Fantastic experience: I decided to wait until I had finished my transformation, a process that took a full year, implant supported complete top denture, teeth whitening and composite veeners, from the 1st consultation to today, my final appointment, I have been bowled over by the complete amazing service, by everyone, from walking through the door to be met with smiles, to all the treatments I had, such caring, reassuring friendly professionalism, I was made to feel at ease right from the door, everything is explained step by step, I was in for the long haul, and wow, what a transformation, words will never be enough, I cant recommend them highly enough, and I am now a continuing client ❤️

Fantastic experience: Excellent care and advice I had a long overdue trip to the dental hygienist today. I was concerned that it would be painful and uncomfortable, but the care and advice provided could not have been better. The atmosphere of the practice is warm and welcoming, and the dental hygienist explains any procedures undertaken and how to best continue looking after your teeth at home. Would strongly recommend.

The comparison between the hygienist at the old practice was so far better, I wouldn't go back to the old hygienist.

I have been a happy client of this practice for a matter of only a couple of months but I was so impressed on my first 'emergency' visit that I signed up as a client immediately. Mr Philip McCauley efficiently rectified an issue I had with an elderly Dental bridge of some years standing. He could so easily have said it was old and needed replacement. But, he didn't. That was impressive and encouraging. Today I had my first checkup and hygienist appointment with Mrs Kayley McCauley. My mouth, teeth, gums and tongue were given a thorough checkup by Kayley, followed by xthree xrays of areas of possible concern. I left the practice feeling lighter, brighter and looking forward to my next checkup in January. 5*****.

I have an infinite faith in Phillip and all his friendly and professional staff who continue to take care of me. Dental implants are not inexpensive, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for when you are in the hands of the best in this field. I have since attended the clinic on a regular basis for hygienist appointments and on occasions for minor repairs and have never been disappointed with the treatment I receive. Fantastic experience: I never thought I would write a review praising a dentist. I was a grown up baby absolutely terrified of dentists. I would literally shake and make myself ill just sitting in the waiting room. However, I found Dorset Dental Clinic who actually listened to my fears and have now totally transformed my look. My teeth were so bad that it took a 5 hour operation under anesthetic to remove the lot and completely replace with new. The work is now complete and it has added a level of confidence and wellbeing to my life. Fabulous treatment from Szusanna and have also just been fitted for an anti snore mouth piece which I will be testing tonight! Great service and team.

So far I have been very impressed with my treatment from the initial consultation and the implant surgery that I had. Everyone at the clinic is very professional and the surgeon Dr Philip McCauley is I would say very experienced at this type of surgery having done apparently 6000 implants. I would not have any hesitation to recommend this practice to friends.

I went ahead with my implants and have been delighted with the result..Everything fully explained and am so pleased I did not travel abroad to have them done due to the excellent aftercare and knowing at follow up appointments that my gums are in good condition and implants are looked after.All the staff are so welcoming and experts at their job. I am an extremely nervous dental patient and I cannot put a price on the reassurance this practice have given me.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dorset Dental Implants highly enough. Philip and his team were always kind and attentive whilst being very professional. There was some discomfort, but as promised never pain !! They even took the trouble to always book the treatment room where I was most comfortable (I am 77 years old with a dodgy knee !) I would certainly not hesitate to return for any treatment or care I might require in the future I love my new implants and can now eat properly as well as constantly smiling at people !! Negative experience: ❗❗❗ALERT FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE FOREIGNERS❗❗❗ I came across this place, as my tooth was moving following an implant that was done a few months ago, and it was needed to be fixed. The doctor that saw me was that manager of this surgery. The first question that he asked me where i am from and where the tooth was done and how much i payed. He was not able to get the tooth out, therefore he started to proceed further but he did not explain me what he was doing and if i was agreeing to what he was doing and that he damaged my tooth. Furthermore, he took an x tray and said that i will need to came back to do again the tooth. I came out of the cabinet with the tooth fixed temporarily, but after a few weeks fall out. I left the dental surgery, with no explanation and i have been told that " has been fixed". And i have been charged with £100 for what?! I have been in this country for over 10 years, but i have never felt this way. Please if you are foreigner avoid this place. The reception and the dental nurse assistant were friendly and kind, but the doctor terrible.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a practice that I believed would do a good job at replacing my 12 year old crown. I had my initial consultation with Ben where he explained the process and gave me a quote, I then had two further appointments one for the removal of my old crown where a temporary crown was fitted and the second 2 weeks later for my new crown. Firstly I was extremely pleased I was able to get Saturday appointments, Ben made me feel at ease, happy to answer questions, I’m happy with the final outcome and have become more confident with my smile. Fantastic experience: The first time since I was 17 that I have had a kind and considerate dentist. As my teeth were in poor shape and I had a costly but ill fitting part plate ,I decided to have full mouth implants.After extensive measurements X rays etc. The teeth were fitted under anaesthetic in 1 session. They are fantastic and a real life changer. Obviously they are expensive and require maintenance but the pleasure of eating properly and smiling spontaneously make.up for it. All the staff are professional and caring and the practice, though small , has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist Shannon was professional, empathic and full of reassurance. If you are a nervous dental patient - this clinic can 'cure' you of being nervous! They explain the procedures you require in great detail and constantly talk, inform you and ask if you are comfortable. Shannon and her nurse were so skilled and caring that I left after my appointment feeling quite relaxed! They carefully explain the best ways to self care for your teeth between visits, with easily achievable goals.

I booked in for full denture implants and our journey together from first X-ray to completion was carried out with total care and professionalism. Philip took so much care in the surgery through to final fitting. The end result is just amazing and has given me so much more confidence and the overall appearance is just perfect. Five Stars doesn't seem quite enough!
