This team really do treat you like a dearly beloved family member. Their excellence in performing treatments is hard to beat. I cannot believe that I actually look forward to going to the dentist because I know I'll be in the best of hands, that the treatment will be virtually pain free and that their attention to detail means that I am not inconvenienced or left disappointed in any way. Fantastic experience: I’m immensely grateful for the care and profesionalism of everyone in Sonria Dental Clinic throughout the past 12 years. Leyla has been my dentist since I came to London, then she became my husband and children’s dentist and throughout the years we have had the pleasure meet the rest of the staff. I appreciate their focus on prevention and for us coming every 6 months for dental hygiene is actually a treat. Clean and relaxing premises plus convenient location for us. Adriana is the admin star that helps me organise appointments around my family schedule, always prompt to explain procedures and book relevant appointments. My children have also received high quality orthodontist treatments provided by Ines Fruhbeck. As part of their orthodontist treatment, both of my children required tooth extractions. Both of them are neurodivergent so I need to be very selective and careful when choosing services for them. Ciro, Adriana and Harriet have been our heroes when it comes to oral surgery. Couple of years ago my daughter required complex wisdom tooth extractions and again this week, my youngest son, who struggles with clinical anxiety required 4 extractions in one go. It was a great success. I really appreciate their efforts to make him feel at ease, reducing triggers, offering resources to cope with stress and just being kind and supportive throughout the process which by the way was super quick. Ciro Gilvetti is without doubt the best oral surgeon we know in London. He is highly experienced and professional, my son did not experience any pain during or after the procedure. Healed speedily, following Ciro’s instructions and came back to his normal routine in one day without any complications. I can’t praise or recommend them enough. Great team, great services, outstanding outcomes.

Fantastic experience: Had my hygienist appointment, definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Clinic is not transparent with treatment plan and cost - despite its high pricing. I paid £120 for a consult, during the consult they said they would do a treatment to solve the issues with my gums. However, it was not clear what the treatment was. I had a follow up appointment for the supposed treatment, turns out it was just a deep cleaning which cost £500 and lasted under 45 minutes. They then said I needed to come back a couple weeks later and pay £120 for another treatment. I did not return as I felt dissatisfied with the lack of explanation and reception wasn’t able to provide any clarity. In my opinion, if you have to pay for a consult (£120), you should walk away having understood the issue, the treatment plan, and all the cost associated with the treatment. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST dental clinic! I’ve just finished my braces treatment with Dr Inés, and I am absolutely ecstatic with how great my teeth look. Throughout my treatment, Dr Inés made me feel so comfortable, and explained the process at every stage so I understood the treatment entirely, and was always happy to answer my questions, even over the phone or by email between appointments. Before I started my treatment, I’d been for a few different orthodontic consultations and as soon as I had my consultation with Dr Inés I knew I wanted to have my treatment with her. The level of care shown by Dr Inés, Harriet and Adriana has been exceptional, and this really has been the best clinical/medical experience I’ve had. They are such a friendly and warm team, and scheduling appointments with Adriana has been a breeze - the email and text reminders are so handy! I cannot thank the team at Sonria Dental Clinic enough! I didn’t even think it was possible for my teeth to look so good. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for the best dental care in London, you’ll be in the safest hands :)

Fantastic experience: An excellent orthodontist (Ines) and her support staff have made my son's orthodontic work convenient, easy and surprisingly painless. They are all top notch professionals who have always treated us with respect and kindness, explaining the course of treatment with my 11-12 year old clearly and in simple terms so he can understand each step of the process. He doesn't dread going to his appointments at all, and sees the bigger picture, which is all thanks to their friendly and efficient practice. I couldn't recommend Sonia more highly!

Fantastic experience: Mr Gilvetti was recommended to me and I travelled up from Somerset, having previously seen two Maxillofacial consultants, an Ear, Nose & Throat Consultant and two other dentists who were unable to diagnose the issue. I am delighted with the appointment, Mr Gilvetti was very thorough and I received a diagnosis from the appointment. The receptionist, Adriana was extremely professional and helpful, excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Mr Gilvetti, it was well worth the travel.

