Fantastic experience: Nice experience, all staff were very friendly and surgery was clean. All information was given in a clear and concise way, made to feel welcome and my son said it was great.

Negative experience: I have been bringing my son here for two years trying to get his teeth straight. The final teeth that were required to be removed had finally been taken out by another practice, as Teethinline didn't offer this. An appointment was able to be made prompltly, within two weeks to fit the braces and full payment was made of nearly £4k upfront, and told treatment would be for 2 years and adjustment every six weeks. This was on the 9th of October. After 6 weeks on the 21st November I contacted them and asked why there was no appointment. They said an appointment had been made for the 5th December. There was no telephone call to arrange this and schedule it anytime in the previous 6 weeks and the only email I received confirming this appointment was right after my telephone call. I don't believe an appointment was ever arranged prior to my call. That was on the Friday and by Monday we realized that there was a scheduling clash with prior engagement. I contacted Teethinline that Monday and informed them of this aswell as the fact that one of the braces had detached from a tooth. There response was that we now had to wait until the 30th of January to see the orthodontist and adjust and repair the braces. That will be 113 days or nearly 4 months since the braces were first fitted. In my opinion this is absolutely ridiculous. How could the treatment take 2 years if you have to wait 4 months for your first return appointment, that remember was never discussed and arranged prior with you. Furthermore if a brace detaches which is quite common, how long will the treatment take if you are constantly having to wait these ridiculous lengths of time to get them repaired and functioning again. If Teethinline assume the treatment is 2 years and adjustments are every six week, why have 2 years of appointment at 6 week intervals not been pre scheduled? I am totally unhappy with this service that has been privately funded and not through any NHS referrals. I will be contacting Teethinline further to discuss what they will do going forward to correct this or determine what options there are for removal and refund. I will update this post as more information is obtained.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for years after struggling to find a good dentist as a very nervous patient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mr Davison is a wonderful dentist. Everyone at the practise is kind and helpful. The best in Milton Keynes!!

Negative experience: My daughter has been on the waiting list to see an orthodontist for over a year - every time I chase the customer service is shocking over email, short, blunt and no care given at all - almost like you are an inconvenience for chasing an appointment for your child! My daughter is nearly 14 already so by the time they actually get around to giving her an appointment and then go back onto the waiting list to actually receive treatment she is likely to be over 16 - so will probably have to pay - which is just shocking - you pay your taxes every month and you cannot even get a orthodontist appointment for your child within 3-4 years - what is going on!!!! Just would like to update that even after 10 months of leaving the original review my daughter is still on the waiting list for braces taking this referral from October 22 to November 24….bored of the same narrative around funding especially when other children are receiving quicker appointments via other practices.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend teeth-in-line if you're thinking about getting braces. They're something I've always wanted, and I finally decided to start the process of getting my perfect smile at age 37/38. I'm still undergoing treatment now and should be finished soon after 2 years. The 2 practices are brilliant, nice, clean, with friendly staff. The orthodontists and assistants are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've always been able to get an emergency appointment if needed. Dr. Mark Tobin, the lead orthodontist, is fantastic at what he does. He's also very friendly and personable, which makes appointments with him enjoyable. I'm coming to the end of my braces journey, each and every person who works at teeth in line has made it a brilliant journey. The difference in my teeth is outstanding and can't wait to get the final result. The braces themselves look nice. Throughout my journey, I've chosen different colored bands each time i have had a routine appointment to change up my look, my favourite ones being turquoise. Having braces has really improved my confidence as I did not used to like smiling with my teeth showing, but now my favourite thing to wear is my smile. Thank you Mark and everyone at TIL.

Fantastic experience: We have been so fortunate to have my daughter's orthodontist appointments with Teethinline. The care my daughter has received has been outstanding her teeth are nearly at the end of the treatment and the difference is incredible. Everything is punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly well organised. At the beginning of the journey I was apprehensive about regular 6/8 week appointments for the next couple of years whilst juggling work etc but somehow it has been a breeze. Every appointment is on time and the dentists waste no time at all. I also must state that the surgery is scrupulously clean. One of the dentists maybe even the owner gave my daughter a firm chat over the cleanliness of her teeth and i can honestly say he done myself and my daughter the biggest favour that day. We walked out of the appointment and my daughter actually listened and went on to be complimented about her brushing at every future appointment. Miracles do happen! Straight talking and honest what more can you ask for. Thank you for everything. The level of care we received has been outstanding.

Negative experience: My son had one consultation so far, it was basically a general check and confirmation that he need braces. Was supposed to be seen again by now but they have a terribly long waiting list and no willingness or effort to improve. In fact, every time I call to check on consultation availability or book a treatment for my son the receptionist or call handler will extend the timeline. In a space of 2 days, I called to check when would my son be seen as he was refereed by our dentist and she started on the first call by saying that the waiting is 12 mths, then when I said that 11 mths is due now I should be expecting a letter within a month, she immediately increased to 16 mths, then later on the same day she said 20 months. Horrible customer service and attitude towards patients complaints.

