Fantastic experience: Honestly the best dental team I’ve ever been to! After my first appointment, there were a few things I wasn’t totally happy with, and they were so understanding. I went back, and even after the second visit, when I still had some doubts, they redid everything again—completely free—just to make sure I was happy with the final result. Everyone was super friendly, patient, and really took their time to make it right. You can tell they genuinely care and are amazing at what they do. Highly recommend! ✨

Negative experience: Absolutely complete scam, these people have advertised with old prices trying to lure people into believing that they can have treatments at affordable cost when in fact it is astronomical. They charge a ridiculous amount for a small procedure as my wife found out when she went for their consultation which also costs a lot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. They pride themselves as not being part of the NHS like they are providing a better service but when you look at what they charge, you’re better off going to your dentist. Just a fancy place with overpriced treatments.

Fantastic experience: They always treat you right. ! Quick as they can , they are very efficient! I see them every 6 months and I can’t recommend them enough. Always welcoming. Is really a nice team. Jo is excellent , and also Ralph is adorable. You feel welcome , you don’t feel any pain. My hygienist is amazing and friendly and she always gave me the best tips to keep well my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Have never felt so comfortable at a dentist before, got me in for an emergency appointment so seamlessly to have a wisdom tooth out. Olivia was incredible with the extraction, quick and painless; and she took so much care/helped me with a dental plan. Ralph is of course the MVP for keeping me calm beforehand. Couldn’t recommend more and this will be my new regular - thanks ADG!

Negative experience: The receptionist is rude and unwelcoming. They charged me extra for an ‘emergency appointment’, the appointment was not an emergency and had been booked for some time before. There are a lot of different options in the area that won’t charge you incorrectly and refuse a refund when you point out their mistakes, I would advise choosing a different dentist. Also hilarious since I’ve put this review suddenly they have loads of nice reviews about the receptionist the day after! All the rest of the reviews are weeks or months apart! Ridiculous! Do not trust them or these fraudulent ‘5 star’ reviews

She made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Her friendly and professional approach made the whole process so much better. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and the staff are very welcoming. I can honestly say Archway dental have fully restored my confidence in dentists as well as restoring my chipped teeth and giving me the smile I have always dreamed of! I am beyond happy with the care I received from the dentist and the professionalism throughout treatment. Thank you to the nurse who was there for me and kept me calm too. My entire experience has been a five star service , from the moment I was greeted by Lynda the manager , I felt at ease and relaxed , she has been so incredibly supportive throughout my journey and very accommodating around my busy schedule when booking appointments. I have to give a special shoutout to Ralph the therapy dog he is just the cutest!! Thank you all to such a wonderful team! I would recommend this dental clinic to all my friends and family.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had a poor tooth filling done at this dental practice. As I couldn’t chew as my tooth was sensitive for weeks (and months) after the filling was made I scheduled a follow up appointment where for whatever the reason the dentist decided to manually file my tooth down without protecting my mouth/lips properly and ended up cutting me several times on my lips and tried gaslighting me by saying the wounds are small and put Vaseline on me as if that would stop her cutting me again. I have never in my life been so terrified and shocked at a dentist and I have had plenty of doctor appointments and surgeries throughout my life. I did get my money back, however I find myself incredibly nervous for my dentist appointments now which is something I never had a problem with in the past. I have since had the tooth fixed at Banning Dental who I can’t recommend enough. Stay away from this practice.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a Invisalign here and cannot recommend Jo and the rest of the team highly enough if you are looking for this treatment. Really excellent service and nice people!

Negative experience: Not worth the cost, I would not recommend. I arrived five minutes prior to my appointment time, but was unable to enter as noone was available to answer the door. When I came in, I realised your receptionist was occupied processing a refund for someone. This understandably limited their ability to answer the door. However as they were occupied, this did mean that I was late for my appointment which the hygienist commented on. She also mentioned that it would limit the time of our treatment so she was unable to do certain parts of my teeth. I understand that you are a fairly new practice, however as a new patient I am not satisfied that you provided the service that was advertised. While the hygienist did a good job on cleaning my teeth, within a week there were extremely visible stains again (I don't drink or smoke, so was surprised at this). Overall dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentists, I’ve had multiple treatments there (check-ups, fillings, tooth extractions), all have gone off without a hitch and at great prices. Amazing staff too, receptionists and clinical teams alike! After wisdom tooth extractions I needed some aftercare and received replies to my questions within minutes, even before opening hours, plus same-day appointments. Could not recommend Archway Dental more!

I was really nervous about the wisdom tooth extraction but the team made me feel at ease straight away. The extraction went well and I was extremely happy to get rid of what had cause me sleepless night. Excellent customer service.

