Fantastic experience: I had my teeth whitened by Victor, who was exceptionally attentive and took great care in assessing my teeth, particularly noting the crown on my front tooth and the discoloration on another caused by previous trauma. He thoroughly explained the treatment options and ultimately achieved a visibly whiter result, including a significant improvement in the appearance of the discoloured tooth! Thank you !!

Fantastic experience: I enquired about the whitening service on the 23rd and got booked in on the 24th in the afternoon. Both pictures were taken the same day. This service took roughly an hour and was very efficient. The people that work in this building are very friendly and I would recommend to anyone who wants to improve their confidence and smile. I received a HomeKit with my service which will make my teeth even whiter. Everything was very safe and no damage has been done. Fantastic service overall

I was initially quite nervous about having this done as I have sensitive teeth, but the kind practice manager and then Dr Victor explained everything very patiently and allayed my fears. The whitening treatment itself is totally painless and I almost fell asleep. Top marks all round!

Negative experience: 1. EXTREMELY difficult to find this place. Extremely rude, nasty receptionist who is male, lacks interpersonal skills, bad attitude + blames customer for struggling to find the place, which is hidden away from view. Couldn’t even provide accurate directions on the phone. 2. Due to struggling to find the place, while dealing with stress from the receptionist on the phone - when I arrived he ruthlessly took 15 minutes off my 1 hour time that I’d paid £200 for. Uncomfortable environment, very small, as in only one customer could fit in that place at a time. The front desk *is* the business itself, if the front desk is a nasty piece of work, unprofessional - then what does that say about their business? Left feeling ripped off, very upset. 3. Session was massively rushed. Wasn’t talked through properly, wasn’t shown shade charts. Nothing at all. Just open the mouth, put gel on + wait. Felt like a rip off. Whitening isn’t very effective so I have no idea where they get their images from, likely edited. 4. For the price of teeth whitening, it is not worth it. The shade is perhaps one shade lighter after the process, but, the whitening kit they give is a gimmick, it also burns the inside of my mouth + gums. Do not recommend. (As an add-on to my review, I was viciously verbally attacked on TrustPilot by this receptionist because of my review, going to extreme lengths of fabricating anecdotal rubbish - more reasons it’s a dodgy place).

Negative experience: Later edit: They messaged to invite me for a free top-up (it was between Christmas and New Eve) so I didn't even looked at my messages, and because I didn't answer in time, they came back on the 2nd of Jan saying they will refund me if I delete my Google review, which I found it absolutely unprofessional (maybe that's why they actually have so many good reviews). I politely declined the top up as I didn't want to waste any more time and asked for a refund, and will not delete but amend the Google review to reflect the final agreement. Also, if the Treatwell calendar doesn't not sync with their calendar, it should be mentioned on the platform. Or not have the service available there. As a client, when I see the timing I am expecting it to be available for booking. ____ It started wrong from the first moment I booked. It was 12pm and they have plenty of availability for the day, so I booked for 1pm. I got the confirmation and I was almost in front of the venue when they called me and said they cannot accommodate as it's short notice (after the slot was available and got the confirmation). I went back home and came back at 4.30pm when they rebooked me. There is no reception, it doesn't look like a dentist venue at all, you just have to ring the bell and wait for someone to let you in. The girl was very nice, I think she knew what she was doing, she explained how it works, asked if I am comfortable etc. She took the "before" photo and she stared the treatment. When she was done, I could see a minor difference compared to when I came but definitely not white. But she didn't take any photos for the before results. Maybe because it wasn't actually what it was supposed to be? The next day, my teeth went back to yellow. Like nothing changed. They recommended the white diet for 24h but I actually didn't eat anything just because I wanted to make sure my teeth will be in good shape. The home kit can't be used. The mouth guard is just a generic one, not customised, so it won't fit perfectly with everyone's teeth, making the whitening gel to get into your mouth completely and burn your gums. So I could just say it was just a waste of money. Now I see why the dentist was quoting a whitening for more than £500. I don't understand why they are getting so many good reviews. Now if I read the bad ones, it makes so much sense.

Negative experience: I tried the Zoom laser teeth whitening service around two years ago. Despite the promised guaranteed improvement in shade, my teeth looked exactly the same and I wasn’t offered any follow up. Save your money and consider more reliable options. I'm posting this review now before peacefully unsubscribing from their marketing emails.

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth whitening in the clinic today. The staff were friendly and Dr Soukaina was very kind, reassuring and explained the process as she went - I was a bit nervous about the sensitivity after what I read online. I already had pretty white teeth so she was honest and was realistic with where I could get to. You can see in the photo a slight difference and I had no sensitivity during or after the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Did my first teeth Whitening today and the results are amazing. I can't wait to start my at home treatment to continue the Whitening process. Used my at home kit but did not see much of a difference after completing my in office whitening given that the kit does not contain customized teeth whitening trays. The at home whitening caused a lot of salivating so the longest I was able to leave the mouth guards were 1 hour.

