Fantastic experience: I must share how impressed I am with Dr Hind. Spent an hour today for a check up and polish. Dr Hind was excellent and made the visit to the dentist a real pleasure. Many thanks and keep up the great work.

Negative experience: I’ve had the same tooth fall off four times, and even though I’m on a monthly payment plan but I will never pay can do anything you wnat , they still demand more money just because my usual always say we booked appointments with someone can’t even change the e tooth!! Never goo back again

Fantastic experience: Had my composite bonding done by Andrei recently, I’m over the moon with the results! Exactly what I wanted, the whole process was smooth from start to finish the staff are lovely. Highly recommend if you are looking to have composite bonding done.

Negative experience: Last year after having my teeth treatments at southend toothclub I was supposed to be given retainers so my teeth didnt move. The practice ordered me a nightguard instead, which will not keep my teeth straight and was the wrong thing. I then had to wait a further two weeks to receive the correct retainer. A year later my retainer has broken, I have paid £150 for a new one and they ordered the wrong one again. I have had to drive an hour to the practice to find this out and was told to come back 2 weeks later, 2 weeks later i drove another hour to the practice to find out they were wrong again. ive wasted four hours on petrol when they could have phoned me each time. I have tried to phone the practice today multiple times to find out if they can post it as I am a student and cannot afford the petrol, the man who answered the phone was condescending and hung up the phone twice. This still hasn't been resolved and the staff have been extremely rude and inconsiderate acting as if i was an inconvenience when they are at fault. Overall i have wasted 4 hours, petrol, the £150 ive paid for a retainer to keep my teeth straight which has now been over 6 weeks that i've not been able to wear it compromising my invisalign treatment. I have also asked to transfer practice to a closer option which they refused. I am really frustrated at the customer service of this clinic and the unresolved issues and rude phone staff.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the Tooth Club Southend was amazing from start to finish. The staff really go above and beyond to deliver the best customer service and you can tell that the way they interact with their patients just from sitting in the reception area and the rapport they build with everyone. They have an amazing relationship with their customers!! I am usually so nervous when it comes to dentists but I felt so at ease it didn’t feel like your usual scary daunting dentist appointment it’s something I really came away from feeling so happy with the results. I especially want to give an honourable mention to Larissa & Abi for both being so kind and flexible due to my lack of child care arrangements they both came in on their day off to make sure I could get my teeth finished and treated me so lovely throughout the whole process. The pair of them make a great team due to having the most endearing personalities. It was a pleasure to sit there for those 5 hours and I couldn’t have asked for a better pair of ladies to spend it with. Larissa deserves an honourable mention especially because the state my teeth were in prior to attending the tooth club by the time she was finished I came out looking like a new woman. I also had a great bond with Dani from start to finish and she was so lovely and reassuring me when I got anxious I dint know how she didn’t get the ump with how much I pestered her haha. There are many tooth clubs around Essex but This is just an example of how having a good team working together really creates such a pleasant experience for past present and future patients which makes them stand out from all the other branches and I would recommend them to my family and friends 10000%. Well done guys you made me one happy girl.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t even give these a 1 star. Awful company that cares more about money than their patients. I’ve had the same tooth fall off four times, and even though I’m on a monthly payment plan, they still demand more money just because my usual dentist is always ill, and someone else had to fix it. Now they’re charging me for that. At one point, people even came in threatening to shut off their water because they hadn’t paid their bill in three months—which explains why they’re so desperate for money. The staff are rude, both to patients and about patients, while we’re sitting there waiting for appointments. To top it off, I was left in severe tooth pain after being treated by someone who clearly didn’t know what they were doing, all because my original dentist was—yet again—ill. If I had known this would happen, I never would have gone through with the treatment. Avoid this place at all cost

Fantastic experience: Since I have started my spark Invisalign I have been treated with so much kindness. Any questions or concerns I have had the lovely ladies at the reception have been there to support - Agnes my dentist is amazing and always explains all the work clearly relating to my treatments. Dani and Agnes are honest and have given great advice before taking the possible next step with composite bonding. Super happy with the team and my treatment. Price is reasonable and manageable.

Negative experience: What a fraud this place is dont stop ringing you, then Dani gets rude and demanding. Will be going elsewhere never been treated like this. They need a new sales rep. Was more than happy to go ahead but demanding payment before Iv even visited the place. Is just not on

Negative experience: Wouldn’t waste your time only interested in how quick you can get the money to them that is all Dani at tooth club is interested in and they still owe me money as I have had no treatment done! Don’t hand over any money until you’ve had the full works done I am not the only person to say this. Or better still use someone else. Waste of my time.

Fantastic experience: I brought my two little boys here as I couldn't get in with a dentist in my own area. I'm so glad I did! The practice was very clean and had a beautiful waiting area. The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. They do a really good monthly payment plan for the children, and you just can't beat the price. The Denstist was also very professional and was very friendly with my children ages 2 and 4. Thank you so much, Tooth Club, for fitting us in and welcoming us. X

Negative experience: Not a bad job, but unfortunately my bottom dentures don't stick properly, I glued them, but within 41 minutes, came unstuck, I haven't managed to eat anything, just had to spend more money out to get them glued back in,

Positive experience: *EDIT* thought it would come to add a review now it’s been almost 2 months since my bonding. I am still pleased with the results but just want to make people aware of the experience I had after to the treatment. Day 3 after getting my bonding a whole tooth of it just peeled off (the smallest one) I was obviously really disheartened by this as I hadn’t been eating anything hard or anything so was a shock for a whole tooth to come off. I tried to contact tooth club about this and had to chase response which again is disappointing as when I was enquiring about booking the bonding they were very quick to answer as money was on the line. I will attach screenshots of the exchange for others to judge. I found Dr Sadiyya taking over 3 days to check her diary to see when I could come back to get this fixed unprofessional given the circumstances as I know If it was my work this had happened too it would be my priority to respond and resolve. I ended up going to a local dentist who fixed this for me as it was cheaper than paying for the train back to south end. I took a chance on tooth club and thought it would be worth travelling for but I would just advise to look closer to home if you are looking to travel due to issues I had. Another issue was in regards to the mouth trays for the whitening I got told I would be informed when they where sent, I never got told and had to chase 4 weeks later when they still never arrived. I just find the after care which tooth club poor and unprofessional so to conclude I would not be recommending them. I had my top 8 teeth composite bonded today by Dr Sadiyya and I’m delighted with the results. She was really professional and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the procedure. Pain free and I feel confident with the information given to me that I will be able to take proper care of them. Thanks very much tooth club Southend :)

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with tooth club ! My dentist Ange was so lovely, right from my consultation for my composite bonding she made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions with such respect. When it come to me actually getting them done, she spoke through the whole process explaining what she was doing and not just sticking metal equipment in my mouth. Her assistant nurse Abigail was just as nice and the girls made me feel so relaxed and calm when getting my teeth done I ended up singing along to the radio with my mouth wide open with them The whole process was soo easy and a thank you to my treatment coordinator Dani who booked all my appointments to fit round my busy schedule. So happy with my teeth and has given me so much more confidence to smile and show them off. Highly recommend !

Negative experience: Don’t bother wasting your money with tooth club. I started having Invisalign with Dailson and he ended up leaving the practise to work further away and was only coming back once every couple of months to fit his clients in which you can imagine was impossible to get an appointment. I still haven’t finished my Invisalign but I’m still paying £100 a month I’m not happy with my teeth but no one has any answers for me. Complete waste of time
