Fantastic experience: My first facial surgery with Mrs Kat was in 2017, when I decided on a two-stitch facelift. So pleased was I with the outcome I became a CC KAT devotee, attending her clinic regularly for none surgical procedures. Seven years later I decided it may be time to consider a SMACS Face/Neck lift. My obvious choice was Kat and Co. A consultation followed, booked efficiently with the clinic’s warm and friendly receptionist’s. My appointment with Mrs Kat was both lengthy and informative, she took a great deal of time and consideration with her consultation and the suggested procedure. I was given more than adequate time to decide if this operation was for me, but it was a forgone conclusion. An appointment was made two months in advance. On the day of surgery, Nicola my nurse was an absolute joy. She was kind, caring and put my nerves at ease immediately with her friendly support and lovely nature. My Anaesthetist was a consummate professional. Taking time to explain and reassure me. Mrs Kat personally escorted me to the operating room where her team were waiting, again with warm & friendly greetings. Instantly I knew that I was in the safest of hands. Three months on, after a full and trouble free recovery, I am over the moon with the results. I now look refreshed and rejuvenated. I have received so many compliments on my natural, youthful look. I have so much more confidence and a renewed joy for life. I cannot recommend Mrs Kat and her clinic staff highly enough. Birmingham is very lucky to be home the Kat & Co, she is a masterful, skilled & superlative surgeon.

Fantastic experience: I have been a long-term patient of Kat&co, seeking a tummy tuck following a significant weight loss of nearly 11 stones. Due to the resulting excess skin on my abdomen, I consulted with Miss Kerstin. Miss Kerstin, a highly professional and compassionate surgeon, demonstrated a clear understanding of my aesthetic goals. Fantastic experience: From 70 days ago to now… I know I have super high expectations however these have been exceeded by far to date PRE CONSULTATION: I reached out to Kat & Co due to word of mouth. I had already booked in a consultation with another private clinic, but they were already proving to be nothing short of shocking in their service with their communication, which is not a good start for me. I rang Kat & Co today and spoke with Samuel, I immediately felt at ease and felt I trusted him. He was very knowledgeable, professional, considerate and helped put me at ease straight way. So, I am now booked in for my consultation (exciting) and will not be using the other clinic that I had considered. Thanks Samuel, for all your help today. CONSULTATION: This was with Miss Maria Chasapi. I have to say my expectations were far exceeded here, I was immediately put at ease, and I felt such simple but effective questions were asked to make sure I was doing the right thing and making the right choices. Since the first consultation I have now had my second consultation to double check everything which made me feel like there was a true concern for my well being. Maria has been in regular contact to answer all questions and always put me first. PRE-OP: I was called 2 weeks (ish) before my surgery date and was again put at ease with no rushing or made to feel like I was on a production line. Everything about the surgery, timing, dos and don’ts, what to bring was run through with me. SURGERY DAY: 16 days and counting…… 2 days post surgery. I could not be happier. Already off all the pain relief. I was treated so well and cared for to perfection. Thank you so much to all the team especially Miss Maria Chasapi who I put so much trust in. I most certainly picked the right surgeon to suit my needs and thank you for all your guidance and support.

Fantastic experience: My experience from the initial consultation to admission for surgery was smooth and stress-free. The communication was clear throughout, and Dr. Salibi was very transparent about what could be achieved, honestly acknowledging that perfection isn’t always possible! Fantastic experience: I first met Mrs Kat 12 years ago for a breast uplift. Three weeks ago, I had a further breast uplift due to time taking its toll! This time I used skin aid pre-and post op. I have fair skin and bruise easily. I can honestly say that my recovery second time around with the use of skin aid has been tremendous. Hardly any bruising in comparison to my previous operation and my healing is far quicker, not to mention the effect it's had on my skin overall. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Amanda Mills is a fantastic therapist. Very practical, kind and wonderfully caring. She has an excellent touch and is good at explaining what is going to happen. Her approach to hygiene is impeccable. I have had laser treatment, a Hydrofacial and VASQ treatments with her. The laser treatment has been effective, the Hydrofacial very relaxing and so good that others commented on how good my skin looked, without knowing that I had had a treatment. She gave a very good explanation of what to expect with VASQ, intuitively knowing when to give me a break and when to continue. I cannot praise her enough.

