Fantastic experience: I had incredibly bad tooth pain, and booked an emergency appointment. Within an hour I was booked and the receptionist Shellah was so lovely and accommodating. I was treated by Dr Haq and nurse Afia who identified the problem and completed the procedure swiftly and without pain. I can’t thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, Dr Nisar was very accommodating can’t fault service. Explained all the steps and answered any queries on the spot without making you feel bad for asking. I recommend you should visit here instead of other dentists. First class treatment, been to other dentists and it’s nerve wrecking but so grateful for the service provided. All staff was friend to top that, managed to get seen last minute literally.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for an excellent service was booked and seen within the hour. Thankfully there was parking around the back, I was greeted by a lovely lady on the desk. Dr Shakir was very kind and understanding and helped fix my tooth in no time and the nurse she was very friendly and chatty. Overall a very pleasant experience as initially I was very nervous they all put me as ease.

Negative experience: If you want to waste your money with them you can go there they don’t have any experience The doctors there have no experience in dentistry. I spent £1200 there but still i hav got so much pain

Negative experience: No one should go to this dentist because they are so bad and they don’t have it good experience for root canal I have root canal for my teeth and I paid £1200 but still I have a lot of pain so I went to them again and I told them I’ve paid that much money to make the bin go away, but they said very rudely you have to pay again £1000 And they called me a few times to delete the review They said we will do something for you, but they didn’t do anything They wanted to convince me to delete my comments.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend the Night & Day Emergency Dentist. I urgently needed my tooth removed and I was able book an appointment easily and have the tooth removed the same day. The receptionist was extremely helpful and very thorough. The Dentist Abz and Nurse Tina, were amazing in ensuring that the process went smoothly and reassured me throughout.

Negative experience: I left with a crack in my tooth after going for a clean up. After contacting the dentist and informing them about it, there was no urgency to review and when it was done so, I was told there was nothing even though it was obvious that there was a crack under the light.

Fantastic experience: I went there yesterday with some painful toothache or gum ache. The environment was calm and clean and the staff was kind. Dr Shakir was great in the service he provided and other staff members were good too. The pain has now subsided a lot. I can’t feel it and it is only the next day! So I am extremely grateful!

Fantastic experience: A thoroughly professional service. They saw me the same day and saved me from the agony I was in with a decayed tooth. All the staff are polite and friendly. They expect to be paid upfront, which was expected. I would happily see them again, but hopefully not in another emergency. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Came with my adult son who suffers with ADHD & ASD. Dr Nisar was AMAZING he was so good with my son kept him calm, spoke to him and told him exactly what he was doing throughout the whole tooth extraction. Negative experience: ⭐ 1 Star - Very Disappointing and Unsafe Experience I went to this emergency dental practice for a tooth extraction due to severe pain. I was charged £485 for a simple extraction of a rotten tooth, which took less than a second to pull out. I feel this was extremely unfair and exploitative, especially given the urgency of my condition and the fact that I was in severe pain. It felt like the dentist took advantage of my desperation. I also raised concerns multiple times about my history of excessive bleeding and asked the dentist to stitch the wound, but he refused and didn’t take my concerns seriously. As feared, I went home and started bleeding heavily. I had to return to the clinic, but the dentist was rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed that I came back. He still didn’t treat the issue properly, and as a result, I ended up in hospital due to severe bleeding. This was a terrifying and traumatic experience. I believe the dentist was negligent and unprofessional, and the treatment I received was both overpriced and unsafe. I do not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous but was put at ease really quickly. Dentist Assam and nurse Hamza were extremely comforting and I am very pleased with the level of care I received from them.

