Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Dr Manish and his team. Very thorough check up and clean. My treatment plan was explained to me clearly, and the AI images of my teeth helped me to visualise the treatment plan going forward. Dr Manish highlighted the anomaly with my two top front teeth, which are not aligned with my lower front teeth causing wear and tear on them. This has never been pointed out to me in all the years that I have been visiting a dentist, and Dr Manish and his colleagues explained the procedure for rectifying this very clearly.

The team here are second to none, very friendly, considerate and understanding. They understand that it's one of the places most people try and avoid. (let's face it no one wants to go to the dentist) Yes, it's private so you have to pay but what I can say is that it was worth every penny. (Their dental plan helps too!)! Fantastic experience: Service was 2nd to none, all very friendly and happy. Brilliant service from all at the surgery. Shilpa has been amazing with the issue with my tooth. Finally today after 6 visits and trying all different things, it was removed. Very good service. And the right decision made to remove it as it had a hairline crack. Another visit today, for a CT scan pending an implant, always great service, from.all the team there. Even had a descale and polish while I was there, as tge scans went quick, and I had an hour appointment. I cannot recommend this practice enough. All so lovely and caring. I've had an ongoing issue with a tooth since the end of November, with many visits, I've been in lots of pain, 3 lots of antibiotics later the infection has gone. Thank the lord, I've been through Chrostmas and New Year on the antibiotics, however finally we are near the end of the road. Everyone is so lovely at the practice ☺️ I couldn't have wishes for better service. Further visits needed to support some tooth pain, however, all of the staff make you feel at ease and are very professional with their approach to any treatment needed

Fantastic experience: There are not enough spaces in this little box where I can say what I need to say. I, at over 50yrs old have been a dental phobic since I was very young due to horrendous experiences as a child. I have been going to Dr Shilpa & Dr Manish for a few years and I have not only been able to walk in of my own free will without sitting in the car park in floods of tears but I have even had implants & having a complete smile make over. I still need to hold someone’s hand & remember to breath but Dr Manish works with such professionalism with his team & with Shilpa being absolutely wonderful person she is I know I am in good hands. The team deserve way more than 5 stars for their pure expertise, caring natures & high tech equipment I would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Went to Dr Manish because the implant had got loose and he tightened it up and said there’s a gap in the front so might have to have a new scan and a new crown made but will see how it goes because it feels ok when I bit down on it . Mannish and his team were amazing they reassured me every step of the way . They were support an made me feel comfortable. Negative experience: Not a great experience, although my dentist was friendly her work was not adequate which left me with mutiple fillings coming away within a matter of months. The owner of the practice then started to redo her work but he himself was rude and unprofessional leaving the work only partially completed. I have now attended a new dentist who had not only fixed their work but also found the cause of the tooth sensitivity that I was facing that dental concept failed to spot. I would not recommend this dentist when there are other great privet options around Andover.

Fantastic experience: I have to say - don't be put off by the location. This is a top class Dental Practice. The parking may be tricky, but inside the equipment and facilities are the latest available and the treatment is really first class. I needed upper jaw implants. I could not afford individual teeth and had the fixed denture type (at two thirds the price). After struggling with a removable titanium denture for a year these are a revelation. Manish has done a superb job and I can hardly believe the difference. I may take up a job as a circus artist who hangs from a trapeze by his teeth! I give ten out of ten for treatment. Don't worry about parking, if there are no slots adjacent, use the side road opposite where there is always room.

Fantastic experience: After going to the dentist today I was more than impressed from start to finish Shilpa and her assistant put me right at ease. I have never had treatment like it a cracked tooth and filling was no trouble for Shilpa. I can honestly say I did not feel a thing excellent service from everyone highly recommended.

Positive experience: Terrible staff. It would appear that the constant use of part time staff is resulting in a lack of consistency in care and follow up. You can never speak to the same person! The Hygeniest is not full time and it makes booking appointments very difficult. Rather than being a practice that offers advice with health at the forefront of their mind, it feels like it’s all about selling you something - cosmetic related. Further to the above, I have since spoken to the Practice owner who kindly followed up my review. It is apparent that service is something they pride themselves in and it was agreed that the situation could have been conducted differently. It was positive to receive the call and learn that my feedback was taken seriously. Thank you for your attentive follow up.

Fantastic experience: Having made the difficult decision to have teeth removed and have implants to improve the longevity of my jaw and oral health and my smile I was understandably anxious. I needn't have been. This is 48hours after 5 hours of surgery and my first set of temporary top implants. I have absolute faith in Dr Manish and his team.
