Fantastic experience: Dr AliZadeh has been amazing. I needed to remove my composite bonding and get my natural teeth back he did an amazing job and made feel very calm as I was very anxious and upset. Sara and Rajae have been great they made me feel so welcome and less anxious as I was very upset. Such amazing people I met.

I contacted Night and Day Emergency Dentist in Acton with a dental emergency, and they booked me in right away, no delays, no hassle. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient, and the nurse was kind and professional. The dentist was fantastic, calm, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Best of all, the treatment was done on the same day, which was a huge relief. Fantastic experience: I chipped a molar a couple days ago and got an appointment very quickly. The whole process took less than 1.5 hours, including the initial check of the chipped tooth and anything else. Ali was excellent and all the other staff too (Rajay and Sarah)! I felt informed, cared for and respected the entire time. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dr. Ali who has genuine care for his patients. Fantastic experience: I arrived to the surgery late at night, after a cycling injury which left my two front teeth in a very bad state. From the outset, all the members of staff at the surgery were very friendly and helpful. My dentist, Dr Ali, was especially great. He was calming, informative, precise and a clear expert at what he does. He did an incredible job at fixing one tooth with bonding, and performing the other necessary task of extracting the other (whilst later fitting me with a replacement denture). I could not be more grateful!

Fantastic experience: Today I went in excruciating pain was met by a lovely receptionist Sophia who helped calm my nerves before hand and offered if I would like to watch something as I’m very nervous which I really appreciate. I got an extraction and filling by Dr pavi and nurse Rajae who didn’t judge me for the condition of my teeth and helped me remain calm going the pace I needed. Whenever I needed a moment he was quick to stop which made me feel comfortable and Nurse Rajae also did an amazing job especially with suction as I usually feel like it’s gone to the back of my throat but she made sure to not let that happen. Dr Ali examined the area of concern, discussed the treatment options with me and then dealt with the problem. He answered all my questions, gave me some tips re dental hygiene. Negative experience: Very bad service, we had appointment but we still waited with our son for 3 hours and when the doctor seen him it was only for 5 minutes for a 5 year old boy, because they lack of patience, it was supposed to be an consultation of 30 minutes, but they didn’t now how to push us out the door. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for a very long time and would always put off going, had an emergency appointment with Dr Pavi and Beck, they made sure I was comfortable and Dr Pavi was upfront with me regarding the options that were available to me, the procedure I had done was painless and fast. For someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in a long time or doesn’t particularly like going to the dentist like myself feel at ease with the staff at Night and Day as the staff are all lovely and welcoming including the receptionist who’s name I did not catch that booked me in rapidly. Fantastic experience: I was treated by Dr Karrar and Lucie in Middlesbrough, having a broken tooth extracted. Dr Karrar's professional presence is exemplary, and I had the feeling of someone who genuinely cares for his patients and has passion for his work. My treatment could not have gone more smoothly. After a frustrating week of trying to get other dental practises to even answer the phone, Night and Day were a pleasant contrast, and easy to do business with. I don't often review businesses, but this is an exception.

I randomly called Night & Day Emergency Dentist and I’m so glad I did – they were absolutely brilliant. The receptionist Rumaysa was friendly and knowledgeable from the moment I called. And Dr Pav was amazing – he numbed my tooth quickly and removed it smoothly without too much tugging or discomfort. Negative experience: If you are in pain, do not come here. This is how they are doing their money. As soon as they see you in pain, they make up the prices and overcharge you some ridiculous amount of money. You have to pay 200£ prior to your arrival, not even knowing if they will do anything to help you or not. So even if they don't help you, they got 200 quid in the bank anyway. I never experienced something hypocrite and inhuman like this, but this is how they are doing business. No invoice or any proof of payment. If you ask for an invoice because you got insurance claim to do, they make up the invoice, and it will become impossible to do the claim. Avoid.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost. They will just scum you for money when they see you in pain, they overcharged us 4 times more, and that's what insurance claim told us. What we paid was not adequate. They'll play all around how lovely and helpful they're...NO!!! Don't go and don't pay!!!

Fantastic experience: Great extraction by Dr Alizadeh. My dentist couldn’t do it because she didn’t know how to get me numb but Dr Alizadeh got me numb and got the tooth out straight away and also the swelling went straight away. Nurse Rajae was excellent too. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I had an 8.30pm appointment for which i was told at 9pm i would be seen next. At 9.30pm i was then told theres another patient in front of me. 1+ hour wait without any proactive communication is appalling and given the reviews on here i expected much better. Wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. I was told the tooth extraction would take 15–20 minutes, but I ended up in the chair for over an hour. The dentist struggled with the procedure, breaking the tooth into pieces and at one point seemed ready to leave fragments behind, which was alarming. Despite being told that all prescriptions were included, I was later informed they didn’t have anti-inflammatory medication. I had to go out late at night to buy it myself, costing me £40. The procedure was painful and felt careless. I repeatedly expressed discomfort, but my lips were bruised and my healthy tooth was hit multiple times. I now have visible bruising around my mouth. I was also charged £50 for a “consultation” that consisted of me explaining the issue and the dentist simply confirming it. There was no meaningful discussion or examination. I’m sharing this review to help others make an informed decision. I’ve also contacted the practice directly to raise these concerns.

