Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished my Spark treatment at this clinic (similar to Invisalign, but in my opinion even better and more affordable) and I couldn’t be happier. I’d recently had a gum graft for recession and was worried about starting, but Dr. Graham Tinkle reassured me and I had no issues at all - my teeth are now in perfect condition! Dr. Graham is a real perfectionist, spotting tiny improvements even when I thought my smile was already perfect, and all refinements were included in my original package at no extra cost. Most follow-ups were done remotely through their app, which saved me frequent trips, and they even sent my aligners and retainers by post free of charge. I only visited about five times, and each time I was warmly welcomed, seen on time, and given clear, detailed explanations, either by Dr Graham Tinkler or by Dr Jas Singh - and both have been amazing. Highly recommend this clinic for Spark (or Invisalign) - go with confidence!

Fantastic experience: My sister referred me to this clinic, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had a tooth extraction and also started my Invisalign journey with Dr. Graham and his team. Everyone is so welcoming, polite, and extremely professional. Once, I had a wisdom tooth infection and called the clinic just before closing time. Shona was incredibly helpful (thank you again!) She arranged for a signed antibiotic prescription so quickly (at 5:17pm), I was genuinely shocked. It just goes to show the level of care and hospitality this dental clinic provides. I’ve recommended this place to everyone I speak to!

Positive experience: The clinic is very clean and the doctors are excellent. However, it’s always difficult to get an appointment, and the phone staff in the aligner department could be much more friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I had the Ultraclear laser treatment with Dr Pratish Dholakia and I couldn't be happier! Not just with the results but with the entire experience. Dr Pratish is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely supportive during the whole process of consultation, treatment and follow-up. The clinic and all the staff are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough, I feel like I've had aging reversed without the use of tox or fillers and sun damage repaired, I'm a convert! It's incredible how quickly you heal, I had the deep laser and was wearing make-up and out and about by day 5, the great thing is it's still working and what I'm seeing now isn't even the finished result! (Pictures show before, straight after treatment and days 2-5, day 5 is with make-up).

Positive experience: Had Invisilign fitted. Good price. Teeth were straight and good job done initially, but then my jaw and top teeth moved a few months later and my jaw was not aligned. I wore/ wear my retainers religiously and every day, so don't appreciate being accused that I haven't wore them correctly after all the thousands of pounds spent. So thisnis untrue and blaming the customer without proof is poor customer service. There is evidence I emailed about this. I went back and was told by Dr Tinkler that I shouldn't expect perfection and needed to pay to start again if I wanted to fix my jaw alignment. So I wasn't happy with that. I tried emailing 'Lagle' (who sold me the package as I know her through a friend) and she basically ignored my email. I guess business is business for some. Shame. The other staff are very friendly though and lovely.

Fantastic experience: CANNON STREET DENTAL CENTRE. Absolute fantastic experience getting my first laser treatment this afternoon with Dr Pratish he made me feel very relaxed and showed me my skin damage and uneven skin tone on some phenomenal technology they have in the Center then proceeded to carry out the treatment. He used a numbing cream on my skin and I must say I had the heavy treatment amd hardly felt a thing while the treatment was carried out. He explained the after care treatment plan throughly and emailed me a wealth of information via email on how to treat the skin after treatment and what to do. The whole experience from start to finish was awesome and I would definitely recommend to family and friends as i have seen the results for other people who have had some sessions and there skin tone ( Scaring,Skin tags etc ) All gone !! He thoroughly explained each step of the treatment before we began, and he maintained a calm and relaxed demeanor throughout. During the procedure, both Zilvinas and his assistant performed exceptionally well. I arrived for a difficult and lengthy treatment, unintentionally wearing a white shirt, yet they were so clean and organized that not a single spot marked my shirt afterward. Negative experience: Sadly I did not have a good experience with CBD. I had multiple rounds of treatment paying for more and more sets of aligners and it just never resolved the issue with my teeth. The middle line of both upper and lower arch are completely misaligned. Dr also agreed to give me my retainers for free given that we had all these issues during treatment, however, when the time came, he stopped answering my emails and I have no retainers. Really disappointed as this meant a lot to me and I am still left with a smile that is misaligned and one day when I get the money I will need to repeat the treatment, but with a dentist who provides a better service.