Fantastic experience: I rang night and day dental in Birmingham last minute to see if they were able to fix a chip on my composite veneers which I had done else where, they were able to accommodate me within a hour of ringing for a consultation and had it fixed there and then! So couldn’t thank dr shakir enough And the very kind dental nurses too Sanam and mariam :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, 2nd time I have had to use them for my teeth, I managed to get an appointment within 1hr on the 26.06.25 as the pain was excruciating. Negative experience: Absolutely appalling experience – A warning to anyone considering treatment by Dr. Waqas. I attended this dental practice on a Sunday evening in excruciating pain, desperate for relief. I was seen by Dr. Waqas, who initially appeared polite and carried out an X-ray. The X-ray revealed decay close to the nerve. He presented two options: an immediate extraction or a root canal. I explained that I had an important meeting the next day and could not undergo a lengthy root canal procedure that evening. I asked if I could be prescribed antibiotics to manage the pain and infection until I could return later in the week. That’s when his tone drastically changed. He flat-out refused to prescribe antibiotics, claiming they were “not a form of treatment.” Then, rather than showing any empathy or clinical judgment, he added that if I returned on Wednesday, “the price another dentist gives you may be more expensive.” I was stunned. In that moment, it became abundantly clear that Dr. Waqas was more interested in money than in patient care. I didn’t care about the price – I was in agony and simply needed something to manage the infection and pain. Instead, Dr. Waqas suggested I come back a full week later for treatment with him on Sunday – knowing full well I was suffering and that delaying treatment could worsen my condition. It was as though he wanted me to wait so he could guarantee the procedure (and the profit) for himself. I left immediately and went to a reputable dental practice. They re-examined me, did another X-ray, and prescribed antibiotics right away. They were shocked to hear that the previous dentist refused to treat a confirmed infection. On my follow-up visit, when the initial antibiotics weren’t enough, the new dentist escalated to Metronidazole – a much stronger antibiotic – due to the severity of the infection and my ongoing pain. This further confirmed how serious my condition was. The fact that Dr. Waqas sent me away without any medication or pain relief – despite clear clinical evidence of bacterial infection – is, in my view, an outrageous act of medical negligence and an utter disregard for patient wellbeing. While I cannot speak for the other professionals at this practice, I strongly urge anyone considering treatment to avoid Dr. Waqas. In my experience, he demonstrated a disturbing lack of compassion and professionalism, placing profit above patient care. Frankly, it’s disgraceful that someone with such priorities is allowed to practice in a healthcare setting. Do not trust your health to this dentist. Your wellbeing is worth more than what I endured.

Fantastic experience: Night and Day dentist was a life saver. I booked online and I came in on a Friday with severe tooth pain in my back molar. Tamina was very welcoming at reception and I was seen shortly after. Dr Hack assessed and diagnosed quickly and I gave me local anaesthetic. I needed a root canal sadly and wanted a filling replaced. The replacement took time but I was talked through which helped and appreciated the good work as I was eating happily soon as the numbness wore off. The root canal part which arguably scarier and riskier, I didn’t even notice. Dr Hack and Afia were so attentive and swift with it all, I am very grateful. Great team to have in emergency.

Fantastic experience: Hi all just want to share my experience at nite and day emergency dentist . Booked an appointment via watts app . Same day appointment which was brilliant. I arrived early.very nice and clean place with is always a bonus . sanam on reception lovely receptionist very welcoming .made me fill A form and said take a seat . Went in to see dr hamza and the dental Nurse aisha .DR hamza well spoken very informative and very engaging lovely dentist.first asking what's seem to be the problem . We have a brief chat which I find a lot of dentist are rude but dr hamza was brilliant he had patient . Done X-ray got straight to point which I was happy . Started with a anaesthetic made me numb and I sorted the paperwork out with Sanam then 25 min went back in and had my tooth removed . It was pricey but well worth it . I would highly recommend this place to everybody the manor they dealt with me . I was over the moon . Thank you so much dr hamza and the team . Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: Dr Asam, is an amazing dentist. I went in with pain in my wisdom tooth. He extracted the tooth with such ease I felt nothing, no pain, no tugging. All members of staff were so caring, i felt lightheaded after the extraction they were caring and allowed me to gain my bearings before leaving. Definitely recommended this practice to all. I had slight swelling on the day of the extraction, by the following morning, all the swelling was gone, and there was no bleeding or pain at the site of the extraction.

