Negative experience: This has been one of the most frustrating dental experiences we’ve ever had. I took my wife here in August, and the pricing was inconsistent from the start. She was first quoted nearly £1,000 for a wisdom tooth removal, then offered a £500 alternative treatment. When her pain returned, we were told over the phone that extraction would be around £400 — but when we arrived, the price had jumped to almost £700 with no clear justification. In my personal experience, the constant price changes and poor communication made the practice feel chaotic and far from patient-centred. It left us feeling pressured and misled at a time when my wife was in severe pain. Overall, I would not recommend this dentist based on how our situation was handled.

They gave me a temporary tooth right away, then planned a permanent implant. The whole team is professional, caring, and clearly experienced with trauma cases. Knowing they’re open weekends and late nights is such a relief.

Negative experience: Total scam of a place offered £720 to remove wisdom teeth and said that they could do it the same day. But as it was impacted they didn’t mention crowning and any options in case the tooth is close to the nerve.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to the 2 woman working tonight! I had to have a tooth removed as it was causing me so much pain. I called up and my appointment was an hour after the call. The process was so simple and completely painless. I was a ball of nerves but it was so much easier than i thought it would be even though my tooth was apparently curved. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you both again so much! ❤️

Negative experience: Please don’t believe all the 5 stars given to them by friends and family members, they are good for nothing Practice An absolutely horrible and disgusting Dental practise! Would have given them no stars if possible! We went there on the 4th February for an emergency treatment, the Dentist was rude, abrupt, unprofessional, and hesitant; He is not a very nice person at all;

Negative experience: Do not go here for a root canal treatment. I was upsold on a root canal treatment here after a bit of tooth cracked off. After the procedure even the dentist admitted this was not his greatest work, in his own words scoring it "7 out of 10". I knew within a few days it was a bad job due to constant throbbing/pressure that never went away. In the end I had to get the tooth extracted elsewhere. Absolute waste of £1000. 1 extra star for being open on a Sunday, although in hindsight it would have been better for me if they hadn't been.

Negative experience: Not recommended—avoid if you want proper treatment. The information they provide is inaccurate. The doctor performed the first part of my root canal and told me there was no infection at the time. He advised me to return for the second part whenever I could. Three weeks later, I called to book the second part, and we agreed on the price. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was suddenly told that I needed to see a specialist at a different (and more expensive) price. To make things worse, the doctor now claimed there was a slight infection visible in the old X-ray from my first visit, despite previously saying there wasn’t. He even used the old X-ray to show me, contradicting his initial claim. Additionally, he acted unsure about whether he had treated me before, asking if the procedure was for my front or back tooth. Yet, before my appointment, he told another patient that he would only be speaking with me—despite previously telling me that the second part would be a long procedure. When he finally saw me, he was hesitant to proceed, claiming there was a risk of permanent numbness and that it would be better to see a specialist instead—at a higher rate. In short: zero respect for patients, zero transparency—stay away!

Negative experience: My daughter had an external pain very very bad. I had to take her to Barnet hospital at 2am and they gave me this address. And they said it was a 24/7 service, an authorised NHS service. We came here urgently. It's now 2:20am, but it's closed. And the person we phoned said he'd gone home. And hung up the phone. I have never seen such a deception in my life. You cannot trust this place and get health service. They can't even achieve the 24/7 on the signboard. I definitely do not recommend it. I will also complain to the Nhs authorities about this. They should close such places.

Negative experience: GREEDY UNPROFESSIONAL dental clinic. I went to them complaining of wisdom teeth removal having already paid 50 pounds for consultation which is normal, They took a VERY POOR x-ray that is not clear and told me that they are the only dental clinic in london that remove this typw of wisdom teeth and charged me 500 pounds! After seeing a surgeon from another clinic, they charged me 300 poumds and told me that the tooth removal im asking for is simple. So Lied to me and charged me so much

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. My daughter broke her front tooth at a party in the early hours of Sunday morning and we were due to go on holidays at midday. I called Vale at 9.30 am, they did a wonderful fix, speedy and at a good price and my daughter still made the 2 pm flight! Three months on and the repair still looks great, no problems. Negative experience: Definitely not recommend £495. Just to take out your tooth, I think these people are on something. Otherwise, you need to be mentally not okay to ask for such money

Negative experience: I was in alot of pain used them as I was desperate but never again and would people not to use them they did a filling once it came out I called and the reception was not great said because you eat food that is why it came off never mind though I will give them another chance but again after a week it came off then I became suspicious and went to my regular dentist and they did the filling in November and it has not come off and I use my teeth to eat.They used a partial refund not full and nothing to compensate for the pain I went though using them.I only used them as an emergency but never again for the pain I went through I really don't know how the government allows such dentist they should be looked into.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Paid 400 for a composite replacement (emergency) which was put on incorrectly and wrong shade. It broke twice before dentist was finally able to make it hold however left it jagged at the back. I can’t even go back again to get it fixed as I’m worried it will just break off again. Dentist suggested full laser whitening instead of getting the correct shade filling I needed. His associate was able to correct the colour by replacing the filling but refused to shape it for me. Had to return the following day to get it shaped. Always seems in a rush and not very thorough. Can get you out of an emergency but don’t expect good quality work. Will have to see a different dentist and get it replaced all over again. Waste of money and time. I don’t use my name on google. But can assure you this is the correct surgery.

Fantastic experience: What's a service. I was in severe toothpain needing a stage 1 root canal, rang up Vale who said can I make it in within 30 minutes. This was at 10 at night by the way. Of course I can! Great service from the start until finish and I was out of pain as soon as I left the chair. The price was much better than expected also. Thank Vale you saved me from a lot of pain!

Fantastic experience: Saw me at 1am in the morning regarding terrible pain in a cracked tooth. I am deathly scared of dentists because of a bad experience when I was a child and haven’t been to one in years- so I was VERY anxious but the pain was too much. The dentist I saw was so friendly and nice, put me at ease, recommended a proper plan to get me back on track and solved the pain almost immediately. Not cheap (as to be expected for private dentistry) but to be honest not ridiculously expensive either considering it was 1am last minute. Really would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Struggling late night and Vale dental was the only emergency dentist available at a very good price! Saw me same evening and was able to sleep that night if it wasn’t for their excellent service that evening. I would recommend to anyone! Saved me from serious pain.

Negative experience: Whilst my wife was suffering from extreme tooth ache on a Sunday evening, we were very grateful that we were able to get an appointment for that evening. During the treatment the dentist was helpful and did xrays and 3 injections for the treatment, but upon leaving the pain kept getting worse, 48 hours later and with no sign of improvement, we tried to contact them and they just recommended she came back but she managed to get an appointment with her normal dentist. Upon the normal dentist examining her, he didn't understand why the dentist didn't take the wisdom tooth out, but instead just injected her 3 times with what he described as just Corsodyl mouthwash....and charged us £235 just for that part of the treatment which cost £325 in total. Overall, we knew it wouldn't be cheap for a Sunday night out of hours appt, but to be told by our normal dentist we were ripped off was upsetting to hear and will call 111 in future if we need a dentist out of hours

Fantastic experience: I had a severe toothache and pain, had,1st stage root canal, but because of hole in one of the root canals, infection came back, so went back immediately for second stage treatment. Gave me antibiotics and pain killers. And they saved my holiday. Done a great job. And I just like to say. I am not an easy patient. I suffer from anxiety and hate going to dentist. But they put me, totally at ease, and were so patient with my anxiety and truly professional. I’d recommend them for any emergency dental treatment. And the cost is very reasonable.
