Fantastic experience: I’ve just wrapped up my treatment with Virginia and her team, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. From the very first consultation, they were transparent, honest, and reassuring no fluff, no confusion, just proper guidance and realistic expectations. The whole process has felt slick and professional, but still really personal. The tech they use is next-level, and they’re obviously at the top of their game. It might cost a little more than your average high-street place or what you can find online but it’s worth every single penny. You’re not just paying for straight teeth, you’re paying for care, attention, and a team that support and listen to you, along the way. What I really appreciated was how available they were throughout. At no point did I feel like I couldn’t ask a question or raise something, via email, the app or a call. They made sure I was happy at every stage and you don’t get signed off until you feel done. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign. Just go and speak to them. There’s no pressure, no hard sell just straight-talking professionals who genuinely care about doing things properly. I felt supported from day one, and that didn’t change once. Every question answered, every wobble reassured, every tweak handled without fuss. Big thanks to Virginia and the whole team. You’re brilliant.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to two other orthodontists previous to this, both of which have told me to leave my teeth as they are despite not being happy. Fantastic experience: I started my OE journey at the age of 60 years old, wondering was I too old? I did a lot of research on line and when I met Dr Virginia with her professionalism and knowledge she made me feel at ease, comfortable and reassured. Ive had regular contact with the team and felt supported throughout. I have now finished my treatment and am so pleased with the end result. Fantastic experience: I came to Orthodontic Excellence after some poor brace work on my teeth else where which had caused my jaw to click and I found it painful to eat. I was saved from having surgery by the amazing work done by the team and my jaw has been fixed by correcting my bite after a year of work. Fantastic experience: I had initially booked a couple of appointments with different orthodontists however after attending my first appointment at Orthodontist Excellence, Leanne made me feel instantly comfortable and reassured, she was friendly and professional and I ended up cancelling the other appointments and starting my Invisalign journey with them straight away!

Fantastic experience: I had orthodontic treatment which included braces after an accident that damaged my front teeth. I was fitted in to be seen the day after contacting them (even though it was the week before Christmas) . The compassion, professionalism, care and treatment that I received was amazing. Fantastic experience: Best orthodontist out there and amazing team. I been with them 3 years and couldn’t recommend more. From the amazing Nikky that sits at reception and welcomes you with a super smile every time and knows you as soon as you walk in to doctor Virginia that is just amazing and nothing is too much. I started my treatment 3 years ago and doctor Virginia walked me through the process and what was coming every single time I went to the practise. Paula is amazing and looks after you online when you do your scans. Once again nothing is too much. Leanne the coordinator is just fantastic and is always happy to sit and chat. Jane is just a sweetheart and is always happy to see you and welcome you to the clinic. She makes you feel at ease. Every dental nurse is fantastic and friendly. Big shout out to Jade, she is just an amazing nurse. She makes you so comfortable. I could sit here and put every name down as they are all just fantastic. All in all the best practise you can go too and if you want the perfect teeth. Thank you so much for everything ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Great service. I had quite a complicated treatment plan involving several dentists. I required a brace to straighten my natural teeth and also to create bigger spaces where I had some baby teeth in order for these to be extracted and replaced by dental implants. Orthodontist excellence worked closely with my implant dentist and regular dentist to ensure that the stages of my treatment were aligned with the extractions that I needed and implant surgery. I have had the best treatment every time. It’s been a long 4 years from start to finish but my smile and confidence are back

Negative experience: I became a patient with all the good google reviews, but after years of treatment I realised they don't care about you, just want to charge you. I had multiple dentists questioning my invaslign. Just wish I had done more research back then.

Fantastic experience: I was really pleased after my visit here. The team were really friendly and took care of me. I'm not registered as a patient here but was able to get an appointment to get my fixed wire looked at. Sarah took a look, diagnosed the issue and fixed it there and then with no fuss at all. Sara talked me through the process, was super informative, and gave me the confidence that I was being looked after and that they're not just in it for the money - they're in it to look after you. I'd definitely recommend. You don't see customer service like this much.

Fantastic experience: Orthodontic Excellence is an extremely competent practice, the staff are warm and friendly and Iqra and dr Aliza were superb, they relayed information pertaining to my daughters treatment very well to us, and through their fantastic patient care they both made the entire appointment a great experience for my daughter and I. Fantastic experience: My first appointment with Dr Frank and Iqra was exceptional. After dealing with numerous private dentists, I finally feel like I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Everything was straightforward, and all my questions were answered without me having to ask. I'm very excited about starting my braces journey. Iqra provided a lot of information that put me at ease after having such a rollercoaster experience with other dentists. Dr Frank was very empathetic about my bite condition, and I felt heard and reassured that my biggest dental insecurity would be fixed. The dentistry is also beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re nervous about a sterile environment, don't worry, this is the most inviting practice I've visited. Fantastic experience: I would just like to start by saying how impressed I was with the team at Orthodontic Excellence. I would like to give special mention to Jade who was so warm and easy to chat to and made me feel comfortable immediately and to Dr Virginia Rootkin-Gray who likewise was so easy to talk to. The pair worked efficiently and communicated with each other and myself in a way I can't put my finger on but definitely haven't experienced in any Dental/Ortho Practice before. Dr Rootkin-Gray radiated knowledge and immediately knew my best course of action under my particularly complex set of medical and logistical circumstances. As far as first impressions go, I was blown away!