Fantastic experience: I had an abscess that has been on going for a few months , sunday was the final straw , i decided that extraction was the only viable option now , i booked in at night and day and never looked back , no more pain , problomatic tooth well and truly gone , dentist was absolutley brillaint , felt a little pressure only but no pain , this the day after , minimal soreness which i am managing with normal pain killers , would definately recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Night and Day Emergency Dentist. After being failed by my dentist and NHS 111, I was seen quickly and treated with incredible care. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The clinic was clean, comfortable, and warmly decorated. Dr. Asam was very professional, gentle, and reassuring. He patiently explained everything clearly, gave me time to decide on treatment, and made sure I was pain-free throughout. Nurse Silviya was also wonderful. She was very caring, warm, and empathetic. They both made a stressful situation feel calm and manageable. Aftercare was excellent, i was booked a follow-up appointment, and they even checked in on me the next day. The full treatment was £640 (including £50 consultation), and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend this practice - true professionals who really care.

I am writing this review to warn others about the truly appalling and unprofessional service I received at this dental surgery on [Date of Visit]. I attended as an emergency patient because my crown had snapped, and what followed was a deeply distressing and manipulative experience. From the moment I arrived, the dentist's conduct was unsettling. He immediately questioned who I was with before we even sat down, setting an uncomfortable tone. I explained my crown issue, and after an overly long explanation and an X-ray (with no mention of the results), things took a shocking turn. The most outrageous part: I was instructed to pull my own tooth out. Yes, you read that right. I complied, only to be immediately hit with extortionate prices: "£999 for a new tooth or £299 to glue that one back in." It was a complete bait-and-switch. Why wasn't this discussed before I was asked to take such a significant, irreversible step? When I questioned this lack of transparency, the dentist's response was despicable. He mocked my question, laughing, "oh would you like it done for free?" This dismissive and disrespectful attitude is completely unacceptable for a healthcare professional. His excuse that "you can't see fractures on an x-ray" felt like a convenient justification for his manipulative tactics. Unsurprisingly, I lost all trust in him. When I explained I'd rather see my regular dentist and asked if he could just temporarily re-affix the crown, he outright refused. His reason? "The relationship between the patient and him had broken down." Despite paying £50 for the consultation, I was left in a worse state than when I arrived, with a dislodged crown and no basic care provided. This practice backs you into a corner before hitting you with exorbitant prices. The service was unprofessional, unethical, and left me feeling exploited and deeply upset. I strongly advise anyone considering this dentist to look elsewhere. You deserve transparent, respectful, and professional care, which is clearly lacking here.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend ‘Night And Day Dentists’ as they have been brilliant ! I had an emergency and was in extreme debilitating pain on a Saturday afternoon and the dentistry booked me in within a short time. Dr.Abz , nurse Silvia and Shellah were kind, empathetic, put me ant ease and looked after me ( I’m petrified of dentist appointments) . Dr. Abz is simply great at what he does and I didn’t even feel any pain. Thank you ! ☺️

Fantastic experience: Excellent care provided from Asam and Sylvia. Had to take my mum at night, out of hours as she developed a bad infection. She suffers from severe anxiety of dentists but was in so much pain we had to get emergency appointment. Asam explained the options and mum had to have the tooth removed. Sylvia helped calm mum and Asam was very patient. I would not hesitate to go there again.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist was very good I had my wisdom tooth removed because was cracked and I was experiencing excruciating pain and it became unbearable to manage. As someone who works in a similar field, it is definitely appreciated. I had a very bad toothache and I was then seen by Dr Haq and Nurse Hamza and I have never been made so comfortable and genuinely cared for by a dentist before. Dr Haq then explained what is wrong with my tooth and how we can proceed. I am very happy I listened to his advise. Negative experience: Do not ever use this dentist. This have no invested interest in helping you get out of pain, they are moreso sales men who want to spend £500 on treatments you don't require. I was advised to get one of my front teeth, honestly a waste of time. Go to Scott Arms dental instead. They will actually resolve the issue.