Fantastic experience: Massive thank you to Aimee. As someone who sees hundreds of clients every month how I look is important as I age. I’ve been self conscious about my double chin for sometime now. I had the Aqualyx injections which have worked fantastically. I can highly recommend this. I am now looking forward to some skin tightening procedures to finish the process. Very professional. I returned to Kat & Co 4th Jan with Aimee and had the hydrafacial and Exilis 360 skin tightening to firm my skin from the Aqualyx treatments I previously reviewed for fat dissolving of my double chin. Fantastic experience: MACS Facelift - Visited Dr Salibi to discuss potential surgery to improve mid lower face, jowls and neck. Dr Salibi was very thorough in our consultations, very honest with me from the start and caring and understanding. I went to the clinic 3 times to discuss the surgery as I was quite anxious and unsure whether to proceed or not, it was a big decision for me to make. I did eventually pluck up the courage and proceed with the surgery. I am 7 weeks post operation and I am thrilled with the result. It makes me look younger and my skin looks fresher. Also, my neck is super smooth, its unbelievable. Dr Salibi is a highly skilled surgeon and the results are amazing. Fantastic experience: After many months of consideration, I decided to enquire about Blethroplasty for my drooping eye lids which were impacting my vision and would only get worse over time.After a lot of research and upon family recommendations, I contacted Miss Kat and met her at the clinic in Edgebaston.During the initial consultation, I was fully informed of any alternatives, the procedure itself and any possible complications. Miss Kat is honest about the outcome she hopes to achieve. I had 'before' procedure photographs taken and was advised to read about the procedure and take time to decide whether or not to procede. I chose to go ahead with the surgery. I can honestly say, I found the whole experience excellent. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful and I felt truly cared for throughout. I developed some bruising around 10 days after the surgery which was expected but once fully healed, my eyes are more 'open', and there is no visible scarring. I am truly delighted with with the results of the Blethroplasty and cannot thank or recommend Miss Kat highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a lipo abdominoplasty (and DR muscle repair) with Kat & Co in November. It was the best decision I have made. The clinic is lovely and everything was explained to me in detail pre and post op. The first few weeks of recovery were so difficult (nothing abdominal I just found not being able to do certain things hard) but I was able to contact the clinic when needed to discuss any concerns I had via WhatsApp and telephone. I was nervous going in but everyone was so reassuring and suddenly I was awake in recovery. The clinic itself is easily accessible and has car parking. It’s in Birmingham not far from the centre. My results are incredible and I’m super happy. It has changed my life so much. I am overall a much happier and healthier person due to the procedure. I do not have symptoms previously caused by diastasis recti. Would recommend them for anyone considering a procedure. I am very happy and glad I chose Kat and Co. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Mr Salibi enough for his kindness, professionalism and honesty. From my first consultation for a breast reduction, I knew that I wanted Andrej as my surgeon. I'd previously had consultations with other surgeons, but something just didn't feel right. Mr Salibi took his time to talk me through the surgery and didn't pressure me to proceed (something I had experienced at a previous consultation with a different surgeon). After leaving my consultation, I knew I wanted the surgery. Just before my procedure, Andrej calmed my nerves with reassuring words and took his time to explain what was going to happen. Today was skin pen which I book a courser of 3 yearly recommended by Amie who has great advice and knowledge on all fantastic treatments. Fantastic experience: I have been getting laser hair removal done for a while now and I recently got my first hydrafacial done at kat&co. All my treatments have been done by Anisha. She is very professional and never fails to explain the full procedure in detail. Anisha really does take her time to ensure the procedures feel relaxing and she goes above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction. I am very satisfied with my results so far and wish to continue my laser journey with Anisha as I have never come across a practitioner who makes me feel so well catered for. On a side note- I would highly recommend trying their hydrafacial, I have seen brilliant results!