Fantastic experience: After around 21 months I have finished my invisalign treatment with Dr Peter Huntley at Orthodontic excellence! It took a little longer due to the lockdown but the end result is truly amazing. Other orthodontists said it wasn't possible to achieve what I wanted, yet Peter and the team did exactly that and more. A special mention to Nicola for her patience, skills and positivity! Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the end result of this treatment. Dr Virginia was very patient and clearly explained all the steps of the procedure. She was meticulous, and would not move onto the next step until everything was perfect. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I was very happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: I had invisalign and was treated by Dr Rootkin-Gray, she did an amazing job and my teeth are perfectly straight now - I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth. I wore my retainers pretty much all the time and the whole treatment only took 6 months. Its worth paying for quality as she really knows what she is doing, the rest of the team are all lovely as well and I would recommend this practice to anyone. Eventually I will need my retainer replaced and despite having moved far away from the Midlands, I would not hesitate to travel back there as I feel safe and comfortable in their hands. All around an extremely positive experience and worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I have just had my fixed brace removed after 2 years and 9 months. I am absolutely delighted with the results! Peter is a miracle worker! It did take longer than I'd hoped and at times I was a little impatient. But Peter would continually reassure me that it was all going well - and it was certainly worth the wait. Fantastic experience: My OE journey began over two years ago when I was first referred by my private dentist. My initial assessment / review of treatment with Dr Huntley and the team was professional, informative and insightful - I hadn’t realised how many options would be available, including Invisalign and 3D imagery showing end of treatment illustrations. I finally opted for white ceramic braces. My regular check ups ensured that I received the highest level of treatment and the appropriate adjustments were completed to ensure my treatment remained on track. My braces were removed last week and my future treatment plan is scheduled. The practice is spotlessly clean, modern, and very well maintained. The practice is also staffed beautifully (each and every team member will get to know you over the course of treatment). OE offers flexible appointments (often out of working hours but book these early), great telephone advice, appointment reminders and most of all support to achieve your perfect smile. I would highly recommend OE for your orthodontist needs. And finally big thanks to Nicola for supporting each step of this journey with me.

Fantastic experience: I started my treatment just over 2 years ago with Dr Virginia Rootkin-Gray, I would recommend this surgery and this orthodontist (named) to everyone. I am more than happy with the outcome and Virginia is a great individual whom i can tell really enjoys what she does and this rubs of on patients evidently as i am more than happy with the way my treatment has gone and the outcome. Everyone in this surgery is welcoming and lovely from the outset.

I was worried after the 12 months direct debit was up that they would rush removing the braces, but this was not the case at all. I had them on for nearly 2 years and the whole process flew by! So excited to have them whitened now!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed a two and half year journey with braces to straighten my very overcrowded teeth and I am just over the moon with the results. At the grand age of 58 (that's how long it has taken me to pluck up the courage to do this) I wondered if I was too old, but apparently not! The team you have around you while you are going through your treatment are like family and I will miss seeing you all. Fantastic experience: I can't praise Orthodontic Excellence enough for how they have professionally treated and cared for my daughter throughout her treatment there. They use all the 'state of the art' equipment which assists with them delivering the most incredible results. My daughter has grown in confidence over the months and since having her braces removed yesterday she has not stopped smiling which has brought me so much pleasure too as its not something she has wanted to do for a few years sadly. Both Dr Huntley & Nicola have done their utmost to deliver the beautiful smile and better still just in time for her prom next week ! The lovely nurses & reception staff in fact everyone we've had contact with at Orthodontic Experience have been truly amazing, always caring and efficient to make sure that they deliver the best possible care & service, making it a pleasure going there. Fantastic experience: Just completed my almost 3 yrs treatment with them. I am very pleased with the result. I was initially referred by a dentist from Coventry being a bit complex case. I had seen orthodontist from other places and Dr Huntley did give me the confidence that he could do it right. Over the years they had been extremely helpful in straightening my teeth but also helped me accommodate my travel arrangements (I always had to live quite far away). Even through it’s been a long commitment already, Dr Huntley offered to continue the treatment if I wanted to. But there’s less that can be achieved and I decided to call it off. Overall I am very satisfied and can’t recommend Orthodontist excellence more.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Peter highly enough! I am currently undergoing treatment with Peter Huntley and am impressed with the quality of work I am receiving, he is an expert in his field and is truly outstanding and highly professional. Peter is an impeccable perfectionist which is an absolute necessity for such an exposed yet intricate area, everyone sees your smile and it shapes your face and first impressions. I had an extremely complicated and rare case, so my father, a well respected GP Dentist, referred me to Peter for Orthodontic treatment as he would not go anywhere else. My sister also had treatment with Peter, when we were a LOT younger and she still has the perfect impressive smile to prove his work is long standing. I recommended a friend, since undergoing treatment, who has been extremely (and emotionally!) pleased with her results which are proving life changing as we can all now smile without hiding half of our faces! I learnt in the past, the wrong specialist can have serious implications for your health, hence why I am writing this review as Peter took this worry out of the equation. I HIGHLY recommend Orthodontic Excellence, all the staff are all super lovely too!