Fantastic experience: Due to having anxiety when having to go to the dentist, I haven’t been since COVID lockdown, however I tolerated tooth ache on and off for a few months now until my son made the appointment and took me, I can honestly say I was put at ease with kindness and empathy and I highly recommend if anyone is suffering with anxiety and pain you can rely on this team to make you feel looked after and treated well with care, I can’t thank them enough and if I need anything else in the future I will definitely go back

Fantastic experience: I went to another dentist the day before i visited here and all they did was an x-ray and said i needed to have my tooth out, literally 5 mins and didn’t tell me how to manage the pain or what my options were. The pain had severely increased over night so i visited this dentist instead. I wish I could remember the Dentists name but i believe it was Dr Shakir, he was amazing, i am an extremely nervous patient with dentists, i was shaking very bad and i was probably his worst/most awkward patient he has had but he remained patient with me and helped calm me down as much as he could while extracting my tooth. He gave me a lot of advice about after care, and even though it was an awkward extraction (nearly an hour) he stayed patient with me and kept checking if i was in pain. As someone who hates dentists and is a real wimp when it comes to my teeth i really appreciate his kindness and patience as well as his nurse. Absolutely amazing practice with lovely staff. If you are nervous dental patient like me, i highly recommend Dr Shakir and his nurse, both amazing and caring people.

Went to the dentist, was told to register using a paper form, and was asked what problem I was experiencing as an emergency. Was consulted by a cheerful and helpful doctor, explaining what problem I had in detail and what kind of treatments are avaliable. Price are clearly printed in a paper contract that you must sign. Procedure completed within 1.5 hours, from start to finish. Consultation costs £50 Deep Gum Disease Clean £500 Tooth Extraction £490 It was costly, but which dentist opens 24/7 and can get you booked in so quickly? I was really grateful that the doctor did not judge me for my years of oral neglect. He was respectful and understood that not anyone goes to a dentist regularly. Would highly recommend! (IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT!)

Fantastic experience: I needed urgent emergency dental attention out of hours . Everyone here from the person on the telephone , receptionist, dentist and dental nurses were beyond amazing ! Sanam on reception was so friendly and helpful. The dental nurses Afia and Sylvia made me feel so comfortable and helped my nerves ( I’m a very nervous dental patient !) and as for the dentist Dr Haq , I can’t praise him enough ! He was so kind and gentle with me , looked after me so well , really went above and beyond to make sure I had the outcome I needed and was so patient with me when I was being a big baby about everything. If every dentist I had met had been like him I wouldn’t have such a terrible fear of dentists! I can’t thank everyone here enough! Amazing service. Negative experience: I had recently visited for my friend with severe pain. Iam also a dentist and so sad to say the treatment was harsh with no patient care and the rate depends on the patient.For a normal extraction the charge was 500 pounds.The post care or instruction were written in a paper and kept along with the sterile cotton.Gloved hands was used to update casesheet in computer.The hygiene level is 0.I would not recommend this place even in case of emergency .

