Night and Day Emergency Dentist Stoke

Fantastic experience: Went here after having excruciating pain after a wisdom tooth removal a week ago, was seen by nhs dentists twice and they were not sorting the problem and I was just being left in pain. The team here really helped and did a good job flushing/cleaning the socket and also talked me through the xray and what was actually going on in my mouth. Clean tidy practice, I was seen the same day within the hour. For the first night in a week I can actually go to sleep without being in pain, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience at the Day and Night Emergency Dentist. All of my procedures were completed on the same day, which was a huge relief. I left feeling pain-free and extremely satisfied with the care I received. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone seeking professional, experienced, and efficient dental care.

Positive experience: Came in yesterday and i am not impressed at all by the boy at reception. Seemed way to interested in the women working then helping paying customers. Made me feel uncomfortable for the small time i was there. Dentist was nice which is why they get 3 stars

Fantastic experience: Booked online for emergency procedure and was seen the next day. I don't enjoy going to the dentist but was made to feel relaxed and reasurred. The procedure itself was pain free and expertly done. If I ever need any work doing in the future (hopefully I won't) I would definitely come back here 100%.

Fantastic experience: Night & Day Emergency were uber efficient, even on Boxing Day! They gave me an appointment the same day and treated my dental issue there and then. The dental surgeon was really patient and took his time to explain everything he needed to do and future treatment options. Great work.

Negative experience: My husband visited here for an emergency appointment was quoted £780 to remove his wisdom tooth as it was infected allegedly. He paid the £30 consultation fee but luckily refused treatment. Later that evening he was hounded asking him to book in and even offered a payment plan! The next day he visited an NHS dentist and after a thorough check up including xray was told it was not his wisdom tooth causing pain, he did NOT require extraction and it was not infected. AVOID this dentist as they clearly lie about treatment required in order to 'extract' as much money from each customer as possible, disgusting behaviour!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment there yesterday. As someone with a severe dental phobia, I couldn’t have found a better place. Dr. Raza and the nurse, Zara, were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and safe. The whole thing was completely painless. I had an X-ray, a cleaning, and a filling done. Dr. Raza did a wonderful job with my tooth —the end result is phenomenal. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Appointment was provided at convinient time. Staff very understanding and helpful. I was in unbearable pain and anxious but the doctor calmed me ,explain the steps and provided quick treatment. Very satisfied with the service and good ,friendly enviroment. The next day recieved text how I feel after the treatment. Never experienced it before after dental appoitment. Very toughful,definietly recommend this practice. Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! I can’t stress enough how much of a crook this so called dentist is I went in with a niggly toothache in a crown and after paying my fee and explaining the problem to the dentist he told me the crown has failed and my only option was to rip it out! I said no thank you and this really annoyed him so much that he challenged me to why I didn’t want to allow him. After explaining that I have an NHS dentist that I’m happy with that would do this If needed he seemed to back down and ask what I expected from him I said I thought it may be an infection and thought maybe I would need antibiotics. He said there was an infection and yes he would prescribe me some for a further £50!! To top this off I also had to pay the usual 10 pound prescription fee at the chemist …. What’s worse I went to my dentist today that said my crown was fine but the infection wasn’t cleared up as he hadn’t prescribed me strong enough antibiotics. So AVOID! There are plenty of other emergency dentists to choose from this one just wants your Cash!! Oh and the dentist seemed more interested in the football match on his iPad whilst badgering his nurse to work every Sunday instead of the current agreement of every other because she has childcare issues .. stuff I really shouldn’t be privy to as a patient surely!

Fantastic experience: Appointment given short notice for tooth cavity, got a filling and consultation in the same week, wait was less than 10 minutes. Procedure was swift but I had to return due to pain. Was given an another appointment on the same day. The doctor explained the cavity was too deep and probably hitting the nerve, so was given an extraction at no extra cost. I can't paise the staff enough, I was in excruciating pain at short notice they resolved my symptoms and probably prevented an infection of my gum and further pain and cost.