Fantastic experience: I went in for Zoom whitening and couldn’t recommend more. All the staff were extremely friendly and the dentist was very clear and informative about the process and the aftercare. I was concerned about sensitivity afterwards but haven’t had any issues.

Negative experience: Falsely advertising Phillips zoom whitening when this isn’t the product they use. Also they give you a home product again this is not Phillips zoom Product intact the product they give you is one you can buy on eBay for £10 Very disappointed especially as it would Of been £200

Fantastic experience: Having already filled out forms of medical history and personal details on line before arriving, this made things run very smoothly and quickly upon arrival at the practice. Once in the treatment room I was greeted with a very friendly polite dentist who made me comfortable. The Whitening Procedure itself was very efficient and I left with much whiter teeth in just an hour. A great experience all round.

I am soooo impressed with the result. At least 12 shades whiter and that's not even with the home kit which will allow at least 4 more shades whiter. So happy I took the plunge. I wasn't after that Celebrity smile but I wanted a natural white. Which I definitely got.

I was so happy with the results and I've changed my eating/drinking habits going forward because I want to keep them white; its been over a week and they're still sparkling! Word of warning; its very uncomfortable! I was surprised how much it ached as it takes 45 minutes and not only is it an intense feeling on your teeth but your mouth and jaw will ache by the end so be prepared! Totally worth the money and the pain, but I don't want to experience it again any time soon! Good luck if you're considering it, I'd say just go for it, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: This was such a great experience. I got my teeth whitened here and for what you get, it is such good value. I'm a forty one year old man and I take care of my teeth but I also drink black coffee, red wine and all the other stuff that stains your teeth. I'd even started to get self conscious about smiling. Booking was really easy and they gave an over the phone consultation explaining what was achievable. On the day they sent a video of how to walk there from the station. The clinic is lovely and it's in the alley that was the inspiration for Diagon Alley from Harry Potter which was interesting! It took about an hour and the results were instant. My teeth are so much whiter and it was so easy. They even gave me some gel to top up the whiteness over the next few months. I'd recommend this to anyone.

I was shown the colour my teeth were to begin with, and then, as it was suggested, my teeth went several shades lighter by the end of the session. The clinic is also light and clean, and the staff friendly and helpful, keen to make the experience a good one and guide you through the steps. I'd definitely recommend, and I will be returning to keep my teeth white in the future!

Negative experience: Arrived at 17:45 for my 18:00 appointment. The rude receptionist refused for me to wait in the empty waiting room and told me to go wait at Pret and come only spot on time- not allowing for using the toilet or offering a glass of water. Very poor customer service.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today to get my teeth whitened. Unfortunately due to traffic my journey took 2 hours to get there when it should have only taken 1. I called in advance to let them know but in the end I was 30 minutes late. When I got there the person told me that he wouldn’t be able to do the full treatment because there wasn’t enough time. I understood that there was bookings after me so I thought it best to reschedule my appointment. The person said that if I wanted to change my booking I would loose my £99 deposit so I didn’t really have an option other than to do my treatment. It’s a bit ridiculous that I payed the full price for a treatment that I didn’t get to finish. I understand that I didn’t make my appointment on time but I can’t help when there’s traffic on the road, it’s also unfair that I couldn’t change my appointment and that I would lose my deposit if I did. I still wanted to do the treatment but come back when I have time to do the full thing.

Fantastic experience: From the beginning I booked to when I left the clinic, everything went so smoothly and everyone was very informative about the teeth whitening process. After the zoom teeth whitening, my teeth colour improved by 10 shades from S24 to S14! I’m sure they’ll also get whiter from the at home kit as well. I’d definitely recommend this clinic to everyone! Negative experience: I did Zoom teeth whitening treatment few months ago, paid £200. Right after treatment teeth were very sensitive and in pain so I had to take pain killers. The whitening effect was way less than I expected, just a bit whiter but nothing like in photos advertised. after a 1.5 month teeth are back to previous look, even I followed all instructions. Wasnt worth wasting the money, really regret going. This service didnt deliver nearly to what was advertised.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with this clinic and then emailed them to ask what the procedure was to move it. They sent me a link to rebook it but what they forgot to tell me is that they automatically cancelled the initial booking when I asked what the procedure was. So I showed up to the clinic as initially planned and I was told that I didn't have any appointment. So be careful if you ever ask to move your appointment because they will cancel the initial one without advising you.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth whitened here yesterday and my god the results are amazing. The staff are lovely, so professional and friendly. The clinic is spotless but most of all, the experience was smooth. I couldn’t believe how impressed I would be with the results as my teeth have been transformed. I always had an issue with my canines being a bit more on the yellow side in comparison to the rest of my teeth but the Zoom whitening has gotten rid of the yellow staining completely. 100000/10 would definitely recommend.
