Fantastic experience: Was in terrible pain with a broken tooth at the weekend.. booked a appointment and was seen early Sunday morning. All staff was lovely . The place was so clean and relaxed. Dr umar was fantastic fully explained all my treatment and prices before hand . Nurse sabrina was so nice also, really relaxed and looked after me , I felt no pain at all having the tooth taken out . Can’t thank the place enough for the quick treatment as honestly not sure what i would of done if i had to wait to be seen .

Fantastic experience: I had an abcess and a bad tooth which was making me feel unwell and I had a shooting pain in that area. I had a bad taste in my mouth and needed seeing pretty soon. I rang in the morning and managed to get a same day appointment for 12.15 pm. On arrival I was asked if I was okay and offered a drink and was given a form to fill in. The girls behind the desk also took the initial consultation fee of £50 that included any xrays. I then sat and waited. The surgery was very quiet, calm and relaxed with plenty of comfortable beige chairs to sit in. The waiting area and toilets were very clean. Caroline the dentist called me in and asked if I was okay (I was trying not to cry, I don't even like sitting in the chair!). Caroline made me feel at ease. The dentist chair was comfortable and my head felt supported and I did not feel lowered right down to the ground. I told Caroline what the problem was and she took an xray and explained I would need a complex extraction which would cost £420. Because my tooth had a hole in it there was a danger it could fracture. I agreed to have it done and went back to the reception area to pay. I went back into the surgery and Caroline injected the area and I went back into the reception area to give the anaesthesia chance to work. When I went back Caroline tested the area and kept testing and reinjecting the area till she was absolutely certain I would feel no pain. The extraction itself was just like a normal extraction but because my tooth had a hole in it Caroline had to spend time carefully loosening the tooth in the socket to ensure it did not fracture when being pulled out. It took about 10 mins and it was painless. Caroline did a marvellous job of getting the tooth out in one piece which was a huge relief. She is an excellent, efficient, thorough dentist. The next day I recieved a text to ask how I was and was reminded of the aftercare of having a tooth extraction. I was also informed that if I got a dry socket they would treat me as that was included in the price, which was also a relief. Great service in case of a dental emergency A couple of months later I had a cracked tooth that hurt underneath and was using saltwater rinses to manage it. I knew it needed to come out and kept putting it off. It got to the point my gum was swollen so I finally called to make an appointment and got in the same time at a convenient time. On arrival I was greated by pleasent polite reception staff who took the examination fee of £50. I had had a tooth out before but was still shaking like a leaf. The reception area is clean relaxed and airy and the toilets are clean and accessable. I was not waiting long and got called in. I met Dr Saif who introduced himself and greated me by name. I told him what the problem was and he invited me to sit in the chair to take a look. He took an xray and invited me to look at the screen to highlight what the problem was. He told me my options and I chose an extraction. He the injected the area which was relatively pain free considering it was deep into my cheek and he counted down to let me know when it was over. I then went back into the reception area to give the anaesthetic a chance to work and pay the £395 fee for my treatment. I then got called back and he began extracting the tooth. It was swift and pain free. It came out easily as it was already loose and he informed me what he was doing throughout and showed me the tooth to demonstrate it was all over. Dr Saif seems like a courteous, kind enthusiastic dentist. He seems to understand people are nervous and dont like going. I asked him questions about my dental health and he was keen and knowledgeable in his answers. This is a great place to go in a dental emergency as you will get seen promptly and its very relaxed and friendly and the people who work there said they enjoy working there.

Positive experience: Recently had a tooth extraction and filling and had a great experience during both appointments. The receptionists are friendly and the waiting area doesn't feel "clinical". Also Dr Hassan is great, made sure both of my procedures were pain free and was happy to answer all of my questions! Four stars though as it was slightly pricier than I was expecting. However with payment plans it's manageable.

Fantastic experience: I had a retained root which was infected and painful. I had lost hope of getting it sorted as I had been to several dentists with no solution and I was very unwell. I met Dr Haider and Nurse Roma who were lovely and reassured me and provided me with sufficient information about what’s happening. I expected a difficult surgical extraction but they made sure I was comfortable and pain free and in a few minutes the difficult retained tooth was out! I was relieved and so happy. The aftercare has also been so good to make sure I’m okay and if there are any further issues I’d be treated for free. I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Went in Saturday as I had a loose back tooth and a filling that had come out. Havent seen dentist in around ten years and was very scared. Saw Dr Malik and advised me to have both teeth out due to infection and would have more problems later on if left. Dr Malik explained everything and put me at ease. Dr Malik did a fantastic job and any future problems with my teeth I will be going back to see him. All the staff that was in that day was great very helpful.

