Fantastic experience: In 2014 I had 5 upper implants done. Recently I had an issue when one of them got chipped. I saw Diana whom I had never.seen before and I must say that I cannot recommend her work highly enough. She rebuilt the tooth…. Wow…. Thank you Diana. I must say also that everybody at Marylebone Implant Centre , all the way up from reception to Dentists are wonderful people. Caring, informative, helpful and friendly. HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks guys

Negative experience: The implants are not like my original teeth - they are large and bulbous. Food is always being trapped, above and below. And its strange that you did not mention any of the conditions listed in your essay response or contact me directly. Nor did you take ownership of damage (broken teeth) caused during your 'work'. I came in for the front teeth and you wrecked the back teeth & more. Could not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gaston Brander and the team at Marylebone Implant Centre are fantastic. I’ve had over ten years of difficulty with a highly complex implant case and after going to many places and trying many different options Dr Brander and the team were able to finally fix it, and to such a great result. Fantastic experience: An excellent implant and crown restoration service by skilled dentists who are clearly experts in this field. Very caring and attentive service, after a failed implant with a previous dentist I now have a stable upper front tooth implant, care of Dr Santos and two aesthetically pleasing front crowns care of Dr Costa. The nursing staff and hygienist are also excellent in this bright, clean and friendly practice.

Fantastic experience: The team at Marylebone Implant Centre are second to none. I am an extremely nervous patient and I have been to the clinic for a dental implant and a hygienist appointment. Firstly, Dr Francisco and his team were incredible reassuring to me and explained each part of the implant process in detail. They were comforting and understanding throughout the process and did not make me feel silly or dismiss my anxiety. The whole implant procedure was done with care and precision and I can’t thank them enough for their care and attention. In the future I would not be nervous to visit the team for any procedures. I saw Dr Catriona separately for a hygienist appointment and, again, she was reassuring and thorough and talked me through every step of the process. Positive experience: I would recommend this practice particularly for the attention to detail and good patient service. Having had implants some years ago I attended yesterday for a routine maintenance appointment and had an excellent hygienist who was friendly and left my teeth looking very much cleaner and fresher than when I attended. She was also helpful in answering any questions I had about the condition of my gums etc. Also was careful when dealing with sensitive areas.

Negative experience: After a 5 year long legal battle with the Marylebone Implant Centre, the case was settled weeks before going to court. Make of that what you will. In my opinion, the service provided was appalling. Hence the need to take Legal action. I would personally 100% avoid the Marylebone Implant Centre, based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: I started treatment 4 years ago after an impacted wisdom tooth resulted in the lose of a tooth which required an implant. Dr Santos is an extremely capable and talented surgeon and done a fantastic job in fitting the implant, the process was very efficient and pain free (for me) - I have no hesitation recommending him. I have since been returning for regular hygiene visits with Catriona who is excellent. She is extremely detailed and thorough and uses the latest and best equipment available, which makes the overall experience much more relaxing and pleasant from the customers perspective.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Marylebone Implant Centre since March 23 as I had bad periodontal disease and require two implants. Before getting the implants the periodontal disease was treated by Dr Miriam. My gums are a lot better now. I've had two hygienists appointments with Catriona, who is very thorough, and gave good advice on how to keep my gums and teeth healthy. Dr Francisco is very knowledgeable and you can tell he's the best in his field. The practice Manager Ginnan is very friendly and helpful, as is the receptionist Hilda. My overall experience has been very positive and I'm glad I chose Marylebone Implant Centre instead of going to Turkey. If you want the best clinic in London for dental implants. This is the place.
