Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go to Pure by my Dentist, as although he can do basic Orthodontics he said I needed a more difficult and complex procedure as also needed my bite corrected. Wow …. Pure didn’t let me or him down! From the initial consultation to the last appointment which I had this week 17 months later I have been very well looked after by every member of the Pure Team. The treatment was so easy, the scanning via the scan app was very simple and insured the aligners are changed only when the teeth are ready. All the staff were very friendly and supportive of the journey I had appointments with the hygienist Reena too who was excellent. If you follow all the advice, wear your aligners for 20-22 hrs a day, you loose a few pounds in weight and the result is straight teeth and a more confident smile. I have completed my treatment slightly quicker than the worse case scenario which is even better as my Son is getting married next week! I am very pleased and am very happy to recommend Pure to everyone. Money well spent Thank you Monica and your very kind team.

Fantastic experience: My son had 1 year treatment with aligners. His teeth look amazing, all in order as they should be. The care, communication and overall service were amazing. Fantastic experience: About 35yrs ago I had a terrible experience with a hygienist and had been too terrified to return to one. As part of my teeth straightening process I had to have a couple of hygienist appointments. So with much trepidation I booked an appointment with Reena. I cannot praise Reena enough….. Fantastic experience: I have just completed my Invisalign journey. I am not local to the area, I travel from Colchester to Chelmsford, I loved Pure from the minute I arrived for my first consultation. I opted for Invisalign as it is discreet, and having had a fixed brace in my teens wanted something less obvious. All the staff are fantastic - from the moment you arrive at reception at each visit, right through to your final check-ups the place feels relaxed and the staff are friendly, enthusiastic and so professional. I cannot fault the service I have received, tooth movement is not an exact science and the plan can alter - when I've had moments of anxiety that movement is slow, the team have been reassuring and patient with me. They have so much experience and full confidence that you will leave with a smile you are happy with!!!! I used to be so self conscious of my teeth and smile but thats all changed - now I cant stop showing them off. If you are looking for an orthodontist, look no further than Pure - you wont be disappointed!

Positive experience: I found Pure Orthodontic to be very helpful and careful with me. They explained the process and checked regularly that I was happy. I feel some aftercare should be complementary for a period after my treatment which such a high price tag, it would go along way to courage the customer to return.

Fantastic experience: I have had an unbelievable experience with pure. I first went for my consultation with extra teeth and impacted Canines and was started on treatment less than a week later with Invisalign, after a year and a half on Invisalign my treatment became too intense for aligners and we switched to a brace, Sue is truly amazing at what she does, no job was too big, I just had to turn up to my appointments and she handled all the referrals and hard work. As a musical theatre student my teeth are a very big part of me as it’s what people see on stage and let’s just say my teeth are close to perfect. Thank you so so so much to Dr Monica, Sue and the rest of the team you have been a dream ❤️

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Pure Dental highly enough! I received outstanding care yesterday from beginning to end. I was greeted by a warm welcome from the reception team, a thorough exam and clean from Arabella who got rid of all my stains and lastly but by no means least a dental scan by Ashley for my whitening trays. Fantastic experience: Would most certainly recommend Pure Orthodontics! The staff were alway so so friendly and accommodating for my needs. They ask about your day and are always open to chat, making me feel comfortable. The equipment is very impressive and high tech. By the end of the treatment the staff knew my name and a few other general things I had mentioned in appointments, the attention they pay to each person is touching. Appointments were rescheduled a few times, although this was minimal and the team were co operative. The building is clean, fresh and airy. I love the free starter gift set especially with the lip balm and pen. All round I had a great experience and would recommend.