Negative experience: This used to be my dentist for the last 10 years and I was not expecting any surprises back in August 2023: A day before my flight to Ibiza I decided to do a dental hygiene, went to the clinic and got to meet a new doctor, which was nothing unusual. He was a great talker, played classical music and made me very comfortable! Once I went to do the payment I was asked when I can come to do the fillings as I had 5 holes drilled! I was going away next morning! He could have asked for my permission before doing such thing, so no smiles on the photos. When we got back from holiday my wife went there for hygiene and got into the similiar situation, luckily he made an offer to perform "improvements" before taking any action. She went to other dentist instead, and was told that majority of proposed "work" is not required, as it can make it worse. We were under impression that main goal of any doctor is to save the teeth, not drill as much holes to feel in. Sad, but Sonria is way too commercial for me now....

Fantastic experience: I had my orthodontic treatment with Dr Ines. I moved to Sonria from my previous dental clinic because Dr Ines stopped working there and I wanted to continue the treatment with her. In total it took ~28 months (vs the ~18 months predicted). I was extremely happy with Ines dedication and kindness. And my teeth now look great! everyone else in the team is also lovely!

I discovered this stellar clinic through their excellent Google review so figured I would give them a try and I was definitely not disappointed. The entire staff was brilliant, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. My Dentist Alvaro Suarez was very professional and provided a thorough examination of my teeth. Overall, Great service and I enjoyed my experience with them.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Sonia for several years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! I've had two major extractions, which were handled so well. The dentists and nurses are incredibly skilled, kind and patient and I felt supported throughout my treatment journey. I was previously an NHS patient but would not go back! I even make the journey from Scotland to stay with the practice.

Ive had 2 consultations with Dr Alvaro for frenectomy and Ines for orthodontics and a hygienist appointment with Dr Giovanni. Dr Alvaro for my own benefit recommended against a lingual frenectomy which I was ready to pay for that day. I have never been so confident a clinic has my best interests at heart. Fantastic experience: I'm the kind of person that gets a little skeptical when things sound too good to be true, however in the case of Sonria Dental Clinic, mine has been the 5* experience that has been backed up by all the Google reviews. I can confirm that they are exactly what the others have said about them. They are friendly, professional, and affordable. I called around 5-6 other dental practices (also with amazing reviews) with regards to an opinion on whether I should get my 2nd lower molar removed on account of a potential root infection, Adriana from Sonria was the only person who had taken a genuine interest in my case. She offered to consult two different specialists with my X-ray, with no commitment and free of charge, before making a suggestion about how to proceed. At no point during my phone call or consultation with the specialists, did I feel pressured to make rushed or uncertain decisions. Coincidentally, I had unfortunately chipped my front two teeth a day before my scheduled appointment. I brought this up on my visit and was offered an appointment for composite bonding the very next day. The filling procedure was very straightforward, with no hassle and no hidden fees. In fact, I had already paid and was stepping out the front door when I felt that my composite filling had the tiniest of touches with the teeth on my lower jaw. This was followed by an immediate response with Adriana leading me back to the dentist's chair, with the specialist and dental assistant redonning all the gear and equipment to fix my issue. I felt apologetic, that they went through all the extra effort (that was of course, free of charge) simply because I had not thoroughly checked my bite before. Adriana kindly reassured me with a smile and made sure that I was 100% happy with my new teeth before leaving. It goes without saying that I was very satisfied with both the results and cost of the procedure. To those that are still shopping around, I would highly suggest giving Sonria a try. In the extremely unlikely event that you were to receive a service that was subpar compared to that of my own, at least you will have only spent a fraction of the costs that you would've spent at other clinics. However I am willing to wager that your experience will be nothing short of stellar, and you will be compelled to write your own 5 star Google review because you will feel that it is morally, the right thing to do.

My experience was really good, very welcoming and great care is taken to ensure that you have a good dental visit. I have continued to go back ever since, and they are always there if you need to see someone in an emergency.

Had some issues after I removed my wisdom teeth and one of the team members came to meet me in the tube station on a Sunday to give me some meds. Adriana is especially always a joy to see at the reception. Cannot recommend them enough.

Negative experience: I was really exctied about going to Sonria after having read all the reviews. However my experience was far from fantastic. It may have just been an off day but i have never before felt like i was drowning when getting my teeth cleand (this is also a first for me where the dentist also cleaned my teeth - for me a dental hygenist has always done that). The assistant also did not take proper notes so they had to check my teeth again to confirm the records. I feel bad writing this review but given all the five stars wanted to point out that it may not be the great experience you are hoping for.