Negative experience: No respect for the customer wasted my time and money with this place. I never even got a dentist to see me, I travelled from far just for this to happen and now they can’t even spell my name properly. Especially when I booked an appointment with my name which was spelt the way it should. It’s disrespectful to spell people’s names wrong. Won’t be recommending this dentist to anyone!

Fantastic experience: As soon as I came in I was greeted very kindly and warmly. The receptionist Habiba, was very kind and answered any questions that I had. Dr Pavi and nurse Rajae, were very kind, efficient and open. As this was my first surgery I didn’t know what to expect however, due to the staff being very professional and kind I felt at ease. I would highly recommend as there will be basically no wait time just get booked and they will sort out the rest!

Fantastic experience: I had a severe toothache and visited Night and Day Emergency Dentist Surgery, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. Habiba at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and very efficient with getting everything sorted quickly. Dr. Pavi, the dentist, was incredibly professional, skilled, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Alongside Nurse Rajae, they carried out a thorough examination with X-rays, performed a root canal treatment, filled my tooth, did a hygiene clean, and even fitted a brand-new molar tooth — all with care and precision. The whole team was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing emergency or routine dental care. Five stars without hesitation!

Fantastic experience: So i called thursday afternoon, got the option to come in later that same evening or the next day for a consultation… i chose the next afternoon & i was seen by dr. pavi who took X-rays and explained to me i had an impacted wisdom tooth like i suspected… i was also met by Habiba the receptionist who was polite, accommodating and very friendly… it made the entire experience so much easier when communicating… i chose to wait a couple days and see if the pain would stop as it had before… it continued so i called late monday afternoon and asked if i could be seen later that same day for the agreed price we spoke about the prior week… and Dr. pavi was more than happy to accommodate which i appreciated … long story short after 3 hours of calling the pain that was causing me irratation & an infection was out and i was stitched and ready to go home that same day. Im grateful and thankful to the team (Habiba, nurse rajae & dr. pavi) that looked after me yesterday evening and made me feel much better. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience, called at 2.30pm on a Sunday and was given an appointment right away for my elderly mother, who was experiencing a lot of pain. Habiba, the receptionist was lovely and attentive even though they were extremely busy she took her time with every single person who walked through the door. The dental nurse Suriname and the dentist Dr Maria were just as attentive and knowledgeable and they put our mind at ease they made the whole experience an enjoyable one. Can’t recommend them enough and would definitely go.

Fantastic experience: Maria is the best dentist and Habiba the receptionist is so sweet! The nurse I had was Rajae and they are all so kind. I get so nervous and normally hate going to the dentist, here they calm your nerves they take their time and they are just so accommodating and all so lovely! Maria is the only dentist I want touching my teeth she is so gentle❤️

Negative experience: Rudest receptionist I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. She cut me off, hung up on me twice and refused to provide any service. My father needed urgent medical care and she wasn’t bothered to even let me finish what I was saying before she cut me off and hung up. Quite honestly the rudest “service” I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: We called them at 9pm and Habiba, the receptionist, was so welcoming and reassuring. We arrived at 10pm and she welcomed us very well even though she was busy with calls. The doctor was so calm and did a root canal treatment in an hour and explained what we need to do next clearly. I highly recommend. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Hi, just like to say I was very happy with the entire experience from your staff from the initial phone call with Habiba to having the consolation with Dr Pav and Nurse Rajae. I was in and out in 30 mins and would definitely visit again if I have another toothache (hopefully not because I can’t take the pain :)

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from start to finish. Reception staff were lovely and Dentist and assistant were amazing. Very professional and friendly service.

Negative experience: We had an appointment at 10:15 PM because my partner had excruciating pain from his wisdom tooth. It wasn't until 11:10 PM that he consulted him and the doctor told him that the wisdom tooth had to be extracted, he anesthetized him and during this time he sent him back to the waiting room until another hour later he called him to have the extraction. During this time the anesthesia had already started to lose its effect and he anesthetized him again. I should point out that while he put him on hold for the anesthesia to take effect, he consulted 3 other patients. I didn't leave the clinic until 12:15 AM. It is still unacceptable to wait two and a half hours for an examination and an extraction that lasted a maximum of 10 minutes, even though you make an appointment. I should point out that I didn't come through the NHS and I paid quite a lot for this treatment. It was the first and the last time I use this clinic!