I’m not a huge fan of the dentist normally but the team here were all so friendly and they even had a therapy dog which made me feel so much better. Fantastic experience: When I went to ADG to see the hygienist I had no idea what a poor state my gums were in. Nadia worked so hard to get them back to a place of health. She taught me how to maintain good gum health at home and now, in less than a year, I have a healthy mouth again. I feel like she saved me from losing my teeth. I really appreciate how hard she worked with me to get to this place. I now feel confident in my routine at home as it’s working. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Nadia to friends and family.

Negative experience: Please stop calling every week to get me to book a routine appointment!! If you don’t get an answer once, don’t insist!

Fantastic experience: Lovely dental practice. I've been 3 times (2 emergencies and one normal check up) and saw a different dentist every time, but they were all excellent, very thorough, explained step by step what they were doing and tried very hard not to hurt you (as much as possible). The receptionist is also very nice and professional. The practice has a nice ambience-clean and state of the art but cozy (probably as it's in a former house). Will remain a patient as long as I'm in the area :).

Fantastic experience: Nadia is a fantastic hygienist, I come from south West London to see her specifically, she's that good. Calm friendly manner, attentive to concerns, thorough but gentle clean and Polish, sparkling teeth! Reception staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Negative experience: Paid 500£ for a mouth guard and couldn't get a partial refund from my insurance because they couldn't provide a justificative note despite chasing them multiple times. Unacceptable.

Positive experience: I have only visited this dental practice for a consultation once as I have only just joined it. The visit went very well and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The dentist who saw me gave my a teeth a thorough examination, took x-rays and explained everything as she was going along. She was gentle, friendly and very competent. After about 20 minutes she gave my teeth a clean bill of health and complemented on how well they had been looked after. The practice seems very efficient, clean, well equipped and friendly. So far so good!

Positive experience: I paid privately for a Panoramic X Ray this afternoon. The receptionist was very nice - polite, responsive and efficient at all times. FIVE STARS. The dentist was was warm, informative and engaging for the entirety of the process. FIVE STARS. THE DENTAL NURSE/ ASSISTANT (Somalian) never said hello or good bye - she was morose, impolite when she did speak and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. She is clearly completely unaware of the principle that it is the professional/ service provider who initiates the therapeutic relationship that underpins the effectiveness and quality of care and treatment. It was a measure of everyone else's commitment that they did not notice, or alert me to noticing, how miserable she is/was. She is a blight on an other wise first class dental practice and soured my experience. She should not be dealing with the public.

Negative experience: Was previously a patient at this dental surgery. Tried to book an appointment by phone, no answer. Left a message to call back for me to book an appointment - was not called back. I guess they don't need the money. Go somewhere which has some respect for their patients.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a new dentist in North London... look no further than Archway Dental Group. Although to be honest, I'd travel from the Scottish highlands to go to them because I don't there is a better dentist in the UK! They did my first (ever) filling, have removed two wisdom teeth and they also did my Invisalign and teeth whitening for my wedding. Every experience I've had with them has been brilliant, Dr Boland is fantastic, knowledgeable and kind but it never feels like I'm being 'sold' to or given unnecessary procedures so I always trust her advice. The rest of the team are great too - everyone from reception, the nurses, the hygienists and the visiting dentists that do extractions. Their therapy dog is lovely too! It is genuinely the only dentist that I've been to that doesn't cause me any pain. And now my husband and my dad go there too!

Fantastic experience: After 9 months of going through the Invisalign procedure followed by the whitening treatment I could not be happier with the work done in creating a greater smile! This work is only complimented by the wonderful Dr Mehy (who may I add has the lightest touch which is difficult to find in dentists!) and his extremely lovely assistant Rahma who does everything to be fully supportive. All in all, add a sprinkle of good natured humour and general niceness - why would I go anywhere else?

Negative experience: I almost lost my tooth because of them. As they were rushing me to book extraction. Instead of trying to save my tooth. I went to another dental practice and was able to save my tooth. And I still have a crown until today. I thought dentist at archway dental group I was dealing with was arrogant and patronising, even coming up with non-existent problems I had ( I never was grinding teeth in my sleep . ) I discussed this with my other dentist and it proved me I was correct, he didn’t see any reason why archway dentist would have even said it. It was unprofessional I feel. I would never trust Archway group with my teeth again. And I am so glad I had a second opinion back then. Also, they keep calling me and sending me emails even though I said to remove me from their list. I never was a regular patient . I only went there once and regretted it and would never step my foot there again. To whoever is reading this - please if it doesn’t feel right with any dentist out there. Just try to get a second opinion. You may just have more of your own teeth when you’re older. Always best to have your own teeth. And it saves so much expenses and pain of putting dental implants.

Dr Boland was adaptable and listened to what I wanted to achieve, always making me feel as the customer that my experience and views were pivotal. Having made a recent check up appointment back at my NHS dentist, she remarked what a good job had been done and how natural my teeth looked. I wholeheartedly agree as I wanted a normal, aligned smile not ultra white tombstones that is often the route for composite bonding. Dr Joanna Boland is a cosmetic dentistry artist!!