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely amazing experience during my time at Kat&Co. The service and care was both informative and knowledgeable. I went for a couple of facial appointments, to help with acne scarring and pigmentation. I worked with the lovely Anisha, one of the aesthetic practitioners during my time there. She made me feel very comfortable and informed me about all the steps and procedures, as well as taking me through the pre and post care routines in a thorough manner. Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research about the 360 procedure and decided to pay for the initial consultation with Mrs Kat and I'm so glad I did. She was very honest and discussed the procedure in detail which eased my anxiety. I chose to have 2 surgeries (back first and then front 5 weeks later) at the clinic instead of 1 procedure at the hospital as I felt that was the best option eventhough it cost more. On the day of surgery my nurse Nicole put me at ease and was very caring and supportive as was Marie who was my nurse for the 2nd surgery. Both were amazing as are the other staff members. I had the twilight anaesthesia and it was amazing as I never felt sick after this one. After the op Mrs Kat was there and she reassured me that everything went well and showed me some pictures and then after a few hours I was ready to head back home. I was back at work after 2 weeks recovery and then I was counting down the days for the last procedure. The day came soon enough and this time I wasn't anxious at all as I knew I'd be in safe hands with this wonderful team of professionals around me. Safe to say that I'm extremley satisfied with the results of the 360 procedure and I'm so glad that I chose this genius of a doctor Mrs Kat as she has given this 53yr old a great looking waistline & tummy :) I have recommended Mrs Kat to a very dear friend of mine who wants the exact same procedure and her first appointment is in Jan 2025 One last thing, I do highly recommend the lymphatic drainage massage by the amazing Ameena as this really helps acheiving a great end result. Fantastic experience: My review today is for the amazing Dr Natasha Murcott. I have been blessed to have already met the amazing Mrs Kat a year ago, regarding my weight and my tummy. I chose the longer route to weight loss and I've never forgotten Mrs Kat's wise advice on how I can get to goal weight on my own. That's what I love about her, she's not pushing anything onto clients, she's real and she's measured, I've never met a Consultant who's deeply passionate, considerate and holistic. Based on that experience, I booked to see Natasha for ageing concerns in my face. I met Dr Natasha Murcott for advice on my perimenopause skin - the fat pads are starting to move and I literally aged "overnight" - yes, it's real, it happens!!! Natasha is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the effect of losing our hormones to ageing. She listened to what I'd done in the past using medical grade IPL, which had worked on collagen pretty well on me - as well as my skin routine. And I loved that she looked at my face honestly and practically and articulated exactly what works and where and why. Because I knew medical IPL worked in the past, Natasha agreed they were great machines and that these days they have a CO2 machine that is even more powerful. You can have the proceedure in one blast or 4-5 over time. The advantage of one blast is that you're only experiencing the post procedure redness once. What I loved is that she shared with me what she had had done to her own skin and honestly I was blown away because of her honesty and also got a chance to see on her what amazing things medical cosmedic treatment can do - she is an excellent example of careful treatment herself - I honestly thought she was at least 15 years younger - it's super natural and incredible undetectable work. Natasha wanted to make sure my skin was brought back to maximum health before starting C02 and fillers etc. I had redness from a recent gallbladder hospital scare and reaction to high volumes of antibiotics etc. I was not aware of the difference between Inky List/The Ordinary serums and Medical Grade ones - Natasha explained that the medical serums from Doctors penetrate deeper than shop ones. I guess the shop ones work over a greater time period and medical ones much shorter time. What I can say is that three of my white millia have vanished! So the skin care I bought from Natasha does work!!!! I was sceptical but trusted Natasha, and those whiteheads literally dropped off after 2 nights. So I am looking forward to seeing what C02 can do when my skin barrier is stronger and re-evaluated for treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Natasha and Mrs Kat's team - they give excellent advice and analysis that you can understand clearly and you are looked at holistically, as an entire body, you will never have a proceedure or treatment thats not designed for you or you are not ready for and they don't push you - they give a lot of honest advice about what works, how it works and what maintenance you need to budget for too. They are medically trained thoroughly and that's the difference between their team and a beauty salon with a nurse. Thank you Natasha! See you soon x

