Fantastic experience: I was on holiday in Weymouth and had a problem with one of my teeth. My husband found 247 online and made an appointment 2hrs later. I am petrified of the dentist and always have sedation for even the slightest problem. I saw Agi and Uzma who were both amazing! Patient, kind caring and they made me feel very comfortable and I was able to go through a procedure I most definitely wouldn't of been able to normally. I would highly recommend Agi and Uzma, my only wish would be for them to treat me in the future although it's a bit of a treck from my home in East Sussex Thank you again, you were both fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I gave them a call to book an appointment out of hours, and I was relieved to find that they had a spot available for the next afternoon, even on a weekend! Sarah and Ash were absolutely lovely and very friendly, they made my tooth extraction experience so much better. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for top-notch treatment and amazing customer service.

Made me feel at ease, reassured me from start to finish, explained everything with such great detail which really helped me understand the reasoning behind my pain. Fantastic experience: I had a Sunday evening appointment with Uzma and Deb and found them both to be very friendly and professional. Although no actual tooth defects were found that has caused my pain, antibiotics were prescribed. Cannot fault them.

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain and was v pleased to be given a same day appointment. Uzma and Deb were lovely, very kind and patient with me as I had a panic attack! Uzma put in a temporary crown to keep me going until I see my regular dentist. I was given a full explanation of the treatment and pain management advice, very happy and would totally recommend this service.

Fantastic experience: Had a broken tooth contacted several local private dentist and was given two week plus wait time which was ridiculous. Found the247dentist-Poole and made an appointment for that same evening, tooth was painlessly removed in a very professional procedure would 100% recommend brilliant service from Uzma & Deb Very much appreciated Many thanks Richard

Fantastic experience: I am one who is very nervous about going to dentist but due to a recent wisdom tooth issue that needed to be removed. I found 247 dentist online they were able to see me 7pm in evening which with work is very handy, they looked and said we can remove it today which due to pain is fantastic was in and out with 1 hour. Cannot fault them both Uzma and Deb looked after me and put me at ease absolutely fantastic. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience: I never do reviews, but after the job Richie and Ash has done to get me out of pain was amazing! Pain that had kept me up for about 30 hours! From the moment I arrived I knew I was in good hands. Talked me through my options and when we agreed a plan, spoke me through each step. Can’t recommend these two enough. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: A very professional and careful diagnosis by Karin and the dental nurse Amy. It was the weekend,when nearly all dentists are closed. I had a big problem with an abscess in my mouth and was prescribed antibiotics, which did the job. I would return to them again should such a problem occur at the weekend.

Fantastic experience: So grateful to Karim and Amy for fixing my lost filling yesterday. I'm really nervous at the dentist but they were very welcoming and I had it done even with no injection!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank everyone at 247dentist for their professionalism in sorting out my tooth " problems". The booking was easy and straight forward and my dentists- KARIM and AMY were wonderful-they really helped me in my " hour of need". The pain was unbearable and yet within 20 minutes- no pain and no tooth ! At my advanced years I have experienced many dentists and Karim and Amy are two of the very best. Thank you so much for everything, I am happy to recommend your service and Karim and Amy in particular. John

Negative experience: If you can wait to be seen by your own dentist during their opening hours do because the 247dentist (emergency out of hours) charges a £75 "appointment fee" which is actually a booking fee. This was not explained to me on the phone at booking and the website and the email sent after booking do not explain it either. They think calling it an "appointment fee" makes it clear but it does not as evidenced by other negative reviews. Sitting in the dentist's chair having your teeth / mouth examined with instruments is not classed as "active treatment" so you will then pay a further £60 as well. Karim the dentist made a quick diagnosis and gave me a private antibiotic prescription (£30) for an abscess. An extraction was an option but Karim quoted more than on the 247 dentist website so I decided to wait to see my own dentist. The 2 stars are for the polite, professional and friendly nurse Amy Update. Generic response still missing the point of using Plain English

Fantastic experience: This review comes from someone riddled with anxiety. Briony and Deb made me feel comfortable and at ease the second I walked through the practices door. I came for a tooth extraction which turned out to be a little more difficult than I was anticipating but the whole time I felt no pain and at ease, even with the injection of which I hate. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend going to Briony and Deb.

Fantastic experience: The 247 Poole dentist at Wimborne Road was excellent. What a good service on a Bank Holiday, my thanks to dental surgeon Briony and her assistant Deb, both of whom were smiley and welcoming and Briony carried out a rather complex surgical extraction. I would definitely recommend and give five stars.

After 2 full days of severe tooth ache, I decided to call 247dentist late in the evening & had an appointment booked in the next hour (10pm). Ive had a few bad experiences as a kid at other dentists which meant i was very nervous & anxious as i new i would need my wisdom teeth removed. From the moment i was in the door both made me feel relaxed & that i was in good hands. Believe i had a bit of a complex issue, Uzma gave me various options and her best recommendations on what treatments she could offer to get me out of pain. Throughout the extraction procedure i was made to feel very comfortable & as relaxed as possible. Their professionalism & kindness was very reassuring to me. Some late night dance music on the radio wasn't bad either. I quickly forgot about how terrified i was of dental procedures. So for this alone i cannot thank them enough. i would happily book my next appt with them. Although i would of paid any amount of money at that moment, I don't think the price was bad either, Especially as i was seen within an hour plus it was gone midnight by the time the procedure was complete. I would of paid similar prices at any other local dentist to me & not have half the service. 5* Thank you Uzma & Deb!

