Fantastic experience: Friendly dental nurse and the dentist was really great with my 3 year olf.Clean place and very professional

Negative experience: Their customer service gone downhill since a year ago. It's impossible to book an appointment, nobody answers the phone and there is no "leave the message" option. Once I managed to book via website and arrived to my appointment, the door was closed, reception empty, nobody answered to my knocks and calls. I waited outside 5 mins and left. No phone call or apology from dentistry since. What an awful attitude towards customers!

Fantastic experience: I had microblading with Kez which has changed my life, i know what you're thinking really they are just eyebrows!!! I look in the mirror and feel amazing. I received a professional service from start to finish every step was explained to me in detail. Kez is amazing it was my first time and I would never go with anyone else she put me at ease straight aware. If your thinking of having microblading please go see kez you won't be disappointed. I did so much research and so glad I did. She's the best by far. ❤❤ thank you so much kez ❤❤

Fantastic experience: Gemma is very caring and thorough. I suffer with gum disease and Gemma looks after me and my teeth and gums meticulously. I wouldn't allow anyone else to look after them now I have Gemma. Best Hygenist in the area.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Gemma for my hygienist appointments for over 2 years now, and my teeth have never been better, I’m happy every time I leave, the quality of the services and cleanliness of the clinic is always 10/10 Gemma and her team always go over and beyond to help me. I’ve also been struggling with acne, been something Ive always been self conscious about and ladies have really helped me with it, (they used a high tech skin scanner) and with weekly comparisons, I’m finally seeing improvement thank you! Highly recommended!