Fantastic experience: Absolutley brilliant service from start to finish! Made my partner feel really comfortable in explaining what was needed l, that his assigned NHS dentist couldn't be bothered to do! Who have actually caused more damage than made better!! The only dentist we have been to to actually take time with patients and not just want to do the work and be done within 10minutes take the money and thats it! Not rushed what so ever Brilliant place if you need that emergency work and more! Lovely clean and modern place. Highly recommended 10 stars ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Was in the area and needed a dentist urgently - damaged one of my back teeth from accidentally biting a bone (in a chicken fillet burger so what is a bone even doing there?!). Found these guys and omg they were so amazing - approachable, friendly, quality service and the fact that they were able to fit me in last minute!!!! Definitely got the number saved. Glad they got branches in other areas as I move around a lot so gives me peace of mind (but maybe it’s a sign that I have to stop eating burgers)!!!!

I had a severe toothache come on suddenly over the weekend, and after calling around, they were the only clinic able to see me the same day. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was kind and reassuring, and I was seen almost immediately. The dentist was absolutely brilliant — calm, professional, and genuinely caring. They explained everything clearly before starting any treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I really appreciated how gentle and patient they were, especially since I was in a lot of pain and a bit anxious. The clinic itself was spotless, modern, and welcoming — you can tell they take pride in maintaining a high standard of care. Even the follow-up call the next day to check how I was doing was such a thoughtful touch. I went from being in unbearable pain to completely pain-free within an hour. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you ever need an emergency dentist, I highly recommend — they truly go above and beyond for their patients!

Negative experience: I was in a great deal of pain. I paid the £50 consultation fee and had an appointment booked. I waited for about an hour with no idea when I would be seen. The dentist had no empathy or personal skills in dealing with me. The consultation was very money focused. He was quite rough when checking my mouth even though I had stressed I was in a great deal of pain. He said I needed X-rays and a range of treatments and antibiotics. He quoted £350 but refused to give me just antibiotics which I could take until I could see my own dentist. He showed no compassion and to be frank I did not have faith in him to do the treatment. I left and refused the treatment even though he said he could reduce the cost. If you can wait to see your own dentist or pay another dentist as a private patient then please do.

Fantastic experience: i’d severe toothache and was super nervous about coming to see the dentist, but the lovely receptionist and great dentists helped me feel at ease. Unfortunately I did choose to get my tooth removed as it was extraction or root canal. These options were well explained to me and it’s great that they have payment plans. Sarah was so lovely and even sent me a message to ask how I was the day after my extraction. would certainly recommend if you’re having trouble!

Negative experience: After cracking a rear molar in half just before the weekend and being new to the area so I didn't have my own dentist I tried a few emergency dentist and I could only get in to this one. After looking at my tooth he then started to do X-rays of all of my teeth and then numbed me up for him to then tell me my bill would be £1700 for the tooth to be pulled and that I needed 3 filling and he wanted to do a clean and polish I had already paid the consultation fee of £50 to be told it will go on finance and I can pay it off monthly which I refused as I just needed the tooth pulled as I was in so much pain to were he went in a strop and started to get to work on pulling my tooth out which he was pretty rough in doing this and the charge for this was a whopping £695 for 9 X-rays, 8 needles and the tooth extraction. I had to pay it as I was in so much pain but now after reading there reviews everyone seems to of been paying around £250 for an extraction so why was mine so high, I am still in a lot of gum pain and it has been 5 days and now I have an infection in my gum.

The staff were all outstanding – really kind, professional, and made me feel at ease even though I was in a lot of pain. The place itself was spotless and very well kept, which instantly made me feel more comfortable. I’m really glad I went there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased that I found this dentist. I broke a piece off my front tooth, they saw me the same day, fixed it by using a compound to replace the missing part, polished the surface - so even I can tell which is original and which is repair. They were not only effecient, they were kind and very pleasant, which is important to me. I know it wasn't cheap, but for me it was well worth the cost. From my experience I would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Went to here as a matter of emergency and couldn't get it done via the NHS. When I first walked in I was impressed very light and relaxed reception area friendly staff explained what was going on what I needed to do. The work I had done was a root canal I was abit apprehensive as had one done before and was very comfortable. The dentist numbed me up waited for it to kick in then the work kicked in,normally when I go dentist and sit in the chair I tense up not here totally relaxed within 20mins I was done and on my way totally happy. Thank you to the dentist Zain,Nurse Iqra,and on reception Zara you r wonderful people for keeping me calm and relaxed whilst you treated me *****

Negative experience: I had to pay £50 to book an appointment online but then when I arrived the cost wasnt explained to me what was covered. I felt totally ripped off by the service after my appointment . £50 down the drain. After the dentist inspected my tooth he told me I needed a root canal which would be £450! Was in so much pain but couldn’t pay that. I had to wait until my nhs dentist was back open on Monday to receive the treatment. Such a shame. They offer a 24hr service but then you can’t afford the treatments.