Negative experience: honestly, i was misguided…i was in chronic pain, Dr.siddiqui patched up my decayed tooth although it needed root canal. top of that she didn’t prescribe any any antibiotics, above all, after that filling treatment she didn’t inform me to take paracetamol or any pain medication. For someone like me who’ve never had any tooth ache issues earlier, this would be a daunting experience..within 2 days of the treatment , i started geting chronic tooth ache, so i rang her and she prescribed some fluoride tooth paste, yet no sign of antibiotics..anyways it didn’t help so again after couple of days rang her again, so she said there is nothing much she can do about it and i must go bck to clinic..point is, she was aware that i needed a root canal yet she didn’t do it..just a money retrieving strategy..stay away from clinics , doctors and people like this..

Positive experience: damn its expensive but hey the service is good and the staff are really nice so that really not something that comes into the equation as when the service is this good the price isn't even a thought.

Positive experience: Overall I would say they were very good with Luke and got his teeth sorted quite quickly. However, on occasions their communication let them down. I've never been through the braces process before and it would have been good if we could have been give a plan as to how the process worked from start to finish. If you are also new to this ask lots of questions, like how often you will see the actual orthodontist, how often are appointments, what happens when you get towards the end of the treatment.

He started with an overbite of 1.4cm and now has no overbite whatsoever and his teeth look just fantastic. When dealing with the orthodontists they explained every moment of his treatment to him so he knew exactly what was happening and the expected plan ahead (obviously with any changes along the way). There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about my experience here at both the Newport Pagnell and Oldbrook clinics. Thank you Additional care has been needed since completion of braces bring removed. A quick call, visit and all sorted. The after care is fabulous. Thank you again

Positive experience: UPDATED *** Since the review below, my son has now started treatment with Teeth in Line. Given our experiences in person at the surgeries, I have no complaints. All of the staff are very happy, polite and professional. I guess there's just not enough orthodontists for the number of patients that need appointments! --------------- Polite and courteous service and interaction. However, I've been waiting for over a year for my Son to be seen. The visit was over extremely quickly, with the only outcome for my son to be placed on another year-long waiting list. Hardly worth the petrol for the trip, just to be put in the same holding-pattern again... Frustrating.

Negative experience: My son left his appointment this week and got into the car, I asked him if his braces were OK, he said he was bitting down on the metal again, I asked if they fixed the blue blocks on his back teeth as one had broken, he said no ,so I sent him back in, and they repaired it, I think they should have noticed that, I will be calling them next week as I don't think his braces have made much difference to his teeth.

Fantastic experience: I had replacement retainers made and the whole process was incredibly easy and smooth from beginning to end! In the confirmation email sent when I booked the appointment, the practice told me to call a number when I arrived which I did, and I was asked COVID safety questions and then asked to wait outside until the precise time of my appointment. I was then allowed in and after sanitising my hands I sat in the waiting area where there was only me and one other person, and the seats were spaced out. I felt very safe while there, and the procedure was quick and easy and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming! I was able to pick up my new retainers on the same day which was a bonus! Thank you to everyone there!

Negative experience: My son was referred here for orthodontics, because it was near his school. We waited for many months to be seen. The consultation was 8 minutes long, and he was then put on another waiting list to be treated. 10 months after the initial consulation, his teeth had deteriorated very badly. When I rang to see when he could be seen and that his teeth had deteriorated, I was told it would be another year. I rang my older children's othodontist and my son was squeezed in during the orthodontist's lunch break. He was horrified at the state of the teeth. He took xrays, photos, etc, and my son had his braces on 3 days later.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted today by Pauline Desmond. Never in my life have I ever had such a wonderful dental care experience. I consider myself an extremely nervous and jittery patient but she somehow got me to laugh through the whole thing and I couldn't believe when it was over. The fact that I felt no pain at all throughout the procedure is still baffling me and even a good 10 hours later, I don't feel anywhere near as bad as I have felt after previous extractions. I recommend these guys very highly and this review comes from a place of sincere gratitude to Pauline and her team.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Teeth in Line. I am at the end of my Invisalign treatment and so pleased with the results. Throughout the whole streamlined process, Mark and his team were efficient, friendly and extremely professional, putting me at ease at every appointment. Two of my three children who are now in early 20s were given treatment (braces) by Teeth in Line when they were younger and still have amazingly straight teeth proving that the treatments are thorough and the service is consistently excellent. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Teeth in line to anyone, I spent 20 months in braces and they completely changed my life! My treatment was 95% painless and I never had any of my fixtures break! I had the worst open bite some of the orthodontists had ever seen and they closed it so well that I never required surgery to close it (which is what I was initially told I would need to close it)! A massive thank you to teeth in line for their amazing treatment and help! I can’t believe the change! Anyone who needs a good orthodontist please use teeth in line! :)