Positive experience: Excellent doctoring. Great xray explanation consulting. Both doctor and nurse were friendly and professional. The lady on reception was lovely. Freindly and chatting help reduce my nerves. Never laughed will having a procedure at a dentist before! Maybe it was the shock setting in! Shock for the extortional cost. £545 for an extraction!! Great work but this is Hull not Harley street. At least the after care offer of 30 days softens the blow. Still, the care and procession of the dentist was great. 3days in and no more pain. Well on the way to recovery.

Fantastic experience: This dentist was great I haven't been to dentist for years am absolutely terrified but they were great saw me straight away so I wasn't left just sat stressing I saw Dr Sulaiman with Jessica they were brilliant and the receptionist Sabrina was so nice and reassuring it has really made a difference to my fear I need to go back but will not be as scared so thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Couldn't ask for a better service.. I went in night after booking, could of had same day treatment. Dr Kamal & his assistant were a great team. Had 2 teeth taken out, no pain during service. It's been 24 hours now since treatment, & still no pain. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had to have an extraction. I had a temporary filling that was crumbling and a long awaited holiday in a weeks time. Night and Day were really good, understanding my dilemma. The receptionist was very friendly. Dr Niya was also very friendly and explained the whole procedure to me. I would highly recommend this young man, polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. The dental nurse Roman was efficient and friendly too. Today I received a text asking me how I was doing and offered aftercare should I need it. I would highly recommend Night and Day. Also, the premises are very clean as are the toilets. One slight comment, I did have to wait quite some time to be seen but it was a Sunday and everyone seen seemed to be really taken care of and not rushed. I had to go back to the dentist as I developed an infection. Again I was seen the same day by the dentist Kieran he was very knowledgable and offered a procedure straight away which was well mananaged and over quickly. This worked and I am now 100% better. I couldn't recommend all the staff highly enough. The receptionists (Kasha), nurses, and dentists all a top class. Appointments the same day and lots of times to choose from what more could you ask. After the extraction payments all after care was free of charge which was the icing on the cake for me. I am thinking of joining the practise as it's so good.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend night and day more, I had my wisdom tooth removed and they fit me in the same day to have it taken out as I had been in a lot of pain. I was in so much pain and couldn’t get an emergency appointment through the NHS 111- so I booked with Night and Day and got an appointment that afternoon. Dr Umar Ilyas was my dentist, with Roma as his dental nurse. Also Jessica on reception. Great service- Thank you!! Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: Really didn't enjoy my experience at all. The woman on reception didn't smile and barely looked at me once just shoved the forms at me. Took 50 minutes to be seen. The dentist wouldn't really let me get a word in edge wise and was happy ro rush me out. As I left they both sniggered. I would have gone back and had my crown replaced, but I really didn't enjoy the experience so I'll be going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the team are really friendly, from the receptionist to the dentist and the dental nurse. The decor is very modern and comfortable. I had to have a tooth extraction, but they were so calm and understanding, and everything was explained. The procedure wasn't as painful as I thought. Yes it's expensive, but if you do have a fear of dentists like I do, this is a great place to go, thank you for helping me overcome my fear.

Fantastic experience: Had a cracked tooth for around 2 months and caused pain daily. Getting an appointment with same day treatment is hard to find nowadays but that’s just what night and day dentist offer. Phoned at 14:00, appointment at 17:00 and tooth extracted and out by 18:00. Dr Abubakr (dentist) was absolutely brilliant, spoke to me in clear instructions about what’s happened and the cause of it, gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Had an x-ray and rather than just talking to me about his findings from the X-ray he invited me to sit at the computer so he can sit and talk me through what he found whilst also showing me on the screen. Jess (dentist nurse) was lovely and polite and was greeted in a professional manner with a smile. On first arriving the receptionist foyer was nicely laid out and clean. Ala (receptionist) was welcoming with a smile, answered any questions that I needed to ask. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in need or urgent treatment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I haven't visited a dentist for over a decade due to past trauma but I decided enough was enough and I need to get my mouth sorted. I had lost a lot of teeth because of pregnancy and my overall oral health wasn't great. I visited night and day as a nervous wreck but I was treated with care and they were so understanding of how anxious I was. Iwas given a treatment plan which I was very happy with and yesterday I had 3 fillings aswell as 6 extractions. Although I left with a very numb face, I have not had a single wince of pain or any swelling. Im looking forward to going back to get partial dentures put in so I can finally eat and smile again. A huge thankyou to Dr Mohammed Asif and nurse Jess for making the experience as relaxing as they could and doing an amazing job and also to Dya on reception for being so lovely (even when I couldn't speak properly from the anaestetic). As it's private it is expensive HOWEVER, the care and treatment received, especially the fact I have absolutely zero pain even though my mouth went through a lot yesterday, it is worth every single penny. I can't fault this place at all and they have helped me get over my long running fear of the dentist

