Fantastic experience: A good day for me starting with a very friendly welcome from the receptionists, the hygienist - who referred me to another dentist - and the hygienist's assistant. The treatment was explained to me in layman's terms and the aftercare products I needed were mentioned, but only in a kind and helpful manner. Best of all, my teeth were (and are still) gleaming!

Fantastic experience: So let me start by saying, I have dental phobia and usually avoid dentists and hygienists like the plague. I have found hygienist sessions to be painful and equally daunting as the visit to the dentist. Wello and my therapist Shelly are absolutely amazing and has made trips to the hygienist much less daunting. Shelly always puts me at ease and remains very patient whilst I ask one too many pauses to rinse my mouth through it all. The tests they do on your gum health and the scores you get I have found really motivates me to floss etc. I'd highly recommend the practice for those that are nervous and floss evaders like me. It might sound pricey, but sometimes it life you get what you pay for. Their care plan is great at keeping things affordable. Dee.

Fantastic experience: Far the best dental hygienist session in my 20 years in the UK. 45 min session, about 35 min of proper cleaning. Even better than the hygienist session I have had in the supposed top dental clinic in Cambridge. Another plus: no referal needed. Just book online, easy. I was looking for additional hygienist sessions due to my invisalign treatment. Absolutely delighted to have met this new company.

Positive experience: Staff incredibly friendly. Went for a referred checkup. The checkup was great and very thorough. Felt a little pushy on being offered additional treatments, perhaps over safeguarding when not necessary. Had to say twice, no.

Fantastic experience: Professional but with a laid back family friendly feel, nothing was too much at Wello. We arrived at the practice which is conveniently located about 2 mins from Cambridge station on what's been the hottest day of the year so far. The reception was clean, comfortable, relaxing and cool in temperature. Felix was brilliant with our three year old and explained to my husband every aspect of his treatment. Nikki our dentist was extremely thorough, gentle and talked us through everything. She was also brilliant with my husband, who's a very nervous dentist goer having had some bad experiences in the past, and she was engaging, fun and patient with our son, as was Joy! We left feeling well looked after, well informed (Nikki showed my some great tips on how to brush my sons teeth, and my own!) Shelley and Felix were brilliant talking us through next steps for treatment, but weren't pushy or 'sales' when it came to looking at different plans and my teeth have never felt so clean. Would definitely recommend and we as a family will be going back.

Fantastic experience: Partner and I started coming here just after it opened, after a bad experience with another hygienist in town. The team have been spectacular from the start accomodating our disabilities (sensory issues & neurological). By far the best dental experience we've had! It's night and day, no longer dreading the visits or putting them off. Have been great at explaining the paperwork, not pushy or infantilising us when we take a bit of time to understand. This also extends to the treatments themselves, have learned more about how to look after my teeth in the year or so we've been coming here than the 30+ years prior to this. They have been helpful recommending other dentists + orthodontist which could be better for us, given our needs. Not being able to give them more than 5 stars isn't doing them justice!

Fantastic experience: Well:o, it is an unexpectedly beautiful clinic. Clean rooms and good smell really made a good impact on me and helped me to relax while waiting for my appointment. The receptionist was hospitable and answered my questions. My hygienist Nohrina Swaria was extremely professional and patient, nurse Joy was very supportive. I felt comfortable, and the hygienic was done at the highest level. In addition, I would like to tell you that the x-ray in this clinic is not suitable for those people who have a strong gag reflex, unfortunately. But I am happy that I found well:o clinic and for sure I will be back. By the way, if you want to do an x-ray in any clinic in Cambridge, you will be offered a check-up of your teeth by a dentist from clinic and you won`t be able to escape this offer and have to pay for two services. That is why if you have some specific reaction to any procedure please ask in details about the procedure proceeding beforehand because you will be forced to pay twice.

I would highly recommend visiting the team to find out about their Wow Clean that has completely changed my perspective of visiting a hygienist. I was able to make multiple appointments without needing to visit a dentist first, and they were bespoke to my needs.
