Fantastic experience: I embarked on my orthodontic journey quite late in life (mid 40’s), so was hesitant about making an appointment. I chose Park Lane Orthodontics as their reviews were so good, they soon put my mind at rest and assured me it is never too late! My journey is now coming to an end. I had an impacted canine tooth in the roof of my mouth that required a couple of minor surgeries, followed by some particularly stubborn teeth that did not want to move, this meant my treatment plan had to be adapted and changed as time went on. A huge thank you to Ben, his never ending patience and expertise was faultless and he always took the time to discuss the next steps and any concerns I might have. I am so glad I made the decision to embark on this journey and Ben’s positivity gave me the reassurance I needed to see this through and the confidence to once again smile without being self conscious. Fantastic experience: I needed an urgent appointment to fix a broken wire and Park Lane were able to see me the next day despite me not being a current patient. The treatment I needed was done very professionally, with the orthodontist explaining each step of the process to replace the wire and answering each of my questions very clearly. Skye, the Coordinator, is great at making people feel comfortable and she tries her best to help work out a payment plan that is manageable for you. Ben really goes the mile to help achieve the beautiful straight teeth that you want. He works with the patient, explaining everything as clearly as possible, and makes sure the patient is comfortable with decisions and procedures. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had invisilign at Park Lane Orthodontics and I can honestly say they provide the absolute pinnacle of exceptional client service. I had three sets of aligners and a very stubborn tooth, I was told by another professional in the industry that my journey with invisilign had run its course and that I should essentially give up (after investing £6,000 to get my teeth perfect this was very upsetting news). When I came to Park Lane they told me that they would absolutely not give up on me until my teeth were perfect and I was 100% satisfied with the result. I had a few more sets of aligners and they had some additional tricks up their sleeves to get things perfect. The result is that I am thrilled with my smile. Thank goodness I came to Park Lane in the end, otherwise it would have been a huge investment for nothing. THANK YOU PARK LANE. One very happy client here. :)

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Park Lane Orthodontics has been amazing from the start. I had fixed braces with them when I was a teen but my teeth had moved slightly over the last 15 years due to not being consistent wearing my retainers. I contacted them with very short notice to see whether they would be able to fit me in for a course of Invisalign, before getting married, to tweak a few areas I wasn’t happy about. The team bent over backwards to fit me in with the short notice and managed to get my teeth looking as I wanted, (plus whitening!) in time for the wedding (see picture). Special thanks to Dr Kiran who ran my treatment and everyone for being generally lovely throughout! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: From a young age I have always had problems with my teeth, I had a large overbite which was causing my teeth to crack. I had a consultation with Ben who assured me that he could help correct my bite. I have now completed my treatment and could not be more happy with the results, not only is my bite improved greatly but my teeth are lovely and straight and any gaps have been filled. Ben liaised with my dentist throughout and I completely trusted Ben with the work that he did for me. I am in my late 50's, so please don't ever think you are too old to get your teeth sorted. Fantastic experience: My dentist referred me to Park Lane when I began a course of major restorative treatment. The entire team at Park Lane immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed. Dr. Ben explained the options for fixing my serious overbite and other issues. He also liaised closely with my dentist to coordinate my orthodontic treatment with my other dental work. Ben and the team were clearly dedicated to achieving a great outcome for me. Fantastic experience: Many years ago both myself and my sister were treated here. The best “tooth” service I have experienced till this day. I recall a couple used to run this place? Maybe I’m wrong. However all the staff were so lovely, and comforting which was important when I was a teenager who would have crazy anxiety going to any kind of tooth related appointment. Saw an ad for these guys on FB which reminded me about them. This review is very late, many years late but for sure deserved. Always felt like you guys should know how great your service is and how important your approach is for many people.

Paula was amazing in taking me through the multiple options & explaining in depth to help me understand what needs to be done. Fantastic experience: Paula & Ben have a rare talent at making anxious patients feel settled and happy, in addition to their excellent orthodontic expertise. This sets them miles ahead of others in their line of profession. I was referred to them 15 years ago as a 35 year old woman with a complex dental case of heavily restored and crowded teeth. They created me a great smile and have maintained my retainers/long term results since & are still helping me maintain all, as my teeth now face the challenges of ageing. Fantastic experience: Choosing Park lane Orthodontics has been a very good decision. I had consultations with couple of other orthodontists in Reading, but didn't feel reassured there. As my dentist is not in the UK, I had no one to ask for recommendation, so I contacted The Manor Hospital in Oxford, where I had some surgery many years ago. Luckily, one of their oral specialists was happy to help and recommended Park Lane Orthodontics. Over two years since, I'm now at the end of my treatment and I'm very pleased with my teeth. From the beginning, my consultation with Dr Ben was very thorough and I was given different options and explained what was achievable with each. During my treatment I found that Dr Ben is a perfectionist who likes a challenge! What looked to me impossible to begin with, has been changed with great results.