Made me feel at ease and gave me excellent care. Super knowledgeable and understanding - really felt like they provided a personal service. Fantastic experience: I had visited my NHS dentist on the Thursday due to severe toothache and was told that root canal was not an option due to (I think they said) the canal being too thin and I would need to have the tooth extracted which I was happy to have done, but was told I would need to go to a specialist as the tooth was an awkward one and this will take around a month. I was prescribed some antibiotics and told to keep up with my pain killers in the meantime. By Sunday I was in agony and the pain killers/antibiotics were not helping so we looked into an emergency dentist and found the 247 dentist. We called at around 11:30 and I was booked in for 3:15 that same day. I was seen by Sarah and Amy who were fantastic and made me feel comfortable straight away. I was given an x ray and was told they could do root canal if I wanted, or could remove the tooth if I preferred, by that time I just wanted the tooth out! 30 minutes later the tooth was out. The service provided by Sarah and Amy was amazing, they made me feel at ease from the start. The pain I had been in for a number of days had gone, was worth every penny, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Great to be able to get an appointment on a Saturday at short notice! Sarah and Amy were extremely friendly, cheerful and professional, I was made to feel very much at home on this, my first time, at the practice. My dental situation was fully explained, I was listened to and advised accordingly. I left with the necessary prescription and the feeling that I had been very well looked after. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! Dentist was Maha Kashif and the nurse was Aakifah. Was seen in Tooth Talk, Penwortham. Filling broke in the morning had an appointment that evening. Maha advised of a few different options I could have done with my tooth but she filled it so I could carry on until my next dentist appointment in May. Absolutely lovely appointment and would book in again for emergencies.

Fantastic experience: I was so happy to see Karim the dentist and Amy the nurse. When you have toothache and have not slept, there is nothing better than having kind, caring people to help you through the dental issue. I had an Xray, the dentist told me I would need a root canal and as I had an appt booked for Monday with my own dentist, he prescribed some antibiotics and advised me on pain management. A great experience and the antibiotics will get me in the right direction until Monday!

Fantastic experience: I saw dr karim and Amy for an emergency appt on a Sunday as was having sudden tooth and jaw pain after a filling that hadn’t taken well. The prices were incredibly reasonable, no more than my own practice would have charged me. I am a very nervous patient and quite tearful when I arrived. Karim and Amy were patient and kind and were fantastic at helping to get me through my first extraction. Karim gave me lots of numbing and ensured I was comfortable before going ahead. The actual procedure was a breeze and I left feeling relieved it was over but as a good experience to help me with the pain I was in! Fantastic experience: I booked an emergency appointment following several days of severe tooth pain and several hours of significant facial swelling. I was able to book my appointment and attend within less than 2 hours (which I thought was pretty great for a Sunday evening). I was met by Deb, who was very friendly and advised on parking. I was treated by Uzma, who was very caring and explained everything very well to me, presenting the various treatment options and answering my questions (which were not few in number). Having had significant pain the preceding days, being treated by Uzma and Deb lifted my spirits (and I’m sure the antibiotics helped too). An excellent service delivered by kind people. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I called today (Sunday 2nd) and got in instantly, deb warmly welcomed me and her and Uzma very carefully took care of putting in a new filling for me. They listened to my rambles about piercings and past dentist experiences which I’m very grateful for. Was in and out within minutes with a very happy tooth and feel wonderful. Cannot recommend more

Fantastic experience: Popped in, and they made the check-up very clear and concise to what I usually receive with the NHS. Debs and Uzma were polite and understanding - the most I could ask for a dental checkup. Their ingenuity was remarkable; they didn't insist on any expensive treatment. Just answered my concerns respectfully and honestly. The only fault would be the lack of lighting at night as you enter/leave the surgery. I could not see a thing, and the car park seemed to be a rubble one.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the level of service. I called Saturday night (didn’t wait long on the phone) and got an appointment the day and time of my choice. Uzma and Deb are both brilliant! Everything was explained to me what will going to happen on that appointment, answered all my questions and the most important part was I was out of pain on that day.

Fantastic experience: I had bad tooth ache on a Sunday and they saw that later that day. I was x rayed but nothing really showed but was prescribed antibiotics. On the. 5th felt much better. The x rays were also emailed to me with report. Expensive service but it is private so unsurprising in that respect

Fantastic experience: Dr. Karim was very good and sorted my wife’s tooth , he explained me in detail as well what is gonna be the next step with our own dentistry and mrs. Amy his assistant was very good as well. The prices were more than fair for an emergency on a Sunday at 16:30 29/12/2024 we were expecting to be more expensive but it was just 75£ for the consultation and another 140£ for the treatment( he manage to remove the remain of a nerve on one of the canals) , the temporary filling and the antibiotics. Many thanks to both of them.