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service all round !, had unbearable pain in my wisdom tooth so I booked in for the next day (a sunday), within an hour I had been seen, problem found, and tooth removed. The clinic is clean and i felt really relaxed in the waiting area and the staff was brilliant from the receptionist as i walked in to the dentist and nurse who took care of me. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service!I couldn’t get in at my regular dentist for over a week so rang these guys and a couple of hours later I was in getting an extraction! Dr Hassan and Tiegan were so lovely throughout the whole experience putting me at ease and Dya on reception was so warm and welcoming on arrival The follow up contact the next day from Jess was lovely and totally unexpected I’ve never had that kind of service before I 100% recommend these guys to anyone needing emergency care they are fab!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has a massive fear of dentists, I cannot fault this dentist, I contacted them just before 7pm on Saturday and was booked in for 9pm the same evening and that was only because I needed to travel otherwise I could of gone sooner, I was in extreme pain with a very broken tooth, I cried most of the time I was there just because of my own fears and a mixture of how much it cost they explained absolutely everything that was going to happen and the cost before I agreed, but what made them exceptional was he talked through every step as he was doing the extraction, which if you know helps an extreme amount when you have such a fear, there's nothing worse than complete silence, nothing was too much trouble for them, if I could afford it, I would use these to fix all my teeth, they even text the next day to see how I was, honestly wish we had more dentists like these, considering this was my first complicated extraction it was better than any of my straight forward extractions I've had at other dentists, honestly cannot rate these any higher ❤️

Fantastic experience: I attended the surgery for a tooth extraction. Booking an appointment was quick and easy. Dr Hassan, Jess and Dya were great. I had xrays done and we talked about why I was in so much pain. We talked through my options and the procedure was carried out quickly and was completely pain free. My own dentist had referred me to an orthodontist to have the tooth removed. However, I wouldn't be seen until next year! I'm so grateful to the guys as I'm now pain free and I can get on with my life.

I cannot praise Dr Hassan, Nurse Jess and Sabrina on the reception enough for making me feel comfortable throughout my consultation and then treatment. Fantastic experience: I needed quick access to a dentist after suffering with a severe toothache for around a week and couldn’t find an NHS dentist so made the decision to go with an emergency option. I was honestly pretty anxious about the price and if they could even help but I have to say these worries were misplaced and I don’t regret choosing night and day at all. Booked an appointment for the same day (around 3 hours later) had the examination which included an X-ray, and was talked through my options having been told I had pretty bad decay in one of my molar teeth. Either a root canal procedure or a removal. I opted for the removal mainly for the cost but also to completely remove the chances of further problems down the line. All staff there were very welcoming, friendly and professional. If you’re in need of fast and effective dentistry you should definitely consider night and day.

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to the dentist Kamal.and dentist nurse Rona. Replaced a front tooth by filling and rebuilding,it was late on a Saturday evening,and it had been a very busy day,but thet were so professional. The receptionist also after a 12 hour shift still laughed and joked with us keeping the atmosphere pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely could not fault my visit to the night and day emergency dentist, as a rather nervous patient I was made to feel at ease and greeted with a very friendly demeanor, everything was explained to me in great detail from where the problem was and even options before the procedure began. Pain management was delt with very quickly to help me get through the extraction of my tooth giving me time to have a rest whenever I wanted. Fantastic experience: I had a very painful broken tooth that needed to be extracted and I needed to be seen very quickly. As expected emergency appointments are hard to get hold of within the dental industry especially on the NHS. (If you qualify) and due to the lack of response from the NHS helpline I ended up calling the Night and Day Emergency Dentist in Hull. I was given an appointment and was seen within 4hrs on the same day. On arrival I was greeted by Kasha. Who was very pleasant and helpful. I was then guided in to a room and given my consultation with Dr Abu-Bakar & Nurse Roma. They both took time to explain everything that needed to be done. Even advising that I might need surgical intervention due to the nature of my dental issue. I then happily paid the required fees which I thought was quite reasonable anyway considering. They certainly worked very hard to help resolve the problem and thankfully were successful in carrying out the extraction of the broken tooth negating the need for any further surgical intervention. I can safely say the services that this practice provides are worth every penny and they are very professional. A big thankyou to the Night and Day team. Forever grateful. Jason Metcalfe