Fantastic experience: Used the clinic a number of times for different procedures but most recently for surgery. My surgeon was Dr Andrej Salibi and I can honestly say he is the best of the best! I did have a consultation with another surgeon prior to Dr Salibi and it felt very transactional and not personal at all. From the moment I spoke with Dr Salibi I knew straight away that he would be the only person I would want to carry out any surgery on me. He made me feel calm and understood what I was trying to achieve, he asked all the right questions and only then gave me his recommendations. He was very honest, open and transparent. On the day of my procedure Charity was the person looking after me- and all I can say is what an amazing angel! Like Dr Salibi she was very calming and put me at ease I didn’t feel nervous at all which was strange, I can only put that down to staff at Kat & Co. My surgery was super quick and twilight was a dream! I was home before the school run and recovering well. I had an issue with my compression garment and the nurse on call was wonderful and sorted it for me right away, she arranged for a replacement. The follow up was great and I had full support with my recovery. Kat & Co have been a godsend for me, they gave me the confidence I craved and rather than making me feel as a number I felt like a person where my feelings and opinions were validated. I would not hesitate to use Kat & Co again and in all honesty I probably will when I decide what next. I want to say a huge thank you to all the team that I’ve met for making me feel amazing and just being friendly and non judgemental and in particular a huge thank you to Dr Salibi and Charity (an angel sent from above) keep up the fabulous work and standards!

Every member of staff that I had the pleasure of speaking with were so warm, inviting and made me feel comfortable straight away. Fantastic experience: My medical procedures at Kat and Co 3 months ago were breast implant removal and mastopexy. I had my original implants around 20 years ago with C. C Kat and my left implant became encapsulated and was actually leaking silicone. I am in my 60’s and decided that I didn’t want to have more implants as I did not want to face having further surgery in my 80’s to have another removal of implants. I also had a mastopexy ( a breast uplift). My operation was a great success performed by Mr. Salibi who was amazing: very caring and fantastic attention to detail. My breasts are very symmetrical and back to my original C cup size. Also, I still have sensitivity which is brilliant. I would recommend Kat and Co particularly Mr. Salibi to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a removal procedure here and was very nervous going into it as it had been something I had been trying to gain the courage to do for years but upon carrying out the original video consultation I was put immediately at ease. The surgeon did not judge me, but was in fact very reassuring and positive. On the day of the removal Mr Salibi was immediately engaging, professional and created a calm environment that allowed me to relax and thus all the nerves disappeared. He explained everything clearly as he went along and allowed me to ask any questions I needed to along the way. The procedure itself was painless and I was very happy with the results. Fantastic experience: I am a fit and healthy mother of two but suffered with the tummy pouch after having 2 cesarean sections. I couldn't wear tight fitting clothes as they would cling to it. I had followed Mrs CC Kat for some time and believe she was the only choice for me to have a mini abdominoplasty. I was put at ease from the moment I made the first phone call to the clinic. All members of staff were friendly and approachable. Mrs Kat herself is very factual and honest which is just what I needed.. but she is kind and caring alongside her professional disposition. Fantastic experience: I had a two stitch mini face lift 12 weeks ago performed by Mrs Kat. I just wish I had this done earlier ! it has given me back my confidence and I feel great! Fantastic experience: Truly the best aesthetic clinic in Birmingham and I have been to multiple. What is unique about Kat & Co is the staff - it is not commercial and they don't try to oversell you stuff you don't need, you feel genuinely looked after by friends. I have had hydrafacials, laser, skinpen and tox with anisha and natasha for a year and theyve both been perfect and consistent with their treatments.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely thrilled with my results. Ms Kerstin Oestreich is an incredible surgeon and lady. Looked after me so well from initial appointment through to 12 week aftercare. I had breast lift with implants and the process was seamless. Twilight is incredible and Kerstin settled any nerves I had and made me feel so relaxed and looked after. I suffered no pain post op, only took paracetamol for the first 4 days. My drains were removed at 5 days and I have had a very smooth journey ever since. My scars are so minimal and smooth. Fantastic experience: I have for many years now been visiting Kat & Co for various treatments including a monthly Hydrafacial with Amie Halligan my therapist. Amie is an expert in Skincare and Hydrafacials which are essential for the maintenance of my mature skin. Her knowledge and skill involved in the Hydafacial from deep cleansing, stimulation etc to intense hydration are excellent and i thoroughly recommend visiting her to anyone considering this treatment.