Negative experience: Called night and day and they offered me to come in. I advised abscess and needed to see specialist for root canal. They confirmed true as root canal failed previously Booked for 3.30 Wasn't seen till approx 5pm where they advised I couldn't have root canal as the specialist wasnt in. Why let me book in if I couldn't have it done? I paid 50 consultation fee to be told tooth could be pulled, root canal another day or have it drained now then have root canal. Charged root canal price at 675. Sat downstairs in the heat with no air con working. Crying as they took other people upstairs for consultations. Watching people refuse to pay and leave. Even though Id agreed to pay. I then went up and ive had an implant and injections many a time with abbey house dental. Ive never had pain like I suffered here. They numbed me sent me downstairs whilst they did more consultations. My mouth had that much numbing in, the inside of my mouth was swelling up and i was struggling to swallow. But the time I go up, its wearing off and oh yay I need two more injections. This is now at 6pm. My partner begins to explain that this is a shocking experience and ive been downstairs anxious and crying in a corner on the stairs as chairs were all full and he wasnt happy with the service at all. The dentist advised whilst I was in the chair "you dont have to go ahead with the service if you dont want to" Oh yea after all the numbing like im going to do that now. Terrible customer service and what a strange thing to say to someone who clearly needs the abscess drained to stop someone being very poorly. The infection was in my sinuses and id had fever. Id already advised my dentist put me on amoxicillin for my infection. He tried to swap my anti biotic and added it to my treatment plan but didnt tell me till the end as I was leaving and he arranged me to come back Tuesday to finish it off. I also wasnt told about the 50 pound charge for this until the end. I explained to the receptionist I was suggested to have them but wasnt advised it was a different cost. I advised I lost my parents and im going to work in greece any day now and that I couldn't sleep due to the agony of the abscess. To open up and the lack of empathy and to try rip me off is vile. I didnt get out of there till just gone halfpast 6. 3 hours in a hot room. Its unsafe. I fount myself going into the bathroom just because it was cooler in there. Ive called today as my follow up was supposed to be booked in for Tuesday (tomorrow) which i also specified when I got my follow up text. Im due back to clean out the tooth put some medicine and close the hole in my root, tooth and zirconium crown. I have a hole open to let the infection come out he said. Oh yay no appointment. Ive had to book it for 3pm as to be seen first tomorrow so I dont have to wait even though ive paid 675 for the pleasure of this service. Im dreading it. I will NEVER use here again. I am so grateful for abbey house dental and if I wasnt in such a rush id of never EVER gone elsewhere. These guys are proper crooks. Rip off merchants. Terrible service. Feel sorry for the receptionist as she must get this a lot. Use nhs emergency dentist. Save your money! Update: went in at 3pm and was told to leave tooth hole open as infection present. Went back to my dentist at abbey house dental who took over and put medicine in tooth and closed and re sealed. Will never ever, ever use here again. Blessed to have abbey house dental and truly have been treated much nicer by them. Wont be returning here

Negative experience: book a appointment to get stitches out after a tooth removal they claim to call to cancel no messages or notifications of a cancelled appointment... after paying over £1000 no happy about the service

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Hamza late on a Sunday evening and he removed a difficult , broken and deep rooted wisdom tooth. He was diligent and kind and took the tooth out with very little fuss and minimal pain. He also prescribed antibiotics as a preventative measure. The cost is proportionate for minor surgery at 10pm on a Sunday and the staff were very professional and helpful. I am very grateful that this clinic exists. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: I have to say that the service was first class and as I was raving with toothache and neuralgia they saw me the same day. Although the price for extraction at £250 per tooth was a lot of money to myself as a pensioner, I do appreciate that the NHS is heavily subsidised and private entities are not so have s lot of overheads. I will say that the practice is very well run and profesional with very pleasant and understanding staff. As an emergency service very quick to see you. I asked them for my x ray pictures for my regular dentist and they sent them to me no problem at all. I appreciate what they did for me. It's a shame that the NHS service can be bad at times.