Fantastic experience: I rang the practice as I was in real pain and spoke to the receptionist and was offered an appointment within twenty minutes. So I attended and was greeted with great professionalism nothing was to much trouble. I went to the consultation room and had my treatment fully explained and the options on offer. I was shown my exray which was fully explained and what was causing the pain.The process took about forty minutes and was given a after care pack to take home.These guys are now my go to for dental care.Thanks to the team.

Fantastic experience: Great service, I didn’t even know emergency dentists existed until I needed an unplanned extraction but I’m really grateful for Night and Day Emergency Dentist Hull. Nice waiting room, easy to book appointments and easy to contact for follow-up questions, plus the staff are kind, professional and efficient.

Negative experience: I must be only one unlucky customer there. Long story short I went with a tooth ache, had an x ray which showed nothing wrong, after a conversation with the dentist describing the pain he agreed to take another x ray. Still nothing. I was reassured nothing serious wrong and probably something stuck between me teeth. Just go and get some small brushes to clean between my teeth. I left happy being reassured no issue with my tooth, i thanked the dentist and payed the bill. I got the special brushes, followed the instruction but nothing changed. Two months later I went to see my NHS dentist who spotted a issue with the tooth just on visual inspection. Filling was needed. Contacted night and day dentist who relied i left happy and thank them, yes it was true however I also learnt that i apparently TOLD them I had many ongoing issues with my teet and also gums! It was a news to me! Only learned on the day when they replied to my complaint. My dental records for state otherwise.... Don't bother unless you have visible issue with your teeth that can be spotted straightway.

Fantastic experience: Having started with a dental problem midweek in Paris, it was a nice surprise to get home on the Friday evening and be able to sort out an appointment to this dental surgery for Saturday lunch time as my normal dentist was shut until Monday. It is an easy option to book online, but you can also book by phone or WhatsApp. The receptionist, Kasha, made me welcome and explained the what was going to happen. After waiting a short time I was seen by Dr Kamran who was assisted by Rama. He asked some questions, examined the problem area and took an X ray. He then discussed with me the best course of action to take, which was an extraction. The area was numbed and the tooth removed neatly giving me relief. We then discussed that I should contact my normal dentist to see what would be the next steps to take. I left with a prescription for antibiotics and an information pack for best recovery practices. I was very surprised to get a follow up text msg next day to check on my progress and welfare. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you need a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service!! 19/09/25 Never used an emergency dentist before.. Booked a consultation online for first thing the following morning. Upon arrival I was met with extremely polite staff.. I was seen by the dentist and he ran through my options after having an xray.. a payment plan was quickly set up online.. happy days Then I had my tooth extracted.. 4 weeks aftercare as well.. Fantastic experience: Firstly I should say that I have an extreme fear of the dentist. But These guys go above and beyond. For years I have put off going to a dentist but unfortunately a filling had come out a few weeks back and was no longer an option to just ignore. I put my fears aside and got to searching for a dentist with good reviews, particularly reviews from people with a phobia like me. Night and day were very easy to get an appointment with, the receptionist Kasha was very helpful , I was treated the same day and had a tooth extraction as well as a filling at the same time. Dr tharakan and nurse Sabrina put me at ease and the whole process was straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to go back should I need a fast appointment in the future, knowing I'll be in good, safe hands.