Negative experience: After being recommended Kat & Co, I feel I wasn't given the right advice pre-surgery. Even after my initial consultation, they failed to advise contraindications of other meds. After, I drove a 220 miles round trip. I sent a complaint letter. The surgery itself and recovery was awful. I had to make several trips back because of problems. My surgery isn't even, and the solution was to come back for further surgery after spending nearly £8K. I couldn't even look at the surgeon during the call for being disappointed. I'm more than unhappy with the results, I said and then tried to sell me more surgery which could have cost me nearly a further £5K. A joke but for me an expensive one. Dr Kat is lovely but unfortunately didn't live up to expectations and just wanted more money from me. I'm still not back to full recovery 12 weeks later, and it's pretty shocking. Beyond disappointed and felt my body was in better shape before than after. It's been a horrendous three months recovery with pitiful results at the end. I wouldn't recommend it. Do more due diligence when considering Kat & Co. * Response: A second surgery shouldn't be necessary if the correct advice is given, but yes, we all have options and free will, but we assume we are assigned the accurate information on the best outcome. Yes, people - please do choose a surgeon closer to home. 1yr Update* Swelling still not gone down on one side. One side much bigger than the other. Surgeon massivly under estimated the scar tissue, which is weird as this is what she does. Lymph problems still persisting. Please choose wisley, beyond disappointed with results. Very poor. 2.5 yrs Update: Still not right, never has been. Absolutly awful. Please dont put your self at risk.

Fantastic experience: I am immensely grateful to Mrs. Kat and her team for their professionalism, extensive knowledge, and compassionate care. Recently, I underwent a hernia repair and abdominoplasty, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Mrs. Kat thoroughly explained every step from beginning to end. My previous hernia repair under general anesthesia with the NHS resulted in a lengthy recovery, but Mrs. Kat's use of twilight anaesthesia allowed for a swift recovery with minimal downtime. The post-operative instructions were clear and comprehensive, eliminating the need for frequent clinic visits. Nevertheless, the team was available 24 hours a day to address any concerns. Finally, I’m only 3 months post op and my results are SMASHING! Honestly, I could not recommend Mrs Kat enough. THANK YOU!!!

Fantastic experience: What can I say other than thank you! I am so pleased with the results. After 15 years I have had my breast implants removed and an uplift This was with CC Kat. All done at the clinic in Birmingham under twilight anaesthetic. Such a difference it was like having a really good sleep. Fantastic experience: I have had a fantastic experience getting Miradry with Amie at Kat & Co Birmingham. I did a lot of research before deciding to choose this clinic and I am very pleased with my choice. I was treated in a professional manner from start to finish and the procedure was clearly explained to me. I felt comfortable throughout the treatment and any worries I had were put at ease. The treatment was painless because the numbing was very effective and the aftercare was straightforward. I drove home and returned to work the next day with no problems. Most people only require 1 treatment. I noticed a significant reduction in sweating after 1 treatment but because I was a particularly severe case, I opted to return for a 2nd treatment with Amie a year and a bit later. The standards were excellent once again. I now have an over 90% reduction in sweating which has been life changing for me.

My Wife has been a client for many years, benefiting from various treatments to freshen up her appearance. It’s been some time since she last had any facial surgery and so we decided to book an appointment with Mrs Kat herself, to discuss options. As always, upon arrival we were greeted by the delightful Rebecca and her colleagues, who made us feel so welcome and valued as clients. Having arrived 10 minutes prior, our 12 noon appointment was met exactly on time. Mrs Kat began by asking what were our concerns then set about examining her clients face deciding on the best course of treatment. I was intrigued as to how she could identify exactly the relevant areas of skin and muscle that required attention and how exact she was with her treatment plan. Softly spoken, calm and totally professional throughout, we left the room enlightened, educated and enthusiastic, knowing that should we proceed, our expectations would indeed be met, if not exceeded. Our appointment also included a consultation with Dr Khorana, who was on hand to go through other treatments or options should we decide that surgery was not preferable. The care, consideration, knowledge and support was exceptional. Everyone was so kind, pleasant, courteous and co-operative. The cost always needs careful consideration and budgeting but once our decision is made to go forward, I’m under no doubt whatsoever that it would be money very well spent and would last for years to come. Having shared this incredible reconnaissance experience with my Wife, I’m confident we have found the absolute finest cosmetic surgery practice, not only in our home town, but the UK.