I was very pleased with Night and Day Emergency Dentist not only on getting an appointment but quickly fixing my issue. They were professional and thorough. Negative experience: Despicable disgusting dentistry if you can call it that more just taking advantage of people in pain don’t be fooled by the cheap consultation fee! My partner called and made an appointment with mild tooth pain, she went in all very standard. But then she was ushered through to the incompetent con artist. She hadn’t even opened her mouth and he was talking about finance options !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She got in the chair and started instead of the normal little nudge with a finger on the effected tooth me con man started hitting her teeth with far too much force with a metal tool which caused more pain than the original complaint. to which my partner had to actually tell him stop. After an initial look and an X-ray his diagnosis was she need a root canal. The options he gave her were £1100 for a root canal or he can take the tooth out we have finance you have ten minutes to decide !!!!!!!!! At this point every alarm bell was ringing with my partner. She declined anything further. She went to the regular dentist who checked her told her she had a gum infection she asked should a root canal would do anything and our dentist said absolutely not there is nothing wrong with the tooth it’s your gum that’s affected. Which cost us £9.90 for a prescription. Whatever you do if you have a dental emergency call anyone literally anyone like a witchdoctor or a vet before you call these people they’ll do more for you. These people need to be vetted not only are they absolutely incompetent when it comes to dentistry they’re even the worst type of salesman on the planet completely dishonest never go there

Was a very nervous patient after being left alone by another dentist so had to have 2 teeth extractions and 3 composite fillings today, was well looked after by Dr Hamzah and Zara! Positive experience: I had xrays and then all options explained to me. I was in a heĺl of a lot of pain, so I opted for extraction rather than root canal, the dentist did explain that I would leave with no pain, which was very true because I had atleast 8-10 injections to numb the area. The whole experience went quite well, given that it was a Sunday, an emergency in my eyes, and I was all out of other options. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the price has changed that. Total cost for my treatment- £500 for a Molar tooth extraction.

Fantastic experience: Great treatment. No NHS appointments anywhere but these guys were available at all times of the day. Got me seen within an hour and extracted my tooth. Pain was gone and problem sorted. Wish all dentists and doctors had this kind of availability. Thanks for the great service.

Negative experience: Honestly by far the worst dentists I have ever been to, a complete shambles and an immense disgrace to the dentistry field. It appears that they believe their patients are made of money as this is robbery in broad daylight, or maybe the staff are delusional enough to believe that their work is ‘spectacular and exceptional’ when that is very far from the truth. A filling from my tooth had fallen out and I simply needed to have a new filling as I was in pain. A simple task you’d think, but no. I paid £50 for a consultation only for them to start diagnosing me with issues that were completely irrelevant. The dentist started talking about a root canal treatment for two teeth (which were not the main issue) and was saying that even if I did a filling it would fall out anyways. He then went on to say that the total cost of having my problem tooth fixed would cost £2,500! Even renting a place for two months is cheaper than this. Not to mention, the dentist was harshly tapping away my good teeth with a hammer-like equipment during the consultation - how would your good teeth not chip and damage at that point? Then they would tell you to have that fixed and charge you even more! They completely lacked empathy and as a customer/patient, I was asking plenty of questions as £2,500 is not a small amount of money for a simple filling - but the dentist was completely ignorant, arrogant and rude, lacking customer service skills in refusing to answer my questions as he knew I couldn’t be manipulated into his thieving scheme. He probably needed some lessons in humility and basic manners before learning dentistry. The greater joke of this is that he had the audacity to tell me not to leave the clinic without having done a treatment so that they could make money out of me, as if I look like a walking ATM machine. Unfortunately there were older or more vulnerable people seated there and it’s very easy to be robbed if not vigilant. Finally, my appointment was booked for 1pm but I was not seen until after 2pm and it was a horrific tedious wait with the receptionist playing exceptionally boring songs that she was sitting and choosing from YouTube - not only was I having a headache but I wanted to fall asleep. So instead, I went to Boots, bought a temporary dental filling kit and upon using it, it lasted over three weeks and reduced my pain until I found another excellent dentist (Liverpool Road Dental Practice in Stoke), went on a dental care plan with them and they informed me I didn’t need a root canal treatment and that a filling (which was affordable) would suffice even in the long term. There are excellent dentists out there but I have to say, it’s certainly not those at Night and Day. I wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy their services, so please be cautious and avoid them at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Had to get a tooth taken out recently. I wasn't looking forward to it at all. Marwa and Laura made me feel so at ease. It was done efficiently and kindly. They were so nice and professional.

