I am so glad that I have access to such a great dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Team. I had an emergency with my son and the team especially the receptionist Joss were incredibly helpful and supportive. I felt so relieved, they dealt with the problem quickly and with no problems. My little boy is 9 and was made to feel at ease and was more than happy to go back! 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this dental practice for many years, and have always found the entire team to be so helpful and friendly, from the receptionist who will do their best to fit you in if it’s an emergency, to the dentist and dental nurse. We were really sorry when Mr Rankin retired, but Devi is wonderful, calm and reassuring, it makes a trip to the dentist almost a pleasure!! Would definitely recommend them.

However, I am delighted with my new dentist Devi, such a competent, understanding and kind lady. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist or thinking of changing practice. Fantastic experience: I called yesterday at 4.25 (5 minutes before they shut) with an ongoing problem and the reception lady stayed late to ensure my prescription was ready to collect this morning.

Fantastic experience: I can not sing Shyam Karia praises and the whole team enough. Shyam has been amazing throughout all my treatments- he explained everything in detail, took his time, gave several suggestions. Shyam made sure I was ok through the different procedures I had to have. I still have more to go. I am not keen on any dentist, with all the different drills and injections. I made Shyam aware of this and he worked with me, gave me time to get my ear pods & music sorted, stopped and checked in with me regularly. I definitely would give Shyam, his team and reception over 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I do not know where to start, I was in pain, called all around town at least ten other practices and none could see me, they had no room but a mere 15 or so minutes to spare and asked me to come in... Receptionist was amazing The lady dentist was gentle and could see I was in pain I cried, tears of gratitude THANK YOU TO THAT TEAM, I really appreciate what you did for me...

Fantastic experience: I know this Dentist is still run under Nick Rankin's name but it has been taken over, although we were so sorry to see Nick retire after seeing him for many yrs I had to go the the New dentist as an emergency and I saw a young man who was very professional, reasuring and friendly. He was able to treat me more or less straight away which saved me a lot of pain and I'd highly recommend this dental practice. Many thanks.