Negative experience: This place is a disgrace!! C c kat is a disgrace!! She promises great results but delivers the complete opposite! Went in for a tummy tuck and was told it would be a small scar as a full 360 wouldn’t be needed in this case however was left with a scar and nerve damage that is still there six months post surgery! Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere unless you want to risk life changing injuries and scars that are worse than any loose skin!

Fantastic experience: I recently had BA surgery and I am blown away at the care I have received from the surgeon Maria and the other members of staff at Kat and Co . I first met Maria at my initial consultation and knew straight away I wanted her to do my procedure. She put me at ease straight away and went through everything with me at my pace. I then had two more consultations with Maria, one over the phone and another face to face to make sure I was completely happy to go ahead. The surgery itself was very straight forward and once again I couldn’t fault any part of my treatment .Unfortunately I did have a very rare complication a week after which meant I needed another surgery but again Maria went above and beyond to see me urgently and reassure me every step of the way . Maria is caring, compassionate and by far one of the most reassuring surgeons I have ever met! She is a huge credit to Kat and Co and I wouldn’t hesitate to choose her again for any subsequent surgery I may need in the future !

Fantastic experience: Kat & Co clinic have gone above and beyond my expectations. A more personal one to one service. The surgery - removal of implants and uplift - itself was outstanding and pain free. After week 1 my bandages were removed, it was a shock to see but I was told to trust the process. Wow it’s incredible how our body’s heal as long as you’ve got the right surgeon and nurses behind you. Week by week the wounds healed and the scars were minimal. I took there advice and had the Skinade package before and after surgery, which I’ve kept on with the collagen and the scar cream. Just amazing! Never did I think I could love my body and feel super confident without my breast implants. It’s all thanks to Dr Kat and her team.

Fantastic experience: 18 years ago I had the pleasure of Mrs Kat performing my Breast Implant & Mastopexy (uplift) surgery. This was done under general anaesthetic and a 2 day stay at a Spire hospital. My surgery was successful and I had a wonderful 18 years. I took the decision earlier this year to have my implants removed and a mastopexy (uplift) as I didn’t want to then have anymore surgery much later in life. This time I had a consultation with Mrs Kat at her clinic and booked in for surgery at the clinic in September 2023. Mrs Kat explained that it would be under twilight anaesthetic. This was not something I was familiar with but having read and understood it I was reassured. On the day of surgery I came in an hour before my scheduled surgery and the anaesthetist came and spoke with me and ran through everything which was fab as I was very nervous. Mrs Kat then came and saw me and drew me up and we walked into the theatre room together. From being in theatre to being able to be back at home and recover it was 7 hours. The experience of surgery under twilight at Mrs Kats clinic was so much better. The recovery from twilight was quick and I was able to be home with my family which was so important. The clinic environment and setting is professional, calming and you are well taken care of. I cannot recommend Mrs Kat enough. Having surgery 18 years apart I am over the moon with the results then as I am now. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my second treatment for Miradry. It was a great experience from start to finish. Amie was incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease during the treatment. The local anaesthetic part was where i was most anxious but nurse Marija made the process less stressful and made me feel relaxed. Fantastic experience: This is the second procedure I have had with CCKAT. My first was an arm lift and it completely changed the way I saw myself, the clothes I wear and how I present myself. This second procedure was for lower face and neck lift. I completely trusted Mrs Kat and her team so I had no hesitation in going forward with this after the consultation meetings. I am beyond delighted with the results Firstly, the care and professionalism of the team is beyond exemplary, I was looked after by the wonderful team, especially by Nadia, the nurse. All information given regarding the procedure and what to do afterwards was clear and easy to follow.