Fantastic experience: I was treated with so much respect right from Sabrina in reception. Dr Ali was very informative and discussed things thoroughly as I had more complex treatment necessary than was expected. The nurse Jessica kept reassuring me throughout a lengthy process. For someone who struggles with the dentist, this experience has encouraged me to keep up with dental care rather than avoid and only go when in pain. Fantastic experience: For someone that has always hated going to the dentist, in 30 years this is the first dentist where, even though i was nervous, i have felt completley comfortable. And actually wouldnt mind going to dentist if every experience had been like this one. Absolutely amazing dentist, i cannot sing their praises enough, would not normally write a review, but these deserve this recomendation. very warm and welcoming with a smile from dya at reception, (yes a smile does make all the difference to a nervous patient!) she made sure i was okay from the moment I got there, she gave me water as i was nervous. Dr Hassan and Nurse Jess, again both welcoming with a smile, they made me feel comfortable, went through the different options I had, explained everything to me. Everything happened smoothly, they talk you through all the way, even while I was having my tooth extraction, Dr hassan made sure to keep talking and keep me calm. Again, thank you all

Fantastic experience: Well, I was in terrible pain for around 6 days. As a man you expect this pain to go away, it didn’t! It got so painful I reached out and got the relief I needed. I’m unsure if it was the anaesthetic or the emotional rollacoaster but Caroline could be the love of my life! She relieved me from pain with a smile that could light up a theme park. Is she the one? (Jessica and Dya were amazing too). It was expensive but I would have paid x5 to eradicate the pain I was in. It really was instant relief. Tooth ache has gone now, all I have is heart ache . Joking aside, fantastic service. Quick, efficient, friendly and local. I’ll certainly use again if it’s required. I will certainly recommend. Please don’t take the comment too seriously. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: Couldn't get an appointment anywhere, I called n&d emergency dentist and got booked straight in, on arrival very welcoming and very peaceful. After I had seen the Dr Umar ilyas and had the required treatment everyone at the practice was lovely and made sure I was okay before going away.

Negative experience: I don't know why they have such a good reviews honestly. Yes,very warm welcoming, but no help and paid £50 basically for nothing. My partner went there with strong pain and puss coming out of his gums,but the dentist didn't see anything and said there is no problem(really?),but found an "other problem" that would cost £400 to fix. Sure. Didn't give any medication, nor an advice what to do with pain he came. Absolutely waste of £50.

Fantastic experience: They attended to me at the time I walked in, offered me what treatments they can do with the options available. I was shown the problem with my tooth, and surrounding teeth and was given options and prices regarding the work. I chose to have the main tooth of problem removed, and the others I will think about and resolve at a later date. Staff here are very polite and helpful and explain everything they do. Very professional place and a calming atmosphere. It is expensive, but I think the cost is justified for how the staff are and no waiting times. I was even offered earlier bookings prior to my own booking. 10/10, and I'll be back in the future if I have any more problems.

Fantastic experience: An old composite chipped off whilst eating, on a bank holiday Monday, at 8pm & due to go on holiday at 6am the next day. We assumed there was no chance of getting this fixed, but so glad we called the team! We got an appointment within the hour, the staff were so friendly and helpful, surgery is very clean & the prices were not the emergency prices we expected - much cheaper than we thought. Fantastic experience: Great prompt treatment. The receptionist was pleasant and calming. Dr Ali was very good, knowledgeable and most importantly gentle. He and his lovely nurse Tamzin validated my concerns and stopped me from being so nervous. He treat the dry socket and it had an immediate effect on the pain relief, then gave me a packet of antibiotics there and then for the infection. I was pleasantly surprised to get a follow up message the next day, checking how I am and offering further advice. Very reassuring and would definitely recommend. Well worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I had the misfortune of having a broken tooth on a Saturday morning, despite trying to get through to the emergency NHS dental service (without success) I was unable to get in touch with a private dentist locally. I then found the number of this dentist online and after calling them I was given an appointment in the afternoon. I was very impressed when I arrived, the place was spotlessly clean and I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist. I had my consultation and unfortunately had to have my tooth removed. Although it was a complicated extraction the dentist and his assistant ensured that I didn't feel any pain and carried out the extraction extremely professionally. Overall an excellent service - I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The emergency care I received was amazing, as is the ongoing after care! I was made to feel welcome and at ease on my arrival by reception, following my examination and X-rays, treatment options were explained clearly to me, questions answered with clarity and patience and pricing for each option clearly explained. I did not feel pressured in any way whatsoever to choose one treatment path over another. It was entirely my decision. The dr and nurse carried out my extraction with the utmost patience, explaining each step as we went, and reassuring me the pressure/noises were totally normal. Once the procedure was done, after care was clearly explained to me. I received a follow up message the next day checking in on my recovery, and reminding me of the after care steps for the next stage of my recovery etc. 10/10 service, a huge thank you to Jess for answering all my questions and getting me booked in same day and to Dr Umar Ilyas, Nurse Sabrina and Receptionist Dya for their care and support in getting me out of pain fast!!
