Negative experience: Terrible service and responses. My daughter had braces fitted that were supposed to be removed 8 months ago but due to lack of staff and constantly delayed or cancelled appointments she not only still has them on but they are starting to damage her teeth. When fitted we were promised regular check-ups every 8 week, it has been 6 months since our last appointment and despite constantly chasing we have been told the next available appointment is January next year....

Negative experience: Would not recommend. Totally neglect NHS patients. My son’s brace has been on for a little under a year and has had the bands changed once. Now been informed the staff member he needs to see is on holiday for the full summer. Brace is broken. They are going to see him to make it “safe” but can’t even make his next appointment as there are no appointments. Complaint raised & at this point we are considering having the brace removed if that’s even an option!!

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Mary for the last few months and she has been great with my daughter Poppy. We both love her! Fantastic experience: We have had two visits to the practice for xrays etc, in preparation for our daughter getting her braces fitted soon. All of the staff, the orthodontist, the dental nurse Shannon, the reception staff, all very professional and helpful with everything that was going on.

Both Mary and Demi took the time to explain to my daughter what they were going to do for her treatment. Demi showed her a model and Mary gave some great advice regarding her teeth position. Fantastic experience: Our son had braces fitted, the staff have been amazing from the first appointment, very friendly and made our son and us at ease. Would really recommend this practice, please give our thanks to Carla, Hamza and all the staff who have worked with our son, he said he feels much more confident already with how his teeth look.

Negative experience: Witnessed extremely poor customer service today. A lass turned up literally 6 mins late for her appt. Conversation was already underway when we walked through the door at 2.31 and her appt had been 2.25. And was told she would have to reschedule. For months away. They had travelled some distance and hadn't been able to park outside (always a massive problem) and it was literally 6 mins. The receptionist made a huge passive aggressive show of ringing upstairs and saying 'yes she's just turned up can you let me know what x wants to do? Oh yes I know but just ask him before I reschedule'. In front of a room full of people. Lass was in school uniform it was 2.31pm and she'd probably waited months and taken entire afternoon off school. It was so rude and humiliating for her and her dad. The receptionist was really smug and supercilious. Given we have never once been invited into a scheduled appt exactly on time I find this beyond hypocritical. If another person had got in early because she was late could she not have waited and gone after them? This place is becoming ridiculous for getting an appointment. Dentists leaving, reducing hours, days you aren't able to book. There is zero flexibility and when arranging a time you are made to feel like you should be grateful for anything with no consideration for work, school or other life commitments. No issue over the dental service we have received but the customer service from front desk is shocking.

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old daughter was very nervous about having her braces fitted , Carla & Tia quickly put her mind at ease explaining the procedure step by step. They kept her distracted during the fitting chatting about Halloween & before she knew it they were all done.

Positive experience: Start of the journey for new braces and cannot praise highly for how we have been treated from dental staff only. Fully informed. Staff knowledgeable, caring and so accomidating. Only down side is hard to fit appointments in if you work and parking is a big issue

However, Brooke was extremely patient with Luke and explained everything she was doing at all times keeping Luke and myself at ease. Fantastic experience: I’ve never liked Dental Work! Yet, this practice has been outstanding and has changed how I feel. My dentist in morpeth recommended them. The health work I required took several months of braces and a big operation. It was managed by an Orthodontist, Dental Nurse and a Dental Surgeon at another practice, which NEOOrthodontics recommended, so, I’ve had quite a few experiences of different private dentists. At NEO, they kept me informed every step of the way and the delightful co-ordinator, explained lots and managed dozens of appointments between the different practices with a personal touch. Thank you. At the clinic, I went in late a few times, but I must say I never did feel rushed in my appointment. They explain everything and carry out the procedures with such care, attention and compassion. I can’t complain about the time keeping because this team invest so much professionalism into making your experience comfortable and high quality. Huge thank you to everyone in the clinical team for your work, explanations and care. I’m leaving this review for other anxious patients, in the unfortunate case you need any work, don’t hesitate to go here as I’m sure your experience will be a lot better than you think!