MY DAD HAD AN EXTRACTION ON WEDNESDAY 23/04 and he’s been going back every day just to find out they have not done it properly and every day they kept doing something new without realising there was an infection which just shows how UNEXPERIENCED their doctors are ! Fantastic experience: Team booked me in for within 2 hours of messaging. We're soo friendly, warm and comforting. Very understanding and helpful. Fantastic experience: No one enjoys a visit to the dentist, especially as an emergency but I had been in so much pain over the weekend that my other half booked me an appointment and made me go. I was greeted by Tamarni, who was friendly and explained what would happen and the fees. When I was seen, the dentist, Dr Khan, introduced himself and his nurse, Nurse Iqram. He explained what would happen step by step, and clearly explained my problem with 3 options to fix it. During the procedure Nurse Iqram was very reassuring and kind, Dr Khan was efficient, making sure I was ok, and explaining things fully. My partner was also allowed in to help calm me down. I understand it's private care and hours are as they are, but being quoted 250 for an extraction and between 800 to over 1.000 for a root canal procedure (which costs ~100 on NHS) is absolutely ridiculous. Now, the issue was an infection in the area of the gums and as we are all medically aware, unless the infection is cleared you can't extract or work on the area because of a thing called sepsis. Yup, you get the conclusion.

Fantastic experience: This was the best experience of a tooth extraction I've ever had. From the reception Sanam was very gentle and professional. Dr Uzair Janjua...he was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel so comfortable and well informed and did a seemingly complex extraction with such ease and expertise. He was with Nurse Afia and both were amazing. Recommending without a doubt!

I arrived at the clinic in significant pain due to a tooth infection, and within just 20 minutes, I had been seen for an initial consultation and given an anaesthetic to numb the discomfort. Dr Shakir’s calm and reassuring manner instantly put me at ease, which was no small feat considering how anxious I was. Not only was he incredibly skilled in delivering the treatment I needed, but his empathy and professionalism made a world of difference. Fantastic experience: Dr Nisar was the best dentist I've ever seen. Very compassionate and makes you feel at ease. Had really bad wisdom tooth pain for 10 days. Visited night and day at 730pm. Saw Dr Nisar promptly where he explained the options, and reassured me how painless it is to have removed. Was done within an hour! With no complications. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: 2 days of excruciating pain surrounding a wisdom tooth. 111 for NHS was no help so I called this group for help. Within 2 hours of my call I’d been seen and assessed, a further hour later the tooth had been extracted and I was on my way home. All staff were lovely. Welcoming and reassuring. It’s never ideal to be paying out but needs must at times. Highly recommend.

I went to 2 dentists before your clinic but they refused for extraction as the nerve was passing through tooth, I was in lot of pain , not able to take ibrufen as I am pregnant. I tried to manage whole day but in night pain got worse then my friend tried your number and it was sooo good that you gave appointment within an hour, and the doctor who did my extraction was fabulous I don’t have words for him. Fantastic experience: Great service very sympathetic & caring staff. My initial visit to this practice was with violent tooth ache, after not being able to get help from my registered dentist I turned to the night and day practice in desperation. I phoned was immediately met with sympathy from the receptionist and offered an appointment within 3 hours. After my first appointment and treatment the pain had not completely subsided so I phoned again was met with the same degree of sympathy and offered another someday appointment. After being reassured everything was fine I was happy to leave knowing I would be welcomed back at anytime. Since then I have not returned to my regular dentist choosing to continue all further treatment with team at night & day. Which has been completed to a high standard with professionalism and care. Highly recommend

Negative experience: On 7 Dec I went for emergency extraction of eye tooth i was working in birmingham so couls not attend my usual dentist...total cost eas £395....my gum has still not healed...I was bruised like I had been punched in the face...my usual dentist asked who had done this and why has it been stitched as it has been done very badly and should not have been stitched....I have had a back extraction from usual dentist just 5 days ago and it's almost healed...would not recommend at all

Fantastic experience: I had serious pain and tried to make an appointment at a NHS dentist, no luck. So I found Night and Day and they gave me an appointment within the hour. Yes, I had to pay a little more but it was absolutely worth it. The wort part for me was not having internet access. I told them it’s vital to give internet access to their customers. They said they are going to. Finger crossed it will be available for my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I booked my appointment easily on the booking page on the website, following a broken tooth. I arrived on entering found it to be spotlessly clean and the staff greeted me. They were very polite, explained to me there was a delay. I didn’t mind this as I understand it’s an emergency dentist. I went in and was given my options, I chose for an extraction as the tooth had a large break and I was in agony. Had anaesthetic once I was numb the tooth was taken out, the dentist was very polite and was patient with me. Im more than grateful for the time taken to help. Left completely pain free. Many thanks