Fantastic experience: I recently had some work done on my teeth to the point where I was extremely embarrassed to laugh, self confidence through the floor due to this and at sonria dental clinic they completely changed this. Very happy with the services receive by every single staff member there would highly recommend going as I could not thank them enough for helping me boost my day to day confidence with excellent work. Fantastic experience: I had two wisdom teeth extracted at Sonria about 2 months ago and I was very happy with their service. The specialist who performed the extraction was a warm and friendly person, who patiently explained the pros and cons to me and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was fairly quick and didn't hurt much. I was in a lot of pain from the next day due to sinus pain and headaches, and the staff at the clinic offered follow up appointments included in the initial price to put my mind to rest and check if all was ok, which fortunately it was. I have been treated at Sonria since 7 years ago and they are very professional and empathetic people, I would strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The services that I received from Dr. Giovany Restrepo and Dr. Ciro Gilvetti were excellent. Not only have they taken great care of my health, but also they are lovely to speak with at every appointment. Both took the time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with incredible quality of medical care. Dr. Ciro Gilvetti is a wonderful surgeon, I really appreciate that he took an extra effort to make sure my problem was fixed and that he had really put me at ease when needed. He ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I really appreciated it. Dr. Giovany Restrepo is very attentive to detail and thoughtful. I highly recommend becoming his patient. They recognise my voice over the phone, remember my name and have conversations with my husband when he joins me on a visit. I really like their customer service, professionalism, friendliness and exceptional dental practitioners. I walk in with a smile, have laughs during the visit, and leave happier than when I came.

Fantastic experience: You simply cannot fault Sonria Dental. I have had some poor dental work done in the past with other practices in which they cram more patients than they can manage giving a really bad experience. I therefore did my research before going ahead with the treatment and can honestly say it lives up to it. I went for clear braces and was provided with great work and aftercare. I was educated in how to look after my teeth and maintain it. Even my friends have recognised what a difference and now feel I can naturally smile. They were patient and communication was on point. The overall experience was much better than previous clinics. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and they didn't rush my treatment. Sonria Dental have renewed my confidence in dentists again.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy with the excellent services I received from Sonria Dental Clinic. When I first went, like all dentists, they had just emerged from over two months of lockdown. Everyone is highly professional and warm, starting with lovely Adriana, who looks after you the moment you book an appointment, to the impressively trained dentists who do the treatment. I was seen by Dimitrios, a knowledgeable and very respectable Greece and US-trained specialist. I always felt I was in excellent and trusting hands. The surgery is located in central London, easy to reach from anywhere in the Southeast. What's not to like?

Fantastic experience: I spent around 1 year with Sonria Dental Clinic correcting my teeth with Invisalign and can honestly say I had the best experience. From start to finish everyone at the clinic was welcoming, friendly, caring and super helpful. I always felt like I was in safe hands and that every dentist knew what was best for correcting my teeth. Fantastic experience: Really friendly experience. I required an emergency checkup and was unable to find any appointments at my local dentist OR even from 111NHS and luckily Sonria provided an appointment and helped me relieve my pain. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: By all standards, dentists in Sonria Dental Clinic are excellent! Caring and very profesional, they are meticulous in every procedure they execute, and the result is just outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend them as I feel rewarded by their high quality work.

Negative experience: Not worth booking here. My appointment was cancelled with 3 days notice and I am getting married in 2 weeks. Told as it’s a groupon they won’t rebook for a number of weeks. And that I can rebook but will be substantially more expensive for a timely appointment. They treat groupon customers as second class - not great.

Negative experience: Best to invest your money somewhere else! I had an appalling experience, booked a cleaning paid in advance, called them in advance to let them know i was 10 to 15 min late, due to traffic conditions and the raining, receptionist confirmed to be fine, then received a call 2 min away, to ask me where i was so I said 2 min away said fine too, and when I arrived she cancelled my appointment on my face, when previously said it was fine, drove for 50 min, paid traffic congestion and parking in central London. once arrive receptionist would not open the door to let me in the building when it was pouring rain, I had to wait till another person open the main door, and she did not even let me in and turn me away straight away! Never had such a bad experience...

Fantastic experience: Absolutely a brilliant dental experience, I must say! I don't normally give reviews but this had to be said. My dentist Ortho was Adriana. She's absolutely brilliant and has taken such good care of me throughout the process of my dental procedure. I went for a dental check up with scale and air flow polish; Adriana knew her stuff and gave me a tailored recommendation for taking care of my teeth. I have always had fear of going to the dentist but Adriana makes me want to go!