Negative experience: My 19 year old attended this establishment today with pain and a lump on his gum with a swollen neck gland so possibly the beginning of an abcess. 50 pound for initial visit for the male dentist to tell him he had 2 options, pay 900 pounds for full deep clean or the cheaper option of 200 for semi clean. Antibiotics alone were 50 pound. After my son explained he couldn't afford those prices the dentist asked why he had bothered to go!!!!! When leaving my son could hear him speaking to other staff saying "I don't know why people come if they aren't willing to pay". Firstly my son was willing but not in a position to pay those amounts and no options of payment plans given. This establishment is not a health care provider but more centred on taking people's money. Even with paying 50 pound, no advice was given regarding aftercare or support on where to go if the infection became worse or septic and what help to get if your financially vulnerable.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Night & Day when having severe pain in my tooth. It was a Saturday, and they got me in straight away. Turns out that I had a very large abscess. Dr Zain was brilliant. He removed the nerve ftom my dead tooth, which eliminated the pain almost immediately. I'm due for further treatment, however feel on the road to recovery. Fantastic experience: After spending my Sunday afternoon with the three bosses of dentistry I am on the mend and already feeling like myself again! Not been to the dentist for many years and unfortunately last night I broke a tooth causing a great deal of pain. Booked an online appointment at the Stoke night n day clinic. £50 later I was greeted by tattibah on reception. Her calming presence really helped with the whole situation. I then got called up by the lovely Zara who introduced me to the main man himself dr hamzah naeem who was totally professional and just genuinely really down to earth. Both Zara and doc really helped me understand what was going on and guided me though the best route to take for my procedure . They both seemed interested in what I had to say and took a lot of time wich was a suprise as it’s normally one in one out. After having a great deal of work done I can say that doc was very gentle, kind & caring. I could not of asked for a better team today. Hope to see them again! Glad I used this company, will be recommending to friends and family.

Negative experience: Quite honestly the worst dental treatment I've had, and a huge bill for the pleasure of going through with it. Was forced to go here after every other dentist I spoke to had no opening, and honestly that's the only saving grace of this practice, they do have readily available appointments. Though I found trying to contact them late in the night difficult when I called and got no response, until the morning. I came to then for an infected tooth socket after an extraction a few days ago. The work done here, while professional and supposedly following correct guidance. Was very painful, the dentist asking multiple times "does this hurt" as he's digging and stabbing around in the infection yet not once offering any form of pain relief. The billing at this place seems to be the most at fault, £50 for the initial consultation. Not too bad and about standard. The kicker seems to be the £250 charge for any work that needs doing. (Looking at other similar reviews) This was more than the cost of the tooth extraction I had done elsewhere!! And to top it all off I needed antibiotics which cost another £50 for a prescription to be written! So in total a £350 bill for a 15 minute painful procedure. Avoid unless you have no other choice.

Negative experience: Definitely a crazy amount of money; I visited to have an emergency tooth extraction due to an exposed nerve. 2/3 days later and I’m still experiencing bleeding- but nobody is available to see me till 2 pm tomorrow. Sooo it’s not a 24/7 service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zain is absolutely fantastic. From the start to the end of my treatment he was very transparent about what results I could expect. He showed empathy, care and was pain free. I've been to other dentists in the past who lacked professionalism but not here. I would highly recommend Dr Zain to all. The receptionists and nurse were also very helpful. Fantastic experience: I was in agony with a broken tooth on a Sunday afternoon. Scarry situation as being Sunday nothing will be open. But I have been lucky enough to find on Google this wonderful clinic to be open. Very clean, staff very nice and supportive fit me in within an hour. The doctor and the nurse were very friendly and receptionist as well. Extraction took place and as a very anxious patient I am pleased to say that I felt no pain and everything went smoothly. I will definitely come back and i do recommend this clinic. Thank you for all your help and support and for all what you are doing in specially for being there when everything is closed. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: After six days of pain from an attempted extraction from my NHS dentist, I couldn't bear the pain any longer. I made the call to Night and Day emergency dentist. I was seen by Dr Hamza who after numbing me... took 5 minutes and my very large, 3 rooted tooth was out!