Negative experience: I went to this dentist a year ago at the time i thought paying £375 for a tooth extraction was normal as it was a emergency. today i realised iwas charged over the odds i went scott arms again as a emergency appointment and again extraction it came to £176 how is this possible i ask myself

Fantastic experience: Needed to have a Wisdom tooth extracted the receptionist (Shellah) was amazing spoke through my problem explained cost and sent a payment link straight out - I called at 21:00 and had and appointment for 22:30. When I got there Shellah was amazing very friendly helped with getting forms signed and then copies of the receipt. When I went through to see Dr Haq and Nurse Afia they were both brill very friendly took an x-ray and explained what I needed Dr Haq numbed me up and then when it came to extraction he said it could take a while as the tooth was very decayed but within a minute of him starting it was out. Very quick very friendly and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to see a dentist quickly.

Negative experience: I visited this dentist for small sensitivity i had in one of my tooth, they took a xray from my teeth . There was no infection or anything wrong with my tooth. I had a filling from before and the doctor started to put extra pressure on it and try to literally break the filling which was pretty unusual for me . Right after he asked for 470£ something like that for first stage of root canal !!! (Which I didn’t know root canal has two stage ) and another 500£ for second stage. I refused and came back home and since then my tooth has a serious problem now . I can’t put them on top of each other and my gum is swollen all of a sudden for no reason. If I didn’t see my x ray myself i would say it’s my tooth. I immediately consulted with my own professional dentist and now i am 100% sure this dentist purposely hurt your teeth shrink your pockets. If you have anything other that extraction please be carefull and choose your dentist wisely.

Fantastic experience: Had been having mild toothache on one of my upper molars for a couple months which would come and go.. then come Christmas day, all of a sudden the toothache came on, and it was agony. Managed to see it out until boxing day when I finally had enough, gave night and day a call in the morning for an appointment the same day at 3pm. Ended up having the tooth extracted by Dr Haq (dentist) and Fakhira (nurse) doing a great job. Literally took 3 mins. Has been no pain whatsoever really since the extraction. Absolute life saver this place was as no other dentists near me was open during that time. Receptionist Mariam was very polite and the aftercare team, Sanam, provided the things and info needed. Quick, easy and efficient!

Fantastic experience: Dr Haq is professional, polite, caring, compassionate, empathetic, extremely skilled and absolutely phenomenal at what he does. Nurse Miriam, Nurse Fakhira, Nurse Sanam from the aftercare team and reception staff were all amazing. I have never expected this quality of service walking into an emergency dentist office at 9 pm during the weekend. Dr Haq has done a brilliant job, literally seeing me one hour after my emergency started. A consultation and x-ray were £50 and afterwards he charges exactly what my regular dentist would have charged, but does a brilliant job trying to sort it out then and there. Honestly speaking, he makes it look so simple and makes other dentists look bad. I've not had any pain during the procedure and had to look to actually confirm that work took place. It was effortless and very quick. I would definitely recommend Night and Day Emergency Dentists to anyone. I've received 5 star treatment and a free check up / aftercare the day after. Fantastic experience: Nice and polite people. Fast and quality service. Pulled my tooth out fast and easy. Didn't need to wait long. Jobe was done fast and painless. Any other place I would need to wait hours just to get my tooth checked out. Here was little bit more than hour and it was all done already. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Upon needing an emergency dental appointment on Boxing Day, Night and Day Emergency Dentist were able to see me promptly. From the first point of contact through to the aftercare has been exceptional. Dr Haq, Nurse Fakhira, Receptionist Mariam and Aftercare Sanam are all phenomenal people, professional and work is second to none.
