Fantastic experience: Elias was really friendly & welcoming. I arrived at the building, 10mins early & waited for the receptionist. He welcomed me, gave me registration form to fill out and talked through the process in detail. Before the laser, he noticed I have delicate skin (eczema), he used triple proctection around my mouth & lips. I appreciate his professionalism & attention to detail! After the 1 hour laser session, I also went for the teeth mould (trays), which I'm able to do from home (additional cost). If I ever have time to London, I would definitely come back again for the laser! He works in speed too, definitely no harm in trying.

Fantastic experience: Having just got home after visiting Elias at brighten up to have my teeth whitened, the first thing I wanted to do was leave a review. My teeth were quite stained (I love coffee a little too much) but after today I now have a confident smile. The actual process was a lot easier than I imagined, after the consultation with the lovely Elias, he then prepared me (protection for the gums, lips, eyes etc) I did as instructed and closed my eyes, and let the laser do its work, I have to admit I’m sure I dozed off a couple of times! But the results have surpassed my expectations and all in time for my 60 th birthday tomorrow! Thank you Elias for everything.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. The receptionist was incredibly patronising and unhelpful, which made the entire experience even worse. I had a Groupon voucher for my appointment, but it was double-booked, and I was never informed of this beforehand. After traveling all the way into London for the appointment, the clinic failed to alert me to the issue, and I was left feeling completely upset and frustrated. Not only was my time wasted, but the lack of communication and professionalism has left a sour impression. I will not be returning.

Negative experience: Made a booking. They called a few days before the appointment to say they had overbooked. Offered me a much later date. Checked the website and they were still taking bookings for the day and time they cancelled. Honestly, don't bother. Make an appointment with a professional company.

Fantastic experience: First of all, the clinic is well located, close to the Charing Cross tube, also with shops, cafes and places of interest nearby. On arrival, you won’t see any clinic’s ID on the building, as they rent an office in a multi office building-Regus (you will see Regus printed on glass doors). Just give Brighten Up a call, or walk through the door with someone else, there was enough people traffic. The reception area for all businesses looked modern and clean, as was the Brighten Up office-well equipped, clean and…of course very white, including Elias outfit, living up to the clinic’s name-bring your sunglasses! It was my first experience whitening teeth with a laser, specifically. Elias was very professional, informative and pleasant. He explained different causes of teeth staining and identified mine, then talked me through the procedure. During the one hour treatment (with a short break halfway through), Elias checked on me regularly. Relaxing music on the background was a thoughtful touch, that definitely helped to relax. Another added bonus-hilarious look with the plastic prop in mouth, reminding Wallace’s grin from Wallace and Gromit-prepare to laugh! Once finished, my teeth looked noticeably whiter. In addition I was given a whitening system to take home to keep on top of it (included in price) and I also purchased a couple of syringes of whitening gels separately, as they were reasonably priced. Very pleased with the service, results, the overall experience and value for money-definitely recommend!
