Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about this surgery if you are nervous at dentists, you don’t have to be here they are so caring and take you at your pace they are brilliant

Fantastic experience: I followed Simran from my last dental practice to this one because she is an incredible dentist who knows my mouth well and understands my fears. She is gentle and pragmatic and only does things if it’s absolutely necessary and basically she helps me keep my difficult teeth and gums in check! Her nurse is also lovely and always makes this nervous woman feel at ease! Generally the practice staff are amazing and polite and always ready to help

Fantastic experience: My two children see Dentist Lithusha Linganathan, and she is absolutely wonderful with them. After our last visit, my son even asked if we could stay longer! She takes the time to ask about how they’re brushing their teeth and is incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Positive experience: I was 30 mins early in error. My fault. I was then called in at 12 mins past the appt time. Why? The consultation was good.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Deeba the hygienist yesterday and had the usual thorough removal of plaque. I also had the airflow treatment to remove staining and would thoroughly recommend this for whitening the teeth as it made a significant and noticeable difference.

Fantastic experience: Came here today after being referred by my dentist for teeth extraction! And can I just saw what a great oral surgeon you have! I was very scared so she said she could just refer ti hospital or have 2 out 4 out and then come back for the other 2 I opted for this option and it was pain free! She got the teeth out in literally about 3 minutes! I left very happy no pain and swelling! And now I’m not scared to come back for the other side! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Always have a great experience at Dental Essence, seen Kiran and Liv a few times now and they are nothing short of amazing. They always take the extra time to make sure you feel happy and healthy (and put up with my stupid questions/poor jokes). Reception team are also so lovely and make booking in so easy!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kiran Purewal was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything she was doing step by step. I felt completely supported during what was a stressful situation, and I left feeling much better – both physically and emotionally. If you’re a nervous patient like me, I highly recommend this practice. The team truly goes above and beyond to make you feel calm and cared for.

Fantastic experience: Jackie is the most amazing receptionist at Dentalessence. My daughter traumatically lost two parts of her teeth and her understanding, caring nature was exceptional.

Fantastic experience: Needed emergency dental work. Saw Kiran who I hadn't met before at the practice. Her and Liv stayed beyond closing time to complete the work so I didn't need multiple visits. They treated me with compassion and kindness which I saw being given with patients prior yo my appointment. I couldn't be more grateful.

Fantastic experience: I visited dentalessence today and I was really impressed with their service. All of the team were friendly polite and professional. Kiran and Liv made me feel at ease and explained every step of my procedure.

Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic with my 2 year old son today to see Dentist Kunal and Nurse Lyla. On previous visits my son has been a bit nervous and tearful and it’s made examining his teeth somewhat challenging. Lyla came out to the waiting room and spent time chatting with him and reading him a book before we went into the clinic room. She continued to put him at ease, making a little blown up glove toy for him. She made such a huge difference to his experience and he actually enjoyed the consultation. I can’t thank her enough, she’s clearly such an asset to the clinic. Kunal was also brilliant, showing patience and care during the examination. The reception staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Cannot recommend this clinic enough - thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Dentalessence for many years and have always appreciated their excellent service. Generally I am a NHS patient, but for special services, such as dentures I use their private practice. I really like the kind and sympathetic way they treat me. Fantastic experience: I came here to get a second opinion on having two fillings. Shal could have agreed with the X-rays and pictures from another dentist but she told me my teeth didn’t need the fillings and were near perfect. Ethically she is sound, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I both go to Dentalessence. The staff are all very pleasant. On our last appointment (18th Nov '24) we had a cleaning. The hygienist and assistant were both so very nice. Our hygienist was thorough and efficient and made you feel quite at ease.

Negative experience: Horrible service. (NHS patient)I was made to wait in pain for over 5 weeks for a referral to have tooth removed which was not even send by the dentist. When I called to chase up the referral I was told that they need x-ray, so I have explained that during the visit I had 4 X-rays taken… Instead of treating my broken tooth the dentist was more interested in upselling treatments that I did not needed and telling me that I need two crowns on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: We are spoilt for choice with dentists in Weybridge, but I'm so happy I chose Dentalessence after reading the amazing reviews and feedback from my sister who is a patient. Dr Sachin is incredible with young children and made my toddlers first dentist visit lovely and relaxed!

Fantastic experience: All my family are patients at this practice. Sachin has looked after my teeth for quite a few years now. Very happy with the pain free treatment I've had at Dentalessence and the warm and friendly greetings and chat we have during appointments. Have recently signed up to the monthly dental plan which is a good way of managing the costs.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist fills most people with dread, but visiting Dentalessence in Weybridge was a pleasure. The staff were great, and my new hygienist (Deeba) was extremely nice and made the experience an easier and pain-free one. She was engaging and gave some very good advice.

Fantastic experience: It was a good visit to this practice today. The dentist i saw was very kind and took her time with the check up and x-rays. The young lady who is training was lovely to chat to and is enjoying her work placement. I hope she stays on. I would say if you are nervous of going to the dentist, try going here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Dentalessence in Weybridge for the best part of 20 years. I initially signed up as a NHS patient. My early experiences of going to the dentist was not a pleasant one & I’ve been struggling for years with poor gums (resulting in losing two teeth) I’ve gone years at a time without seeing a dentist just due to my not always being given the right advice. As a result of my not going I lost my NHS slot. My gum’s were poorly (& in need of urgent treatment) so I signed up as a private patient. This is when I met the most wonderful dentist Dr Kiran Purewal. And her dental nurse Lorraine (Lulu) They are a great team & bounce off each other incredibly well. I have to say it’s been a joy to attend my appointments over the past 18 months & I know I’m in the best possible hands. Dr Kiran is a remarkable woman! She is one of the kindest human beings I’ve had the privilege of meeting & her duty of care to me has been off the scale. She always goes far & beyond to make sure she’s giving you the best possible care. And on top of that my teeth & gums are in the best shape they’ve been in for over 30 years. This is all down to Dr Kiran & the wonderful Lulu. I can’t thank them enough for how well they’ve both treated me. And I must admit when Dr Kiran explains the work she’s carried out & it comes to payment it almost feels that you don’t mind paying the bill! I hope both Dr Kiran & Lulu stay together for many years to come. Thank you to both of you!!

Negative experience: After private service from Dentalessence, my husband and I were satisfied and loved to be their NHS patients. However I was told dentalessence only accepted new patients to be NHS patients but not existing private patients. It’s unbelievable and really unfair for the existing patients.

Nice and clean premises, the team explained my treatment really well. This is the best dentist I’ve been to so far. Even my pharmacist spoke highly of them before my appointment. I have huge anxieties especially when it comes to a dentist visit but this practice have gone above and beyond to help me cope with the experience and allow me to have earphones or play with fidget toys and my husband with me whilst they do what they need to do. They have helped with my dental hygiene and completely understand that work can be expensive. I generally feels like they care and want the best for patients dental health. I honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough.

So pleased I made the switch, I travel from West Sussex and cannot speak highly enough on how professional and experienced Victoria my new dentist is. First hand I can tell you that I had a tooth extracted by Victoria, it was a very difficult extraction and at no time was I anxious or worried. Victoria has an excellent bedside manner and she was so calm and reassuring and along with her dental nurse, they made my experience one where I felt I was in safe hands at all times. My aftercare was second to none and I would thoroughly recommend Victoria to anyone thinking of changing their dentist. Thank you
