I needed a temporary tooth fitted and it was on top of Christmas.. and most technicians were not available, but Ramona found one to help me … I was so grateful.. Fantastic experience: I visited Oaks Dental Ruislip for the first time and had a fantastic experience, especially as someone who is usually scared of the dentist! The Experience: Hygienist: I saw Faizan, who was super bubbly and professional. He not only cleaned my teeth, he also explained exactly how to floss and recommended products to improve my daily routine. His attention to detail is top-notch. Dentist: I had a check-up with Romona. She made me feel completely at ease, explaining every step of the check-up and suggesting treatments clearly. The team is lovely and friendly. If you are anxious about dentists, I would definitely recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Oaks for a number of years. Since Ramona Seth took over the practice, a number of cosmetic treatments are now available and the facility has been through a major transformation. In recent times I have had Invisalign teeth alignment and whitening, front teeth bonding and most recently a dental implant. I am very pleased with the results of all of the treatments and the staff are always a pleasure to see.

Her procedures are efficient and comfortable & everything is explained as she goes along. Her introduced method of using dental injections has certainly made me so much less anxious and I really appreciated this method of administering anaesthetics. Negative experience: I have been a client of Oak Dentist for 18 years and have always been satisfied with Norinne Doherty’s care as a dentist. My husband and kids have also had great experiences with her over the years. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same anymore with the new staff. During my recent hygiene cleaning, I was offered an additional gum cleaning, which I agreed to. However, the hygienist was unprofessional in handling the equipment and did not take proper care—especially with the water pressure. As a result, she injured the inside of my lips so badly that I still can’t eat properly. I expect quality care when I’m paying for a service. After consulting with other dentists who validated my concerns, I have decided to take my family elsewhere. It’s disappointing to leave after so many years, but I can’t justify staying with a practice that prioritizes extra charges over patient well-being.

Fantastic experience: Super happy with Oaks Dental practice. Haven’t been to the dentist in years due to fear and anxiety. Ramona and her team have been wonderful in making every experience pleasant and pain free. They are excellent at explaining and visually showing what their procedures entail to ensure you understand and feel at ease. I have had a filling, root canal with Dr Jassar and will be getting a crown. I couldn’t recommend Oaks Dental practice enough!!

I have never had such confidence with my smile. I have recently finished Invisalign with whitening and a couple of composite bonds and couldn’t be happier. Not only is Ramona an incredibly talented, professional and experienced practitioner, she has such a warm personality which makes the process all the more enjoyable. She is never “pushy” with her services and is very informative. And the dental nurses who work along side her are clearly very experienced, prepared and attentive. Negative experience: Really disappointed, paid to have braces for 2 years, teeth turned out really good, kept up with wearing my retainer every night - then i broke it, booked an appointment to get a new one, same day as i was aware how fast teeth can move. 6 times the molding didn't cap my teeth properly in which they had moved drastically :-( I now am back to square one being conscious about my teeth.

I found this place and I’m so happy I did . it’s reasonable and the dentists and hygienist are so nice and friendly. The receptionists are also so welcoming . I really felt comfortable and at ease with both dentist and hygienist. I usually dread the dentist and usually feel uncomfortable and also they usually aren’t very kind. but honestly this place makes me feel relaxed and they are all so lovely . They were very gentle and patient with me. I was very happy with my teeth clean and with the dentist. I’ve even recommended my family to come here :) .
