Fantastic experience: I had my Invisalign treatment with Abir and Homaira at Mismile Birmingham and they were fantastic from start to finish. I’m delighted with the results I was able to achieve and it’s like night and day compared to when I began this journey. They made the whole process easy and always took the time to answer any questions I had. They also made sure to explain each stage of the process in as much detail as possible, ensuring that you knew what to expect, which is a big deal when deciding to commit to something as substantial as an Invisalign treatment. Would recommend anyone who wants Invisalign to choose Abir and the team at mismile. As for the practice, it is super welcoming and professional – both the dentists and reception team go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Negative experience: when removing the tray guides after keeping them all night, my crown was pulled out and now it is hurting … they are sitting too tight at the base of the teeth. Really bad concept using materials which don’t look healthy to put in the mouth. A waste a £300 and the staff at the reception is certainly not trained properly

Fantastic experience: After searching for an authentic Invisalign provider I went with MiSmile. They did not hassle me, no cold calls, and were informative and left me to make a decision without bugging me. I returned to them after making a decision based on comparison with other providers and they are fantastic. No complaints whatsoever. The receptionists know you on a name basis (Halimah is incredibly helpful and friendly) and the dentist, Abir is so lovely and made me feel so comfortable despite me being anxious. They offer good interest free finance services too which is really beneficial. I like how everything is in house and if there are any issues I have a base to return to anytime. Leanne from reception desk to Karen and Anna were just super. I now look and feel brand new—the attention they gave me was impressive. Fantastic experience: MiSmile did a brilliant job cleaning and polishing my implants. It was more affordable than some other places. Half the price I had been quoted elsewhere. The hygienest took 30mins to clean my teeth, and did so with premium care and attention not to destroy the implants or my natural gums. I'll definitely visit them again in the future. At £75, it was half the price of what I had been quoted. Great service overall

Fantastic experience: Dr Harman was very clear and detailed in explaining the process of what he would be doing, the options available, including the benefits/costs etc, his reasoning for suggested actions and next steps, and what to expect to happen during and post treatment and every appointment. There were never any surprises and it gave me assurance that everything would be fine, even if there was to be something unexpected to happen. In my case, my rear teeth took longer to move/align affecting my bite, which had to handled with the use of bands and more aligners. It was explained (better than I could explain) that it's not uncommon for the rear teeth to move slower than than say my front teeth, so my invisalign treatment is taking longer than the usual 18 - 24 months. He is very professional, patient and accommodating considering the duration of my treatment (a little over 36 months so far). I'm nearing the end of my treatment now after having my black triangles filled. I would certainly recommend Dr Harman for anyone interested in getting invisalign treatment, and any other dental treatment that he covers. Also thank you to Nurse Maria.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, the excellent caring professional and compassionate way in which I was taken on my dental journey can not be surpassed. Abiri and Homaira listened respected my feeling of fear and apprehension on arriving at MiSmile. I needed restoration treatment for my teeth that had not been cared for, for nearly 10 years. They explained, engaged and included me every step of the way. Front house desk reception professional and kind to passing over to Pam (Parmjit) words will never be enough to describe her. Humble, super understanding & just superb at what she does. Fantastic experience: After doing some research before embarking on my Invisalign journey - I decided to go for MiSmile and do not regret my decision at all. Fantastic experience: Caring team, they really put the patient first. I only had 1 initial consultation for Invisalign where I was told my case is a little complex & I should probably see a fixed brace specialist instead. While this wasn’t what I wished to hear, I definitely loved & respected the fact that they don’t put profits before patient care or give false hope! This speaks volumes for their ethics. Also thank you so much to the friendly receptionist who offered me a hot drink, which was also deeply appreciated given I arrived in almost freezing temperatures!

Fantastic experience: I was really pleased with the quality service from start to finish. I was first dealt with a very welcoming reception team - Halima and others who offered me a hot drink having suffered the blistering cold weather. Fantastic experience: I used MiSmile for composite bonding. The result was amazing, they look very natural and I was very happy with the whole process. Fantastic experience: I couldn't have had a better experience with MiSmile Birmingham. My Invisalign treatment was conducted by Dr Harman, followed by whitening and composite edge bonding also with Harman. My smile is totally transformed and before, during and after my treatment i was made to feel comfortable, reassured and I trusted the process. Parm handled the financials, this usually tedious process was literally seamless. Parm herself, as well as the reception staff are also lovely and remembered me on each visit, which adds a nice personal touch unlike most dentists.