I had a good professional service from reception where the staff was incredibly friendly straight through to dentist chair where the service received from Doctor Zain was absolutely exceptional in his work. Comfortable environment and excellent expertise . The entire process was explained to me in detail but, the most important thing was the high level of professionalism in doing the work.The treatment recommended after the intervention works great and, I do not experienced any pain even In cases such mine it used to happen. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dental professional or emergency any time even in the night time. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: First time I had a tooth out and didn't feel a thing though at £295 plus £50 consultation I think that's about right. Good service.

Positive experience: Honest review, starting with the positives, the staff were amazing! Helped me to get my dad upstairs, the dentist spoke directly to him knowing he had dementia which isn’t common and included my dad in all decisions. The negatives are that this building isn’t disability friendly (no ramp or elevator, with no treatment rooms downstairs) the door is always locked, so when my dad was up and out of his wheelchair and up the big step at the front of the building, we had to wait for a staff member to open the door, however the receptionist was also the dental assistant which meant an 8-10 minute wait, a long time for someone unsteady on their feet to wait or the inconvenience of getting back down a large step into a chair and back up again. It was then explained to us that there is no lift and the stairs are steep, they are. I can’t fault the receptionist who offered to help me aid my dad up and down the stairs, he is sometimes unsteady on his feet, this was a better day than most for him. I will emphasise that all the staff spoke to my dad instead of me which is amazing as he is usually brushed off for having dementia. The biggest downside was the cost £900+ for 2 teeth to be removed. With the NHS this would have cost £75 and after looking at private dental fees would have been no more than £500. So more than £900 seems greedy, especially when we had to struggle with no disability access. So fabulous staff but not fabulous prices or disability access.

Negative experience: A disorganized and bad dental clinic with an impolite reception employee who treats patients in an inappropriate manner. They have no proper appointment system and are very expensive. I do not recommend them to anyone.

As soon as the girls Marwa abd Laura received me and assured me that everything will be fine and that they can help me i was more relaxed. Marwa and Laura did an amazing job they took out 2 of my theeth and they talek with me and explained to me what are they doing all the time. Amazing job guys. Aftercare treatment amazing. They are keeping in touch with you to see how everything is going. Really pleased with them

Fantastic experience: I have a traumatic surgical history to include negative experiences with dentists (under NHS). This place has treated me twice recently, one occasion was new years eve none the less! I cannot recommend them enough, from the initial phone call to the actual procedures, the staff were absolutely lovely and empathic towards my anxieties and irrational fears. I have been able to change my life, reduce my pain and start to move forwards towards addressing my dental problems with their support and care. I felt like I was listened to and cared for as an individual, I wasn't just a number or a wage (or at least I didn't feel like I was!). Massive thanks and genuine gratitude to the receptionist, assistant and dentist! Glad to now be a patient of your service. Be cautious believing any of the negative reviews. People can recall distressing situation with altered perceptions, some people also perceive their life purpose to be a complainant! Complaining about the cost is absurd, the price is what it is and the service is very clear about their charges. One author says an Xray wasn't needed, but I am sure they would be the first to again, complain, had they have had treatment that didn't actually resolve their problem because there was more going on that isn't visible to the eye within their tooth, gum and/or jaw! A dentist is a highly trained medical professional, it is their decision re what is needed! Do your training and then you can call the shots and even fix your own teeth! As for location, it is what it is, you can't make the city centre any less "city centre"; the aesthetics of the building are surely of very minimal importance when you're looking for emergency dental care to rectify unbelievable pain!? The good reviews say it all and they way outnumber the negative.

Negative experience: Avoid this place like the plague paid £50 for a consultation to then be told it would be £495 to remove my tooth which then dropped to £250 in the matter of seconds just trying it on with people had that same tooth removed today at the NHS emergency dentist for £26.80 was told it was so expensive because it was a complicated extraction yet the NHS dentist had my tooth out in less than a minute wrong that places like this are allowed to try and do this to people

Negative experience: I never recommended this place. Dr explained everything but he hide some payment plans. He explained about payment plan and we agreed to it. We went to receptionist and she add 10% extra with mentioned about another company. We were very poor about that. So, really we were not happy about this place. They are cheating for customers. This is the message I got from them. But we didn't receive any treatment on the same day for 50£. They added more cost for us. They really cheat people like that. "Hi there it’s the Night and Day Emergency Dentist I can book you in for an appointment. It’s £50 for a consultation, this includes X-rays, examination and all treatment is done on the same day. Any treatment needed will be at a further cost." Someone needs to come this place, please think twice. Never recommended.
