Negative experience: The workmanship of dentistry is excellent, it’s a shame the management and administration is so poor. 9 email reminders, 5 text messages which I responded to with confirmation, and a voice mail stating that if I don’t call back immediately I will lose my appointment and the full amount that I’ve already paid! Very disorganised management. More disappoint.. down from 3 stars, to 1 star.

Fantastic experience: Just amazing all round! Happy with results. 2 years on, no issues and 6 monthly hygiene visits are worth it. You do not have to go abroad to get a perfect smile! -Composite bonding (top 8) in natural white.

Negative experience: Awful experience with this place. I saw they had a deal for a half price whitening kit. I went in to get my moulds done and they said my teeth were not healthy enough and they go could not go ahead, even though I go to a private dentist every 6 months for check ups and I was previously there one month ago and my dentist said my teeth were all fine. I’ve been using Pola and Boutique whitening since 2018 which I originally started with my dentist and I have had no issues at all, apart from my whitening trays were old and I needed new ones. After this appointment I went straight to my private dentist where I went from being a child as I was worried about the information I was given and my dentist said I have nothing to worry about. This company ruined my day and caused me a lot of stress which wasn’t needed. I feel like they were trying to get me to upgrade or spend more money on other whitening treatments as they didn’t want to do the half price deal for me, maybe because I am not a regular customer at tooth club. I recommend avoiding this company and just paying usual prices at your dentist if looking to get whitening trays done.

Negative experience: AVOID!!! From start to finish I had the worst experience. From an initial phone call, to a consultation, to the appointment it was beyond unprofessional and damn right rude so I was an idiot for even going ahead as this should of been a clear sign not to book in. Sincerely lack in customer service, communication and appear to only be interested in your money. Was quoted a price during my video consultation and after clarifying many times that there will be no additional costs on the day I turned up to my appointment and low and behold there was additional costs I was unaware of. I was also left waiting for 40 minutes, then as I got called in I was then held back as had forms to fill in which I could have done whilst waiting. The receptionist is full of attitude and seemed incompetent. The practitioner was rude, refused to take accountability that they’d make a mistake and not informing about any additional costs. Talked me out of the treatment saying it would just chip 24 hours later but still wanted £285 of my money. As I was experiencing nothing but a terrible experience I decided to not go ahead with the treatment and I’m so glad I did. Do not recommend this practise and I am so disappointed with the customer service I received.

Fantastic experience: We have had the best experience at Toothclub! We had a really lovely consultation with the beautiful liberty! She answered ALL our questions - she was super friendly and professional! She gave us lots of information regarding our treatment - we got booked in and had a hygiene clean the day before our composite veneers and the practitioner mostafa was super professional - he was very friendly and answered all of our questions , he was extremely reassuring and also very honest , he gave us such great support from start to finish! His assistant practitioner was also very lovely, he was very hands on and was a great help too - Whilst having our composite veneers , Mostafa spoke us through every stage and broke down exactly what happening and why, in order for us to feel Calm , reassured and in safe hands! We will defo be returning and we couldn’t recommend them enough! Our teeth look absolutely amazing :) They also answered all our WhatsApp’s very quickly when in need of some help. Mellissa was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Mostfa did an incredible job on my teeth — the attention to detail and gentle approach made all the difference. I’m so happy with the results and couldn’t recommend them enough! It’s genuinely life changing

Negative experience: I wish I hadn’t bothered. I went for a consultation with wonkey lower teeth, they said for £4,000 they can make them straight and white. They gave me 10 aligners and argued that the whitening treatment wasn’t included in the £4,000 even after I had signed paperwork to say I was happy with the whitening etc… They did give me the whitening kit in the end but I felt uncomfortable about it and they sort of acted like they were doing me a favour. 10 aligners later and my lower teeth were still not straight. I explained I was a bit concerned that it was the end of the treatment because they still weren’t straight. I was told it was the shape of my teeth and the only way to fix it would be composite bonding. (Why make me pay £4,000 then if they weren’t going to be straight?) I explained I was unhappy after the end of the treatment and they told me I could have more aligners at that point? But they had told me more aligners wouldn’t fix it? Long story short… I went elsewhere for an assessment and I was told I would need a minimum of 22 aligners with some filing between my teeth to get my teeth straight and ultimately that’s the cost of the treatment I had already signed up for with the tooth club. When I asked for the videos etc to be sent to me to show the other (actual) orthodontist, they very conveniently skipped over the view of my lower teeth. I think all in all it’s extremely clear that they charged me the maximum price but paid for the cheapest treatment possible to earn as much money out of it as they could. I don’t trust them at all so I won’t go back for further aligners or treatments and honestly if you don’t have 4k to spend on “slightly straighter” teeth then please please don’t. Just go to an ACTUAL orthodontist, not a dentist. It was also advertised as Invisalign but in actual fact it was a cheaper option called spark. Very similar but costs the practice less. Not you, you pay Invisalign prices but receive the cheaper aligners. Stay away. Save yourselves.

Fantastic experience: Had my smile makeover yesterday, I was really nervous and the lovely receptionist made me feel at ease, we chatted about places to visit she was fabulous, my dentist and assistant were equally as wonderful, the whole experience was fantastic, Thankyou so much x

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but a wonderful experience here with all the staff liberty who is on reception Tia who is treatment coordinator and vim and his nurse from start to finish it has been impeccable service not only that everyone is very friendly and welcoming and explains everything in intricate detail. Vin has done such an amazing job of mine on my daughter's teeth. We are ecstatic with the results they managed to fit me in on dates that were convenient for myself, which is great as I'm very busy. I'm very much looking forward to going back for my review. I would highly highly highly recommend that you go here should you need any treatment? Thanks again guys.

My dentist was Nimisha Shah and the dental nurse was Miriam Ion, both of them a fantastic job and I’m so pleased with my results. Everybody made me feel welcome and at ease I showed them a photo of the composite that I wanted, and they did the very best at achieving this but also being realistic of what I can expect. I was so shocked once they had finished that I thought these teeth are too good for my mouth, I’m so over the moon with them and I love my new smile.
