Fantastic experience: Having been without a dentist for years, mostly due to a precious incident which had made me super nervous, I was very impressed with the staff and service provided in Cardigan - from the reception to the dental nurses to Gruff, the dentist, who completely put me at ease and actually listened to me and treated me sympathetically and professionally - a huge thank you to you all!

Fantastic experience: We recently joined the practice as a family, after 2 years on NHS list. So glad we ended up here. From the reception staff to dentists/ nurses, they are all so friendly and go out of their way. My son and I are nervous patients and we were immediately put at ease. Communication via phone and email is excellent. Just brilliant. Diolch pawb!

Fantastic experience: I have had many dentists in my life—some good, some poor, and some average. I recently received treatment at the Cardigan Dental Practice, where Gruff Mcveigh carried out an extraction, four fillings, a crown replacement, and a clean and polish. What can I say? He is up there with the very best. He has a very experienced head on young shoulders and clearly takes great pride in his work. Throughout my treatment he was caring, professional, and ensured everything was done as comfortably and pain-free as possible. I'd like to thank him and all the staff at the practice for their work. I hope Gruff stays in Cardigan for a long time, as in my experience he provides truly excellent dental care. Diolch yn fawr.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Practice. My son had a dental emergency following an accident and we were referred to Cardigan Dental Practice. From the moment we arrived, we felt reassured and in safe hands. A huge thank you to Caryl Morris and Laura for everything you did. During what was a very traumatic time for us, your calmness, professionalism and reassurance made it so much easier to cope. I needed an emergency extraction - the staff were fantastic; very thoughtful, very professional and very understanding. It turns out dentists aren't so terrifying! Mari Kirk is an excellent dentist who always takes her time to patiently explain the procedures she'll be carrying out. She is very careful and friendly. Helen and the reception team are always great at arranging a suitable time and date for my appointment to fit around my rather rigid time table. Diolch.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff. Had an emergency appointment as very painful toothache and had tooth extraction. Was dreading the procedure but can honestly say after the anaesthetic injection felt nothing. Thank you so much . Hopefully I will sleep pain free tonight. Diolch yn fawr

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service! After being in agony for nearly a week and starting to go mad with pain. An emergency appointment and my awesome saviours Elizabetha (sorry if spelt incorrectly) and Laura sorted and removed the 2 knackered gnashers and gave me instant relief from the pain. Thank you so much guys, you did perfect job in a relaxed and happy atmosphere. 11 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: Just had some work done here. I suffer with anxiety and a bit of a phobia of dentists. However, the staff are great. In fact it is the only place I’ll go on my own. Negative experience: Very bad dentist, avoid at all costs!!! they wouldn't know how to deal with vulnerable patients if their lives depended on it. They indeed got in touch but took the opportunity to be rude in an email, no call, just constant denial that they are unable to work with vulnerable patients.

Fantastic experience: My 2 children and I attended our first appointment here for a check up. We haven't been to a dentist for 2 years because of covid, so I was a bit anxious at how nervous my children would be, but Mari made us feel very comfortable. Both my children actually enjoyed and can't wait to go back in 6 months for another check up very clean and very friendly/ knowledgable and professional staff.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment yesterday and was super nervous to go as I have always been scared of the dentist. The whole team made me feel welcome and their smiles put me at ease, Mari the dentist was amazing too. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!
